We had an incredible stay during scallop season. The location was perfect. Just a short ride to the gulf. The house was clean spacious and had all the amenities we needed for comfortable stay. Can’t wait to come back next scallops season! We highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable getaway.

Nicely furnished condo close to the University and downtown areas. Would definitely recommend to Friends and Family. Looking forward to our next stay!

We absolutely loved our visit. We’ve stayed in this location before but we forgot how truly stunning the sunrise is. Sitting on the deck was my favorite thing to do every day. I highly recommend. Amazing Host very responsive and flexible. !

Had a great time for our brief visit in Gainesville. The place was clean and quite comfy. Also has a driveway and small lot behind it. lol word to the wise it can be a bit tight if you have a large truck like I do lol. That isn’t meant to be as any deterrent from the place as we completely loved it and would come back for sure and probably will this next fall! Thank you so much

The location was fantastic, situated in a beautiful and very quiet area at night. I enjoyed peaceful walks with my daughter and wife in the morning and evening, with a golf course nearby and plenty of greenery, making it a truly wonderful place. There are also restaurants and cafes close by, and we enjoyed the farmer's market on Saturday, which added to the pleasant experience. The host was very kind and flexible with check-in and check-out times, which was a great help. I think Kelly is an excellent host, and I highly recommend her place to others.

Floor was sticky by the kitchen. Clean overall. Shower was a little confusing at first. Overall nice place and great location.

Had a wonderful time and enjoyed the accommodations very much. I especially liked that the overall size of the building was smaller with our unit providing everything we needed. The only thing we can say negative was how thin the walls between units are and we could hear everything going on in the units beside us.

The townhome was clean and inviting, with all the creature comforts of home. There were drinks in the fridge and snacks on the counter as well as any spices you would need. And they have good tissues and paper towels as well as nice towels. Hosts were very responsive and kind. Would definitely book again and highly recommend!

My husband and I had plenty of space for the two of us. The location was close to many sights in and around Gainesville! Easy check in/out. Enjoyed having laundry on-site. We would highly recommend this place to couples! Many amenities included! We definitely would rent again.

We had an excellent stay at Rei’s. He was so accommodating when we asked for an earlier check-in time on arrival in Gainesville. Very responsive to messages. Location was convenient and just a quick 10-15 minute drive to all the places we needed to go during our stay. The place was clean, looked like the photos and was just as described. Lots of space for our group to relax in the evenings after our outings. Having a washer and dryer, fully stocked kitchen and nice linens made our stay comfortable. Would highly recommend.

This was my first time staying in an AirBnB, and it was absolutely fantastic! the host was very kind and responsive, the place was clean and very comfortable to stay in. I would definitely recommend this place, and I plan to stay here again next time I visit Florida.

Clean, well-stocked with sufficient pots, pans, silverware, glasses, spices, laundry soap, body wash, and shampoo. Convenient location and ideal set up for multiple people in party needing private space.

The condo was very well kept and clean, and so so comfortable! Maria always responded very quickly, and she’s very kind- she expertly handled my last minute request to extend my stay. Will definitely stay here again if I find myself in Gainesville!
