Lovely clean warm place to stay. Just returned from a three night stay at this beautiful property. Easy to find with a sat nav (and the instructions given) and very simple access routine. Kitchen very well equipped, includes a microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine along with the appropriate detergents. Underfloor heating made it lovely and cosy at all times. Nice selection of games and books across all ages. Easy instructions for the hot tub, a lovely treat. Visited with my husband and our Grandsons (7 & 4) who both want to come back again! Thanks for a great time

Stayed here for 2 nights for valentines weekend for a change of scenery and it was lovely. Sarah was so helpful with instructions and recommendations, the cottage was beautiful and set in a quiet area with plenty to do in driving distance!

The cottage was a lovely private space to spend some cozy days with friends. The hosts had prepared everything we needed, and included clear instruction cards around the property.

Perfect getaway location, with everything you might need easily accessible. Lovely little cottage, very clean, lovely and warm, nice big tv and very comfy sofa’s & bed. The cottage has everything you needed. Hot tub was nice and big and private…Host’s were very friendly with excellent communication. Will definitely return for another trip. The cottage was excellent... very clean, spacious and well set out. The kitchen was modern and very well equipped. The garden area was pretty and completely safe for our dog to run around; we loved spending time in the hot tub! Helen and Paul are very friendly and happy to help. Paul showed me the cider making facilities which was really interesting... and the cider is delicious too! The farm is close to Taunton and major roads so easy to travel around the area. We definitely recommend it and would return ourselves.

We had a lovely stay at Carol’s cottage - especially liked how close it was to the beach and being able to have cosy evenings in front of the fire. Cottage was really comfortable and Carol was a very responsive host - we’ll be back!

Enjoyed our stay in Weymouth. Sally's place was far enough out to be quiet but still close enough to not be a burden. Would recommend to anyone.

Superb location and amenities, there are two car parks really close that are good value. The enclosed back garden was superb for the dog and the kitchen has everything you need. You need to take your own vinegar and butter but the basics are there. The bed was superb and comfy, we had the middle bedroom but the upper one looked just as cosy. The lounge is comfy and the log burner is excellent. I would recommend this cottage to all those wanting to see the area, lovely place.

Had a great stay at Julie's place for a long weekend! The place has everything you need and is very cosy and extremely clean! We particularly loved the fireplace and were very pleasantly surprised by the welcome gift for Vallentine's day and the fact that there was even a dog towel and treats :) Although the place is on a main street, it is very quiet and we had no issues, local amenities within 1-2 mins walking distance! Highly recommend!

Lovely cosy cottage in great location. Pleasant walk to the beautiful coast path and beaches. Well equipped, ridiculously comfy beds…would definitely recommend!

We had a great time staying at Caroline’s place. We thought it was good value for money, clean, spacious, lots of nice thoughtful touches, good amenities to travel with our baby, nice location. We particularly enjoyed the log burner with plenty of firewood, the bird feeders outside one of the windows, lovely bathtub with plenty of hot water and smooth running of the electric car charger. The property is dog friendly and we were aware of a faint dog odour, which was probably the only downside.

Stunning countryside, warm and welcome cottage, great facilities, fireplace, kitchen living rooms all neat and warm design. Great beds, wonderfull bathing towels bath and shower. Super to have stayed in the garden cottage for the second time. Thanks everybody!!

Incredibly peaceful break away. Calm, scenic and wonderfully comfortable stay in a beautiful cottage. Immersed in nature, wide variety of plants, trees, birds and even spotted a herd of deer. Lovely pubs a short drive away and great local footpaths. Hazel and Andrew were attentive and ever so thoughtful.

The accommodation was very comfortable. The beds in particular were excellent. The living room was cosy. We liked the dining area where we ate our meals. The kitchen was well equipped. The cottage was in a lovely, quiet area.

The location was beautiful—a recommendable place in every season. We enjoyed the scenic beauty of autumn. The host was very responsible and provided all the local information about the area. It was a private, peaceful setting.

Our stay at Phillips was great. We found it clean, warm and comfortable. When we had any questions Phillip responded promptly.

Really enjoyed our stay, everything was perfect. The barn was such a lovely touch and the whole place was beautifully designed. I only wish we stayed longer!! Thankyou so much :)

I was visiting with my friend and her two year old daughter and Lucy-Ann could not have made the cottage any more comfortable for us, the toys in the child’s room were perfect. It was New Year’s Eve while we were there and the decorations around the cottage were so beautiful and festive. There was even a welcome basket with all the ingredients for a festive cocktail (which was delicious!) The kitchen is so well equipped and clean. The bathroom was spotless and the beds comfortable. At one point we managed to lock ourselves out and Lucy-Ann was so kind and quick to get us back inside - which we greatly appreciated! I would highly recommend this cottage and we would definitely want to book again in the future.

An idyllic setting for a quiet and relaxing Devon break. This is a comfortable, cosy and beautifully maintained holiday home and we so enjoyed our stay in Nancy’s cottage. It was a lovely welcome to have Nancy’s breakfast gifts which were much appreciated! We look forward to many more visits!
