Vacation rentals with beach access in Sveti Vlas

It was a great experience! I highly recommend the place! People were very friendly and genuinely helpful with me, I haven’t had any problem since my arrival and it will be a great pleasure to visit the place again. I couldn’t think of better location when I was looking. It really matched my expectations. Everything about the place was perfect and I was vary happy to stay there for a while. I highly recommend it!

A great place to stay long or short term. Fast internet, responsive host, best equipped Airbnb I think we've ever stayed in. SunnyBeach in Winter is unique, it's very quiet with almost no one around, which was perfect for what we wanted. Wassko was quick to respond and even helped us check in very late when. Thanks again!

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful apartment overlooking the sea. The flat was extremely clean, well furnished and comfortable, situated within minutes of local beaches, shops, restaurants and amenities. This modern apartment is in a secure building a 5-10 minute walk from a sandy beach on the Black Sea. The large pool area is beautiful and a great place for both adults and kids. The kitchen has everything needed for cooking. The large windows have curtains for blocking the morning sun, and the balcony is perfect for morning coffee or for drying laundry. Yes! There’s a washing machine! We were there in mid October and so the beaches were empty, however, we still took advantage of the beautiful beach weather. We used this spot as a jumping-off point for exploring the sights and rich archeological history found along the coast from Varna south toward the Turkish border. Natalija, the hostess, was helpful and quick to respond to questions. I would certainly stay here again in the future.

Our choice of the apartment was most successful. Very nice, cozy and clean apartment. The view from the balcony is a separate pleasure. The nature around gives a sense of privacy. The house is located close to the restaurants and shops you need. Pejman and Margarita are super responsive and friendly owners. We highly recommend this accommodation and we will definitely come back again.

Great place with a great host!

Everything was great. All the questions about living were not only resolved quickly.

Good location, close to the center and close to the sea. There is a shop nearby. A little headlined from the road, but rest does not interfere. Having two bathrooms is a big bonus! The kitchen is fully equipped - fridge, freezer, oven, stove, dishwasher and washing machine. Clean bedding and towels. The place was very clean when we arrived. Thank you for a nice stay.

The villa was spacious and nice, there was everything that you need. It also had a pool and a fireplace. It was 5 minutes to the beach and 2 minutes to the shop. There were many shops and restaurants in the area. The host was very nice and there were no problems.

Absolutely a fantastic spot looking over the ocean, everything needed was supplied excpet 1 thing, a kettle. Being a Brit a kettle is important, but we worked around that tiny thing. You can walk to many excellent resaurants in a couple of minutes and Old Nesebar is a beautiful place. The actual appartment was very clean and well presented with plenty of room for four adults. Overall an excellent visit and wouldn't hesitate to go again or recommend to anyone who wanted to have a superb base in old Nesebar.

Super place for relaxing trip with family or group. Only the village has not so many direct action, for more active action need taxy to Burgas or for unlimited nightlife to Sunny Beach

A lovely rustic apartment above a pretty resturaunt in the heart of the old town. The highlight was definitely the balcony overlooking the bay with a fabulous view. Being above a resturaunt there is some mild background noise but nothing major and was always quiet in the later evenings. The island itself is mainly free of traffic and very quiet at night so you can enjoy the sounds of the waves! Also very handy for the fast ferry to Sozopol.

Great apartment, great resort, looks like the photos, the gardeners are always there trimming the hedges or mowing the lawn so that everything is looking great. Fully equipped apartment, spacious and comfy.

Love the place and the apartments. Saint Vlas is one of the most peaceful and beautiful places on the coast, and apts located well with the 50 meters or less to the sea and everything else close too (groceries, bars, etc). Also apts are spacious with great big terrace. There are some minor thigs could be cons for someone (sofa is not the most comfortable, for example), but for short stay I don't care about. Alex, the apts landlord, is always in touch and helpful.

Beautiful Apartment and very well maintained. Looking out from the living room you can see the sea and various ships docked out in the bay. Apartment area was peaceful and quiet. This Unit has a washer and dryer combo! Big upsell here! This might not be a big deal in the summer months, but in the fall and winter months its wonderful! Fast Internet for work also. Was able to have multiple Teams meetings. I always found parking! Big bonus. There are about 4 spots for parking along the street. I stayed here two months and maybe 10 times I didn't have parking on the street and that was no issue because there is a grass parking area 20 feet away that always has room! Also the fish restaurant next to the grass parking is really good! If you turn right (walking) at the grass parking area you can see the restaurant. If you turn left instead and walk 3 blocks there is a local grocery store open 24 hours! Full service car wash right when you enter Sarafovo You will be happy to stay here!

My admiration and gratitude is measured by marine quantities! I will take in my heart the beautiful memories of Elenite, the sea beach, swimming pools, arbuses, rampanas, nudist beach, forest trails, the concrete observation deck, Negresco, the view from the window to the like mountains, the atmospheric apartment in which there is exactly as much as you need for your comfortable stay and solving everyday issues. Great accommodation complex on the border of Nessebar and Ravda! Beautiful place and small apartment offering the necessary amenities to make you feel at home! The atmosphere created by Katerina, the official hostess of this apartment, is something she can't help but impress. Colorful, cozy, with walls dotted with pictures and paintings... It's like you're walking in and someone starts telling you a story! It was a very nice week break for our family of three! I'm glad we picked the right place!

The place was nice, clean, cosy and very close to the beach (around 6-7 slow walk). It had the most comfortable bed I've ever sleep in (my back is grateful for this!).
