Vacation rentals with a patio in Surfside Beach

Worth it !!! Does need a bit of bug spraying but can be fixed , there are ALOT of trees around so expect it ! Clean well managed and SPACIOUS ! Loved the communication and was very flexible. I appreciated !

We had an amazing stay! The place was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was incredibly welcoming and quick to respond to any questions. The location was perfect close to everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great experience! This place will be our second home when we visit Miami. 😌

Great place and good communication

Really liked it only problem was the water in the shower got cold fast. Other than that was really nice

The house is super cozy and we really enjoy our stay. Zeynep is very responsive to our questions and issues. The stove wasn’t working properly and she sent us spare ones the same day and fix the issue entirely in 2 days. Despite the quick fix she still sent us gifts, which are super lovely.

We stayed for 2 nights and had a great experience! Our host Nhi, communicated very well right from booking. Always quick to respond to my questions and always gave clear instructions. She listened to concerns and was prompt with any problem solving. The house was very clean and welcoming and stocked with pretty much everything you need for a good stay. The neighborhood was quiet and I never felt unsafe. I did like that the driveway was gated and private. I would stay there again. Overall 5 stars!

Nice house with garden and pool. Fully suitable for a family with kids. In the information, local addresses for shopping or finding a restaurant were missing. Some tips about Miami would be welcome.

The place is super luminous and well furnished, it looks like a magazine apartment on the inside. Alex let us have an early check in and late check out. Communication was perfect. Totally recommend 🥳

The house was beautiful! Looked exactly like the pictures and the location was perfect! The only thing I noted which I don’t want to say was a real complaint but Martin is a stickler on his rules. Every message he sent us was a copy and paste of the house rules and it just felt very pushy. Other than that I would definitely recommend!

We had such a great stay despite having eight people total with only one bathroom; we managed well and were very comfortable in Yuri's place. Also Yuri was highly responsive and proactive. The coffee maker had a crack, and Yuri was super quick to respond and brought a new coffee maker within minutes. The place was super cute, clean, and well-maintained. Highly recommend! 5 stars!

We had a great stay at Tony’s apartment over our winter vacation. The apartment is indeed as described, very clean, well appointed and obviously well taken care of. The location is fantastic; a short walk to the beach as well as multiple restaurants, however not as frenetic as the neighborhood north of Fifth. It was nice to have the availability of a grill and the outdoor pool and dining areas. Tony was a very proactive and responsive host, checking in with us multiple times during our stay. We had a minor toilet issue that Tony quickly resolved. We look forward to staying with Tony again later this year.

Had a pleasant stay! This Airbnb is located in a beautiful, large luxury building in a perfect area of south beach! Building has many upscale amenities like fitness center, pool etc. The host was very responsive and if there was an issue it was handled swiftly. Would recommend!

This is our second time staying at Christina's place. The location is amazing, we love the design district area and love being able to walk to Wynwood. The apartment has everything you need and Christina is always quick to respond. Looking forward to hopefully staying again next year!
