What made our stay unforgettable was Ato and his team. They were the kindest, most attentive hosts we’ve ever met, always available to help and so understanding, especially with my baby. The location was absolutely perfect - nestled in a beautiful area with so much to explore, from charming local spots to breathtaking surroundings. A Brand new Condo within walking distance to Opera House area, good restaurants and new hotel. Bosch appliances throughout, better than my past stay in town paying for hotels not half as modern or comfy. Host Suhrobsho -is great gu. He gave a few local tips and helpful on my late check in. Bed comfy as, bathroom great with shower over bath with full amenities. It was a pleasure staying just like home! I'd rate it one of my best stays in region. Hope to stay again👌💯

Very high standards for Dushanbe. The apartment is spacious, clean, and comfortable. The balcony is large and has a great view. beds are comfy and host was extremely helpful and accommodating. highly recommend this place.

This is my second time staying at Amir’s place. He is a very hospitable and a helpful host. The apartment is spacious, well furnished and centrally located. I hope to stay there again in the future.

The location is superb, there are good restaurants and supermarkets downstairs, the security and privacy are better, there is a park opposite, you can walk to most of the attractions in Dushanbe within 15 minutes, the facilities of the house are brand new, all you need have
