Vacation rentals with an accessible height toilet in Surprise

Amazing yard - fun times playing games (ping pong, pool, tabletop shuffle board)- loved our time here and hope to stay again. Quiet neighborhood/pefect yard for our dog-kids!

The Bunkhouse was the quintessential AirBnB of our dreams! Sara & Cliff have a comfy and welcoming vibe with a country western theme— we had everything we needed and the home was decorated beautifully. It even included a short written history of the area and how the property came to be. It’s probably one of the most fun, inviting, and friendly places we have stayed. Highly recommend!

What a sweet and peaceful stay. Our little group had work to do and reserved Chuck's space to both work and relax. It was perfect for both, and I appreciated the great communication, all the little details, the hot tub was blissful!!, and I slept great. The place is as described (note there are stairs, etc if you have mobility issues the bedrooms are upstairs and outside is landscaped so ask questions - Chuck is a good communicator - if you have concerns). I also really like that area of central Phoenix - it is close to freeways and lots of places if you aren't familiar with Phoenix. I'd stay here again for sure :)

I enjoyed my stay though it was a small room but it was fine for me. The room could use a small coffee machine for morning brew.

We had a great stay at Kristie’s place! It’s within driving distance to downtown Phoenix and in a nice, calm neighbourhood. Especially great if you like dogs!

The hosts were great! It was perfect for our visit to see our GCU student. The beds were comfortable and the hot tub was fantastic. We enjoyed a sunset at Hole in the Rock and desert at Sugar Bowl in Old Town Scottsdale. Both were very close to the house. Thanks for a relaxing weekend for our family.

Our group had a great time here. Lots of activities to do and close to old town as well!

Trevor and Susan were spectacular, simply one of the bests hosts we have ever had and we are striving to do some of the things the incorporate in our rentals. They are happy to engage, or happy to let you be...but the engaging is great. They have such a wonderful story and know SO MUCH about the area! They supported our ideas for fine dining and offered other suggestions that were off the "typical" path and ended up being some of the best. The place is great, quaint and all the amenities. The new hot tub is fantastic, im 6 foot 3 and my shoulders were all the way under! Too chilly out for the pool but the backyard setting is second to none. Their property can accommodate 1 person, 2 or a larger group in their larger on site rentals. The whole property is simply a dream and a rare find.

Great and very clean place. Easy to check in and had lots of local recommendations for attractions and dining. also another thing that stood out was the address, distance and contact information for emergency services and closest hospital for worst case scenarios.

The place was super nice and surrounded by lots of things to do! Definitely an amazing stay with amazing service!

Very comfortable, clean, two bedroom with covered parking and easy keyless entry. I had a job obligation in Gilbert, AZ, so this location was an easy 8 min drive to where I needed to be. The bed and linen were very comfortable, the kitchen was nicely stocked with basics (I didn't end up using the kitchen for anything but coffee, but it lends itself to buying groceries and making food there). Bathrooms were clean, and there was a nice, screened in back porch.

Very responsive and kind host. Left a bottle of wine which was a surprise! Lovely and comfortable unit!

Alice was very helpful during the booking, before checkin and throughout the full stay. The place was exactly what we were expecting from the pictures and descriptions. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook a few meals. Both bathrooms were set up nicely. The beds were very comfortable. We had the twin beds put together as a king and still had space to move around Would definitely recommend this place.

Overall, a wonderful place to lay your head. Accommodations were as advertised. Very clean and modern. The one minor takeaway was the clogged main bathroom shower drain. However, with the 2Bed/2BR configuration, the second bathroom was just as nice. Great, quiet place to stay in the heart of Scottsdale. Would definitely rent again!
