Great location to museums, performing center, restaurants and more. Quiet area and close to everything. The place was very clean and everything was comfortable. We would definitely stay again!!

Great place to stay, very homey feel which helps when you are out of town. Everything was clean and comfortable. We had an unexpected family emergency and had to leave early, Kevin was very understanding. Would stay there again.

Sara and Diego’s place was perfect for my stay: close to shops and dining, super clean, and in a safe and quiet neighborhood. Sara/Diego were very responsive and proactive with anything I needed. Parking and check-in was very easy. I look forward to staying there again soon!

Jd and Rhonda are great host! They have been nothing but the absolute best to us in our multiple visits to there home! The house is very welcoming and homie with little odds and ends that help make your stay more enjoyable. Highly recommended

Our stay was great! It was a perfect place for our family of 5 to stay for a weekend in town. Everything was clean and the surrounding area is very quiet. Would recommend staying here for anyone looking for a place to stay

Margaret was an excellent hostess! I’ve used Airbnb a number of times and she hit on all of the markers. For example, the entry code for the unit was the last four digits of my cell number. That let me know that she changed the code for us, I’m sure some hosts don’t bother to do that. She provided a notebook with all of the checkout, instructions and information on local places of interest.

This was our second time staying at Colleen's. Hope to be back again. Love the condo and neighborhood.

Other than the damage that is still visible in Cedar Key you would never know by the attitude and friendliness of the people. Ken and Marylee’s place was so comfortable and beautiful. They had everything we needed including Kayaks for a fun trip around the Key. We could walk everywhere: shops restaurants, museums bars, etc. We were there in February so bugs weren’t a problem. We will definitely be back!

The place is very spacious, and clean. It is in a great location. Very close to the University of Florida and lots of restaurants. We highly recommend this unit!

We had a very nice visit. We would have liked to spent more time enjoying the amenities and hanging out in the backyard. We were on the run most of the time we had coffee in the morning and a quick rest before going out for the evening. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were clean and showers were nice. It's obvious that a lot of work went into making Annie's place in to a clean, modern and comfortable experience.

Had a wonderful time and enjoyed the accommodations very much. I especially liked that the overall size of the building was smaller with our unit providing everything we needed. The only thing we can say negative was how thin the walls between units are and we could hear everything going on in the units beside us.

Instructions and details were very clear. Super cute and perfect for my husband and I as we were there for the weekend for Gators game. Nice and clean, even had welcome snacks and waters in fridge. Just as described.

My husband and I had plenty of space for the two of us. The location was close to many sights in and around Gainesville! Easy check in/out. Enjoyed having laundry on-site. We would highly recommend this place to couples! Many amenities included! We definitely would rent again.

We had an excellent stay at Rei’s. He was so accommodating when we asked for an earlier check-in time on arrival in Gainesville. Very responsive to messages. Location was convenient and just a quick 10-15 minute drive to all the places we needed to go during our stay. The place was clean, looked like the photos and was just as described. Lots of space for our group to relax in the evenings after our outings. Having a washer and dryer, fully stocked kitchen and nice linens made our stay comfortable. Would highly recommend.

I had a great stay! It was exactly as advertised and I hope to stay here the next time I’m in town. The location was perfect. Within walking distance to many shops and just a short mile to the grocery store and Walmart. Tons of locally owned places for food along with chain places. My favorite thing was being so close to Rainbow Springs State Park. I went hiking a few days and it was amazing. Perfect trip!

A group of us stayed here for a college reunion weekend and really enjoyed our stay. Check-In was easy, and David was very responsive. The sliding glass door broke during our stay, and he quickly resolved the issue and provided a seamless stay for us. This place is a good value for the area. Thanks David!

Silvana was a great host and was there for everything when needed. If you stay in the area I would stay at her place if you can.
