Nice apartment in an A location! Beautifully spacious complex that was recently built. We had the pool all to ourselves! Location is very close to Cabo Negro beach and various restaurants. Perfect base to explore the area. Ahmad was friendly and made us feel completely at home. We could always reach out to him with questions. The apartment is modern, spacious and clean and has high speed internet and good wifi coverage. In short: we have enjoyed and will definitely be back! Thank you Ahmad!

Our stay at Asmae's was just perfect. Her house is impeccable, with impeccable cleanliness and attention to detail when it comes to the needs of its guests, with lots of small touches. We didn't need for anything. The amazing views of the Mediterranean are a real asset, not to mention the proximity on foot. The house, its amenities, its location and the calm on the 3rd floor are well worth the price. PS: At Asmae, forget about mosquitoes and humidity issues you may face in beach houses. We are very satisfied with our trip. We know Martil very well and this place is the best place right on the beach. The terrace really has an exceptional view. It is really a very nice place to spend a good time with the family. This February we were provided with a heater, we didn't even need to use it. Reda who takes care of everything if necessary is very welcoming and reachable. We recommend it. 👌

Very lovely and clean place within a comfortable walking distance to the Medina! Soukaina was very responsive with any questions we had and dealt with everything very comfortably! I would definitely stay again if staying in Chefchaouen again and highly recommend the place to anyone else visiting!

I stayed at Driss' house with my family and it was really perfect. The appartment is located inside a complex that has security guard in the entrance. Very clean, green and has two swimming pools! Driss is an extremely nice person who was very responsive and helpful for us. His place is spotless clean, comfortable equipped with all the necessary amenities and equipments. He provided clean sheets and pillows. The Appartment has an outstanding View on the garden and pool. There is also a smart TV for a cozy moment with family. I highly recommend Driss ' place for a stay in Martil or the neighbouring towns.
