An excellent accommodation, only the air conditioners in the rooms, remained in poor condition and were left to get them fixed and no technician presented.

Great location!! Right across from Uma. Very walkable to many great restaurants and bars.

Excellent service, the place is beautiful and quiet

Beautiful location! Rooms were a little small, but we managed with 6 friends. The beach, the pool, and the outdoor area were greatly enjoyed. Lots of comfortable seating. Kitchen had all necessary items. Really remote, so be prepared with all your necessities ahead of time. There is a small convenience store about a 7 minute walk, but it is very limited. Nice for extra ice and snacks and some alcohol.

What an incredible community at Los Delfines! We loved everything about it and this place was a perfect location for walking to the beach, golf, the restaurant.

Really enjoyed our stay at Lucia and Nicola, awesome meeting our hosts too who were very kind and helpful. The accomodation is located in a beautiful spot, there are walks starting from the property and it is at walking distance (uphill) from delicious restaurants, beautiful beach and the Montezuma waterfall. Very chill and friendly atmosphere !

Our trip back to Tambor was the best yet! We had a wonderful time in the backyard oasis as well as having adventures in and around Tambor. The villa had all the comforts of home which made cooking dinners at the house convenient if we didn't want to go out. The grocery store in Los Delfines was a short walk away and had plenty to choose from and was restocked often. Thank you for being such fantastic hosts!

Loved our stay! The home was clean, easy to find. We had an issue and Roy was responsive and had it solved for us very quickly.

Mandatory stop in this area of Costa Rica. Everything is nearby. We don't leave the house. It was our break in the middle of our trip across the country. The hostess was top notch from the start. How we don't travel in 4 x 4, they took us from where we left a vehicle to the house at the entrance and at the egreso. And always available to reach from the village what was needed. The environment is wonderful. And howlers never leave you alone. We would definitely come back. And the entrance path is a nice adventure too. All of 10! Thank you!!!

We arrived on Xmass eve and the stove did not work. We were so happily surprised by caretaker Sebastian’s quick action and immediate show up of the friendliest repairman. Great great great. Thank you and we’d like to repeat our stay !

We had an amazing stay for one month in Casa Encantada. The house is perfect for large groups, spacious, good kitchen and bathrooms, and the projector is an added bonus for movie nights. Jesper and Chad were amazing hosts too, extremely responsive and proactive to sort any issues we had. Actually they were probably the best hosts we had in this regard, and the whole group was very impressed by their effort to help us have the best stay. Costa Rica often has short power cuts but the Starlink internet worked throughout them all, which was important for us professionally. We mostly just went surfing at the nearby Santa Theresa beach (just about it walkable, but ATV made getting around much more fun and easy) - but would recommend the fishing trip and the waterfalls at Montezuma.

It is a good place, peaceful, tranquil and safe. Internet works well, the AC too. Will book it again for sure.

This home is such an amazing place to stay. Wonderful location, steps from the surf, amazing windows, so much natural light, amazing views from inside and the covered porch, comfortable furniture, beds. Truly one of the most memorable places. Cleaning staff and Karen are super attentive , responsive and nice. Thx you.

This place was a gem! Location could not be better—right up the hill from tons of great restaurants, shops, and the beach. Easy to access with an ATV. Our taxi driver was not able to take us to the very top of the hill where the house is, so keep this in mind when booking your transportation to the house. We had an amazing stay, and the hosts were able to answer any questions we had promptly. The house has a gorgeous view of the ocean and sunset, the bed were comfortable, and the air conditioning worked great in each bedroom. We would absolutely come back and recommend this place to anyone staying in Santa Teresa!

We absolutely loved the house! The pool was great, and we were surrounded by beautiful nature. Our hosts were always communicative and helpful. We would definitely suggest getting a 4WD. They mention this in the listing, but the mention can be a little hard to find. The hill is pretty steep and it’s best to drive it.

Exactly as pictured, location is good, 5 minute walk to the beach, 10-20min walk to some good restaurants, the host gave us some good recommendations for food and things to do. House was very clean the crew comes everyday to freshen up

You can’t beat the location. We’ve been to Santa Teresa a lot and knew location was important to us and this place did not disappoint! For the price you couldn’t ask for anything more. I would consider this a budget/economy accommodation. As long as you know that going in and are wanting a great location you’ll be very happy here.

The location is fantastic - walking distance to absolutely everything in Montezuma. Caroline is responsive, friendly, and proactive. Really appreciated all her help. The space is as described and matched the photos. It was fun seeing the animals that regularly visited the house including capuchin monkeys, pizotes, a southern spotten skunk, and of course plenty of chickens, cats and dogs. We had read other reviews in advance and were prepared for the noise as described. The neighbourhood noise is just part of the tradeoff of being right in town. Value for money was great.
