I stayed at Eric's house with 11 people! Each room had a toilet and shower, and there was also a toilet and shower outside the room, so even a large group could stay comfortably. There was plenty of food and drink available, and the kitchen was clean and easy to use. Eric was quick to answer questions and was very kind. I want to stay here again!!

Great host, fantastic place for large family gathering

A great place to accommodate 9 of us. It's clean, cozy, and offers a variety of amenities. We especially loved the KTV and mahjong! There was a slight technical issue, but the host was very proactive and came down to help us resolve it. We really appreciate the effort. 👍 The air conditioning took some time to cool down, so it might get a little warm while playing games. The car porch can fit 1 large car and 1 small car, with additional roadside parking available if you have more occupants. Towels, shower gel, shampoo, and hair dryer are all provided. Overall, it was a satisfying stay ! Thank you for hosting us !!!!

Spacious and cosy for large groups. Cleanliness can be improved as we found a dead lizard in the pool plus a baby cockroach. Location is ideal for heading to popular malls like aeon and toppen.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing Stay with a Festive Touch! We traveled from Singapore to Johor Bahru for the Lunar New Year and stayed at this wonderful homestay. The experience was absolutely fantastic! The place was fully equipped, clean, and comfortable, with every detail carefully taken care of. What made our stay even more special was the hospitality of the host. They were incredibly kind and welcoming, even giving us red packets and setting off firecrackers to celebrate the New Year. This thoughtful gesture made us feel truly at home and added a festive atmosphere to our trip. This is not just a great place to stay, but also a warm and memorable experience.

Responsive and accommodating host. Place is clean, comfy beds, pool table and mahjong set. Disposable toiletries and towel were provided too on top of the shampoo and body wash.

Spacious space for family..maybe it’s a little bit far from the restaurant for malay/muslim food..but u can get a food by GRAB or FOOD PANDA..overall is a nice place for staycation..

We had a fantastic stay for five nights! Check-in was easy. The house was very cozy, with comfortable beds and warm blankets. It was also clean and neat, which made our stay even more pleasant. With its spacious five rooms, it easily accommodated our big group, and we were impressed with the full range of amenities available throughout the house. The hosts were exceptionally responsive and helpful, even during the busy Chinese New Year period. We truly appreciate their hospitality. We would definitely love to come back for another stay if given the chance. Highly recommend!

The house was exactly as how it was advertised. It was clean and tidy. The water pressure was good and strong. The location was nearby to the shops and mall. All in all, good value for money and Ke Yeng was very pleasant and helpful.

It's a great place for a group of friends or family to stay together in one apartment, doing things together. We will consider this apartment again if we going to Austin Height again. Very convenient to move around and safe with Security Guard checking in & out visitors.

Zelyn was a really kind and responsive host who was very accommodating during our stay. The house was really clean and beautiful with its minimalistic designs. Check in was easy and arrangement was really convenient, will recommend and be back again.

Great location and facilities, can’t get any better than this, staying with 3 families total of 10, overall good experience!

+ Proactive host, sent us all information ahead of time for a hassle-free self check-in. + Place is spacious, with yard big enough for 2 cars. - Beds were of varying quality, but it's not a hotel so let's not be overly fussy. - Quiet community, albeit not much to do in the area. Need to drive even for nearest grocery/convenience store. Be well stocked beforehand and you'll love your stay just as we did nonetheless!

Its a home with a couple of rooms locked for personal use. The rest of the house was good enough for 4 of us. Quiet residential area with restaurants and shops nearby. Basic amenities are in place. Early morning Adhan(call for prayer from the mosque) is a bit louder. Angie is quite responsive as well.

Highly recommended for big group, clean place.. there’s filtered water (cold/hot) which is bonus for the kids especially. Another plus point is that there is security.. will definitely come again… thank you for accommodating to our very very early check in request (with extra charge) and replacing the gate battery just within the hour. 👍🏻👍🏻

Very pleasant house for 14pax, Spacious bedrooms and living room! Security is tight for those who worry. Will recommend if you are finding a Airbnb for a big group.

YY's place is remarkably great. Easy access and YY was very helpful and friendly in assisting us on each of queries. House is clean as expected. Location is quite near with Aeon within 7min reachable with car. Enjoyed the whole stay. Thank you YY!

This villa is a good place to stay for big groups like us. The space was very spacious with plenty of rooms and bathrooms for a group of 12 and more. The place was very accessible via car/grab from the border, shopping malls and eateries. Sereen gave us clear instructions regarding the check in and out process. It was a smooth one without any hiccups. Our only complaint is unfortunately they did not provide enough liquid hand soaps for all the bathrooms, and only had 1 that they placed in the kitchen. We had to get our own. There were also some small sac-like insects around but they were not bothersome. There were quite a few mosquitoes around and we couldn't enjoy the patio/ pool table too often for fear of getting bitten. We discovered that there was a bucket of water that was breeding mosquitoes in the dirty kitchen. However, it was still a good stay. The place was cozy, we loved the entertainment and other amenities. Will come back and book again if we have the chance.

He help me to also recommend a great pet hotel as i had to bring pet along since it was new year and no one was at home to take care of him. It was super grateful and nicely communicated. We came here due to business trip in Sutera Mall, Skudai. Location wise, it is 5 min to the mall and within walking distance have shop lots for anything you needed. The Room are big enough for us. Everything in the house are good in condition and have everything we needed. Clean are good as well, all the bags are well prepared for us to replace daily. Basic Kitchen Essential are prepared even our coffee finished, owner willing send over. It is a recommended place for group of people.
