The stay was very comfortable and it felt like home. There were enough amenities for a comfortable stay and the host was very active and responsive. I was able to extend my stay with ease.

In the middle of the city, well decorated apartment with enough transport options and food places around, the host has taken good effort to give a list of cafes, hotels close by and instructions too for someone new here wont be lost!! Huge place good for 4-5 people. Overall a good stay, we had fun.

My 2nd time staying there.. Amazing stay .. lot of greenery and ample space for my dog to run around ⭐️

About this place...hmmm. This one is extremely offbeat country side. Property is immensely relatable like a typical native house. No artificial construction to imitate like one of those we see on the outskirts of urban/Sub urban cities. Everything is raw and legit. Those who already have their second home as their natives would know what am throwing here. It showcases bunch of birds that twirl every morning. So much.. that we became familiar with few. There are orchards of sandalwood ,Custard apple, Guava , Lime, Pomegranate, Lemon , Pumpkin ,Soyabean( seasonal ) etc. We could smell the banana blooms which are planted at the porch! Magnificent!. Unplanned hiking nearby, Local deity temples, River confluence of Godavari etc. Sigh, everyday is a story in itself!. Owner is very co-operative and so are the care takers that would go miles!. Property location assigned by Airbnb is inaccurate so reconfirm from the owner. Get your own vehicle..strictly if you want to explore.!

We had family get together of 16 people here. We had a great time. Huge spacious villa with attentive staff and on-site cook. The natural views are beautiful. Highly recommend

We had a great time at this place. The property is beautiful. Spacious property with huge lawn, ideal for pet patents. It’s exactly as it appears in Airbnb. Caretaker was extremely kind and responsive. My pet enjoyed a lot. Would highly recommend this place to all.

Great place to stay

Purnend's place is a quite peaceful and the location is very good. You feel like being in the nature sans all the noisy hustle and bustle of the city. The place has better amenities than one can expect and as a host Purnend is always responsive and happy to help.

if you’ve lost your peace in the mad rat race of the world, i assure you this place will help restore your sanity as it did for me :) sweet place with the most lively people in a village..sadanand is a great host!

We recently spent 2 days at Pramod's farm and it was exactly as described on portal and as reviewed by other guests.. our 2 days were completely in mother nature serenity, between beautiful gorgeous farms and completely blissful.. The bungalow was very beatky maintained and best part is the TV has Netflix subscribed, lot of places dint take care of such small provisions, which are good for families with kids.. Pramod was always accessible, very fast turn around and suggested all nearby places, made us visit few farms nearby.. very down to earth personality. The caretaker and his family took care of all our needs, awesome meals they prepared for us... if and when we visit Shirdi again, we'll surely stay at Pramod's farms..

Super comfortable, extremely convenient and very friendly host! Location of Yash Bunglow is there on map, so getting here was easy (2 km from station). Owner is very nice and helpful, allowed flexible check-in as we had family members coming from different locations to attend wedding nearby. Would definitely recommend!
