Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Sylvan Beach

Great for multiple families. 2 separate kitchens perfect to accommodate food allergies. Secluded spot, lots of security and attentive host. Cute decor for photos ops. Nice large dining area for family meals. Beautiful area in the fall.

The house was beautiful inside. Plenty of kitchen space and a bar in the basement. We were 3 blocks from the Salmon River were we got some salmon fishing in.

We were lucky enough to find Victor's place for a last minute snowmobile weekend to New York for the first time! The area did not disappoint. Victor was very proactive, and graciously allowed us to park ahead of an early check in, which we very much appreciated. The space was clean, had comfy beds, and the kitchen was stocked with what we needed. We loved the area and the rental and would definitely recommend it. Thank you Victor for your great hospitality and helping to make it a memorable trip!

We were visiting Syracuse for a lax game at LaMoyne. Our visit was only 1 night but Jenna was extremely helpful. She made a great restaurant recommendation, the Rancher’s Choice! She was also very responsive to my questions. The house was spotless and quaint. The only word of caution is the stairs to the 2nd floor for anyone with littles or difficulty with mobility. We were a group of 5 adults, so we didn’t have any issues. It was so nice to have a place to spend quality time with friends. Usually we stay in hotels which isn’t ideal for building community. Thanks for sharing your home with us Jenna.

This was our "take two". After having stayed in February and gotten walloped by unrelenting snow, we instead were greeted with rain this time. However, that didn't dampen the experience one bit. Being frequent Airbnbers, this was our first return stay and we absolutely get the feeling we will be back again! Carl and Mary Ellen are without a doubt the best hosts we have dealt with and the house is so comfortable and welcoming. We truly can't recommend it enough!

Damian's place was clean, comfortable and just what we needed

Apartment was fantastic and hosts were fantastic. Was some slight confusion we had taken a Keurig machine which wasn’t the case and fortunately we had photographs and videos before and after check in. Despite that because everything else was great, I would stay here again and I would recommend anyone to do the same.

Linda is a fabulous host! From beginning to end, she was in communication with us, ensuring we had everything we needed and making herself available for any questions or concerns. The property is exactly as pictured--it is a lovely, beautifully decorated home, with many, many personal touches and inclusions that other hosts do not provide. We were very grateful to have found this property for our trip to Syracuse.

Had an amazing time staying at Rachelle's wonderful airbnb. It was incredibly clean, felt like home away from home. Had a cozy and private atmosphere. If you get the chance highly recommend staying here. Rachelle was also very quick to respond to messages.

There isn’t enough space to share all the great things about this place. Remarkably clean, modern amenities, comfortable furniture, and on and on. The hosts are friendly and easy to get ahold of if needed. This is our second stay and it’s was just as beautiful as it was 3 years ago. It’s definitely one of the best places we have ever stayed at. The added bonus is the beautiful lake with easy access for seasonal enjoyment.

We stayed over Christmas to see family while visiting from SC. The place was just right for the two of us and our puppies who really enjoyed running around in the snow for the first time. We were happy to see that someone plowed the long driveway so we didn’t have to worry about that. We really enjoyed staying there and would definitely consider staying again. We had a great trip!

Everything was absolutely wonderful. Beautifully decorated and smelled amazing. The views were breath taking. Inside the home is clean and cozy plus who doesn’t love a wine faucet! Experience couldn’t have been better.

easy check in & out. house was clean & cozy; very accommodating for 5 adults. quick drive to the mall and other stores. definitely will be checking availability for this house every time i need to stay in Syracuse.

We enjoyed staying at this location. Kate was a good and responsive host. Her house was spotless and very well-decorated. It was spacious and had all the amenities we needed. We also loved the balcony: it was very nice to have a spot to enjoy fresh air. I traveled with my family by car and we were just a 3 min ride from campus, around 15 minutes walk. Overall, we think that for travelers that are packed lightly and that have no medical restrictions (there is a flight of stairs to get into the unit) - this is a perfect and worthy location!
