Beautiful property. Exactly as advertised. Well worth what we paid. Neighborhood was safe and beautiful. Host was proactive and responsive and always very helpful and nice. Would definitely stay there again!

Yolanda was super responsive. The apartment was very clean and looked just like the pictures. We needed a place to stay for FSU parent weekend and this fit the bill. Only a 10 minutes drive from campus.

Chose Lakisha's place for myself and family for FAMU homecoming. Felt at home! Place smelled good, had a TV and speaker in each room plus was welcomed with a bottle of wine&welcome note. Lakisha was very accommodating and responsive. plus has bar with pool table (wasn't pictured)

My husband, son, brother, and our 3 dogs needed a place to stay in Tallahassee to get away from Hurricane Milton. Surina was a great host right from the start. When we arrived late due to other people evacuating and traffic, she greeted us that night and we just felt so comfortable in her home right from the beginning. She had everything set up for us when we arrived and we were able to get rest from the long drive. Her home has a very homey vibe to it and all of our dogs loved it here. They ran around and played in her fenced yard, it was great seeing them happy. This was just a great escape and stress reliever for all of us from the chaos back home with the hurricane. Our son, who is a runner, was able to have all these awesome trails nearby so he could keep running. Surina is a great host, she really makes you feel comfortable in a shared home and my family and I are grateful for her hospitality. She really goes out of her way for you.

We can not say enough great things about Melissa’s home. That’s exactly how we felt- at home. Perfect location and spotless. This is our second stay here.

Lovely home and great stay! Paulette was very responsive and transparent. We appreciated it. Perfect stay for my daughter’s FSU graduation. The bird feeders were wonderful! Watching the birds while eating breakfast was a sweet treat!

This is a beautiful home. Lovely to have a morning cup of coffee with a peaceful view of the lake. (Side Note: High praise for their coffee machine. My husband took one look at their machine and never unpacked his own.) Master bed was adjustable. The host has thought of everything, down to the tiniest details. Furniture and decor are fresh and beautiful. We would 100% book again.
