Spacious and clean duplex, near good restaurants and with free parking outside. Fabio was a very kind and responsive host and left nice touches such as complimentary coffee capsules for arrival.

Very good accommodation, decoration great! A bit difficult to access as it is in the middle of the hill…a lot of stairs 😋 Easy location to visit Etna, Syracusa etc. Palermo was a bit too far to drive ca. 3.5 hours one way

Beautiful apartament, located in a beautiful town. Very quiet, clean with a gum and swimming pool jacuzzi at disposal. Wonderful host, very helpful and comunicative. We will be returning soon and will reccomend to all of our loved ones. Thank you for having us

We stayed up to a few days ago for 15 days in the apartment in Villa Eloisiana and it was a bit like not leaving your home. Adriana and Mimmo are two hospitable people and at the same time discreet that these days are priceless. Thanks to the guys too!! Apartment equipped with every comfort including air conditioning , we did not use it as the breeze that was pulling on the property was enough to guarantee refreshments. The view of the Countryside surrounding the Villa along with the sunsets and crickets can restore the calm of which to feed the soul after an entire working year. One thing very much appreciated, since we were traveling with a dog , it was the presence of 3 very docile dogs both with ours but above all with the children. We'll definitely be back. The apartment, equipped with everything you need, functional and clean, is in a great location, just outside the chaos of the village, a 5-minute walk away. The dedicated parking of the property is an important plus, considering that, in late August, it is difficult to find a place in the village, if not paid. Highly recommended.

Everything was perfect for our stay! We stayed for three nights, did a day trip to Noto as well. The bedroom warmed up nicely (in January) as it was a bit nippy, so that was great. Comfy bed, good kitchen. Although the place is small, as shown in the photos (no sofa, for example, but large kitchen table and chairs), it had everything we needed. Would absolutely recommend staying with Fabio, he was always responsive and very friendly :) Grazie da tutto, Fabio!

We spent the last days of our vacation at this place and could not be more satisfied. The house perfectly reflected the description of the listing: clean, well cared for, cozy and equipped with all the necessary comforts for a pleasant stay. The location was perfect, with the sea within walking distance and the choice between some equipped beaches or a large free beach. The center is also easily accessible, with many stalls, typical restaurants and play areas for children. Thank you for everything!

The flat is a great base for a stay in Siracusa - it’s very near Ortigia but also convenient for public transport. In less than a minute’s walk you can see the beautiful shimmering sea. In November it was beautiful and warm! Fabio was always quick to reply to any messages and he and his father were great hosts. A good range of kitchen equipment if you want to cook. Highly recommended!

The apartment is nice and very close to the sea, we could go to the beach and come back few times a day. It has a nice garden and it feels grand. Also laying in the chair on the terrace during siesta was one of my favorites. The Conad is 5-10 mins away and cafes along the shore just few minutes away.

We had a warm welcome by Alex despite our late arrival. He explained the house well to us and we were very positively surprised by the cleanliness, spaciousness and the beautiful interior. There was also enough dishes for self-catering, everything worked flawlessly. Thanks also for water, oil, chocolate, noodles etc and the good bottle of liquor, which made it much easier for us to arrive. We will be happy to come back and highly recommend this accommodation and the landlord.

I stayed here with my extended family for almost a week. It was just as described. We arrived later than expected and Lorenzo was very accommodating and helped us get settled. We were grateful for a well-stocked kitchen when we arrived as we had come straight from the airport in Palermo. Our favorite part of the house was the outdoor space. We enjoyed the pool and the grounds. We ate most of our meals outdoors. It was very peaceful! There is a small village nearby and it is an easy drive to Modica and other larger towns, too. We also took a couple of trips to the beach. Donna Lucata, recommended by Lorenzo, was a favorite. My 3 year old nephew really enjoyed getting to know the resident (outdoor) cat. I would definitely stay here again. I would recommend arriving before dark as the last bit of the drive was easier in the light of day!

Stefania was a wonderful host: she gave us lots of fun information on things to do and see in the area. Jimmy the caretaker was very friendly and so helpful. We had a flat tire on our way to the house and he helped us arrange someone to come and help us. The cleaners came 5 days a week and cleaned up the kitchen and made up the rooms which was a lovely edition. They were so obliging when we told them our teenagers like to sleep in and changed their time to come in the afternoons which was great. The house was wonderful. The pool was gorgeous and there was a lovely bbq area to sit and eat and watch the magical sunset. I would recommend the house for families with teenagers as the rooms were off a courtyard which meant each room was private and quiet. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
