Vacation rentals with a kayak in Sutherland Shire Council

Honestly the best Air BNB our group has EVER stayed in! Millionaire cos-play. Absolutely stunning location right on the water, private and quiet. Lots of rooms, muli-level with all the amenities and fun activities like pool/ping-pong table, video games, darts. Walk down by the water there are tons of options to use SUPs, Kayaks, fishing poles. There's a trolley lift that takes you down and up the hill to avoid all the stairs. This was a great location for Sydney because it's near the airport, and central to a lot of different hotspots without getting bogged down in the city center. Host had great communication and we did not have any issues during our stay here.

Had a fantastic weekend away at Lesley’s boathouse! Such a beautiful setting—peaceful, relaxing, and the perfect spot to unwind. We really appreciated all the little touches, especially the thoughtful drinks and snacks. It made our stay even more special. Would love to come back again!

Fabulous spot to relax and enjoy beautiful walks, lovely beaches in a very peaceful setting. The garden is particularly delightful with well selected beautiful plants. It's a lovely place to sit and watch the world go by.

Joanne was an amazing host, even before we got there! she went out of her way to accommodate us, helping us with a high chair and made sure we got in okay on arrival. The location is just stunning, no matter the weather! we relaxed, swam, kayaked, played games and had the most beautiful time. Perfect place to unwind, connect with family and forget about work! We have recommended this place to all we have spoken to, hoping to return ourselves thanks so much Joanne!

We had a fabulous week in Bundeena. The house was exactly what we were looking for. Spacious light and comfortable for our family. The outdoor area was perfect for evening BBQ’s and upstairs provided extra space to relax. Location was great - easy walk to the beach and cafes. The weather was a little disappointing at times but the house provided lots of space to relax and unwind when the sun was not shining, The instructions for the house were clear and simple to follow. Catherine was a great host providing a quick response to our questions. Bundeena is a beautiful spot and this gorgeous house provided a haven to relax and explore as required. Highly recommend this property to anyone planning a trip to Bundeena. We hope to return next summer.

Beautiful house with beach view defect for a relaxed summer holiday

My family lived staying here! With the hot tub, and paddles boards we had plenty to do not to mention the beautiful sun sets in the afternoon. We had a hard time leaving

My 6 year old daughter and myself stayed for 2 months in this lovely AirBnB. She really enjoyed the little hut on top of the chicken in the garden. I enjoyed the quite area, the many birds singing and calling, watching the river disappear and come back with each tide. The apartment feels big and open with its high ceilings, and is nicely furnished. The air conditioning worked great, be it for cooling down or heating up a bit. The kitchen is equipped with many appliances, such as a microwave, rice cooker, toaster or air fryer. Vera (the host) happily shares eggs, herbs or veggies from her garden. She also brought a tent, books and toys for my daughter to play with. The laundry machine and dryer where quite handy since we stayed for a longer period of time. I can only recommend! Vera and her 2 (grown up) kids are very welcoming and happy to exchange with their guest and provide recommendations on things to do and places to stay.
