Charming and unobtrusive welcome. The email exchanges were warm. The apartment is very cute, tastefully decorated and well-equipped (even if the pretty spoons have trouble getting in the mouth:-) ). It's an apartment that's alive and you feel like it has a story. The icing on the cake: the linen and the whole apartment have a sweet and discreet smell very nice Thank you.

Host is very friendly n helpful, property is absolutely nice, worth staying, just one thing to say, lake is not visible from home, it’s approximately 400m walk from home!!! Rest everything is well placed, had wonderful stay!!!

A great place to stay for a large group of 10 adults in a wonderful location. Easily accessible and minutes from Bavaria's most popular locations. Veronica is a great, responsive host. We look forward to staying in her properties in the future.

very nice apartment, very close to Augsburg, about 20 minutes ,in a rural setting. nothing is missing...and if it was the case , Hubert and his mom are there to help you... very helpful and pleasant person. i travel a lot for my work, especially in Germany, and I admit that I have rarely found a place of this quality at this price. i recommend it.

This was my second stay at Apartment 11. Markus does a great job as host and I will stay again. Apartment D was very spacious and very clean. The neighborhood is perfect for visiting Ulm. There is a reasonably priced parking garage nearby that is very easy to use and convenient. Wifi is excellent. The apartment was well equipped with anything you need if you want to cook for yourself instead of going to the many restaurants nearby. I highly recommend this AirBnB.

Cozy apartment with a fireplace and well-equipped kitchen. However, it must be noted that the second bedroom is only a small niche room with a bunk bed. Very cozy and convenient, but you just have to be able to climb up;) We felt very comfortable and thank you again for the free welcome coffee and the basket full of wood.

Great penthouse flat. Well laid out and spacious rooms. Amazing mountain views from the dining/living room. Brand new building with underground parking and ski storage. Perfect for a few days skiing in Garmisch with a family of four.

Great stay and Hans was an excellent host! Location calmly but not far from the city center. The apartment was very cozy and perfect for a couple of days. The house was perfectly equipped just miss a microwave. We truly feel at home!

The space is great for large families because there are numerous sleeping and retreat options. The basic amenities are good and landlord Arne goes out of his way to promote everything for a pleasant stay. You are happy to talk with him and thanks to his open nature, in addition to good tips for things to do in the region, you can reap a hospitality that is second to none. In bad weather, we would have liked a living room in addition to the kitchen to enjoy TV program or shared games. In the good weather as we had, the accommodation offers some outdoor possibilities; in the large garden there is always something new to discover. We are happy to recommend Arne as a landlord and his accommodation.

Thank you for the days in Allgäu. We felt very comfortable. The apartment offers a lot of comfort and the contact was super nice. There was nothing, really nothing was missing. Even a coffee machine filled with beans and an Alexa are waiting to be used. Best apartment we have booked so far.

Marcus is a very friendly and accommodating host, also very helpful and communicative. The accommodation is quiet and central and provides a good ambiance. We felt very comfortable, happy to come back.

We stayed for the second time in the beautiful apartment of Iva and Jasmin. It was just like the first time everything was perfect - we immediately felt at home. The apartment is equipped with absolutely everything you need. In addition, there are small maps with tips and information, e.g. about the city, the washing machine, the high-quality kitchen, the Swedish stove... even wood for the fireplace is available. The location is ideal: opposite the train station and walking distance to all the offers in the city. We would like to emphasise the pleasant contact with Iva: if we had a question, there was a helpful and courteous response within a very short time. For example, we had forgotten something in the apartment and we were immediately offered to send it to us. We'd love to come back, thank you so much both of you!
