Nice apartment in an A-location! Beautifully spacious complex that was recently built. We had the pool all to ourselves! Location is very close to Cabo Negro beach and various restaurants. Perfect base to explore the area. Ahmad was friendly and made us feel completely at home. We could always reach out to him with questions. The apartment is modern, spacious and clean and has high speed internet and good wifi coverage. In short: we have enjoyed and will definitely be back! Thank you Ahmad!

Nasser and his place were absolutely amazing. The view in his backyard is unbeatable. He welcomed us at check-in, even though we arrived quite late, and helped us with our bags. Throughout the entire stay he stayed hands-on with recommendations and assistance whenever needed. Would highly recommend staying at Nasser’s place! Thank you so much Nasser!

Our stay at Asmae's was just perfect. Her house is impeccable, with impeccable cleanliness and attention to detail when it comes to the needs of its guests, with lots of small touches. We didn't need for anything. The amazing views of the Mediterranean are a real asset, not to mention the proximity on foot. The house, its amenities, its location and the calm on the 3rd floor are well worth the price. PS: At Asmae, forget about mosquitoes and humidity issues you may face in beach houses. This is the cleanest air b/b we have stayed in Morocco, bedding was all clean! Comfy beds and everything worked in the apartment! The only sea view was from the top terrace, which was very nice, lovely sunrise and sunsets, we had afternoon tea and a game of cards up there. It was chilly at night and asked for a heater,that Taha supplied for us! Both Taha and Marata were very helpful,especially helping us up the 3 flights of stairs with our luggage! Because we are old we very much appreciated it, lovely area, everyone very friendly.

Very good stay in the accommodation. We encountered some technical constraints but quickly corrected by the owners. The view from the terrace is beautiful. The apartment is very spacious, ideal for groups.
