House vacation rentals in Surf Beach

Stephanie is an amazing host. This property was not only in a brilliant position but it exceeded all our expectations. We stayed here to celebrate my 60th Birthday with our adult children, partners and our 2 small dogs. The yard is great for dogs although the side gate may not be great for some small dogs as they may get through. We solved this by placing the bins there which worked a treat. Stephanie has indicated that she will look at adjusting this. The house is immaculately furnished and stocked with all the essentials and more. Stephanie was very responsive during our stay when we had some queries, providing us with locations of EV chargers, activities & places to dine. The house is walking distance to Malua Bay Shops. Raymond’s Chinese is delicious. Club Malua has great food, cocktails & Barefoot Bowls.The pool was very clean and refreshing on hot days. The table tennis was enjoyed by all adults. The layout of the house allows for plenty of spots to chill out. We will be back.

Lovely property looking out onto the rolling hills of Milton, with the sea beyond. Bit of road noise during the day but quiet at night. Don’t forget your swimwear for the pool!

We LOVE our stay at Tanja's place. As soon as we arrived we were wowed by the place. Such beautiful interiers and styling. Also an INCREDIBLY stocked kitchen, that made cooking in one of the nights a total breeze. The location and pool were also such a stunning perk. We really enjoyed staying in so much that it was hard to leave! We all had a great night sleep from day 1 with such comfortable beds. Lots to do in the neighbouring town of Milton for dinners and wine bars and cafes in the daytime. Tanja is also a really kind and thoughtful host with her messages. We really appreciated her responsiveness, care and helpful tips. Would genuinely stay again!!

had a great time staying at this accommodation. the pool and jacuzzi were amazing and the kitchen was fully furnished and comfortable to use. lots of fun games were also at the accommodation and beds were nice. only problem was that the previous people at the accommodation had filled the bins which meant there was no space for our garbage which meant that bin was overflowing. this caused one of the neighbours to go ballistic on us even though we were following instructions as provided by the bnb owner. we were able to explain it to them but this was confronting.

We had a lovely holiday at Paula and Peter’s house. There was plenty of space and comfortable beds. The kitchen is well equipped with lots of worktop space. The living room is very light and has an ocean breeze with the windows open. There are lots of kids toys and board games. The pool is lovely and there’s lots of space outside.

Look no further - this is a great place to stay in Bawley Point! The house is equipped with everything you need, and the beach is only a short walk down the hill. So nice to have a pool to dip in if it gets hot. Would definitely stay here again, highly recommended

A really beautiful spot - if you’re after a very private spot but with all the amenities you need and only a sort drive to shops etc this is a great choice. We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely sanctuary on the river.

Absolutely wonderful place, friendly hosts, fantastic location! Quiet, peaceful, easy walk to the beach through the forest. Just beautiful. The house is great, very comfy, has everything you need including an outdoor hot shower for after a surf. The vibe is so good! Very happy with our stay here and would love to stay again sometime. Highly recommend!

We really loved our stay at Rowie’s, great location close to the beach, local shops, restaurants. The house was absolutely perfect for our family with dog and Maxine is very helpful, accommodating and responsive!

Stayed here in January 2024 with my parents, daughter and her 2 cousins, my moodles and my siblings. The place was spacious with plenty of areas to sit and read, relax and watch the birds and listen to kookaburras. The kitchen has everything we needed to enjoy family time over meals. The rooms were perfect for our crowd. The beaches, supermarket, coffee shops were close and Nicola was a responsive host. we all had a thoroughly lovely time.

Great spot, near the beach, lots of games etc. beautiful light filled home with lovely outdoor spaces. only one.toilet and in the same room as the shower, not.ideal for more than 2 people.

A beautiful stay. The place was so well equipped with ample both indoor and outdoor seating which made it perfect for a big family weekend away. Host was fantastic constantly checking in and responding very promptly. We loved the selection of books available - this was a special touch. Loved our stay!

A beautiful week with family in a family holiday house. Just perfect for two little boys discovering the joy of swimming as many times a day as they wanted to. Both learnt to boogie board and to play ping pong and pool. A kitchen good enough for their parents, both chefs, to enjoy cooking all our meals and always, the trees and sea around us. The location and view is extraordinary - you soon forget you are in suburban Batehaven and instead marvel at the sensitivity of the coastal development which has left the bay and cliffs accessible to everyone. We swam twice a day and thoroughly enjoyed not having to engage anything but sand between home and water. A special shout out to Paul for the thoughtfulness and generosity with which he stocks the house and kitchen. This made cooking and BBQ on the Webber wonderfully easy. A very special house.

Lovely and spacious home with a great view of Mollymook Beach. Especially loved the large living room space and comfy beds. Located in a convenient location close to Mollymook and Ulladulla.

Fantastic place! Beautiful views from the deck overlooking the ocean and only a stone’s throw from the beach. There was plenty of space for our whole family, we never felt cramped. The kids loved all the toys on hand and the air hockey table. The spa and snooker table are great additions, as is the second fridge in the kitchenette. Kaylyn was an extremely helpful host, she went above and beyond and even provided extra mattresses for us. Check-in was a breeze and Kaylyn was always very quick to respond. There are some stairs in the house but even my grandmother had no problems going up and down them. We would definitely return to Batehaven! Fingers crossed the avocado trees in the backyard are ripe when we do 🤞

What a lovely place in a gorgeous spot right next to the beach. Check-in was seamless and John was a welcoming host. We had all we needed for our week-long escape from reality. Would recommend.

We had a lovely stay. It’s only a 10 -15 min walk to the local coffee shop and a dog friendly beach. We look forward to returning in the future.

David's cottage was conveniently located to the river, the beach and a great cafe. Check in was easy, David communicated every detail very well. The kitchen had everything you needed. The property was great for pets, spacious and kayaks were supplied. We loved our stay and would love to stay again.

A peaceful and relaxing stay in a beautiful setting with big trees, ocean glimpses and the sound of the waves. Kim was very helpful. The chickens were great company in a very undemanding way. We had everything we needed and Narooma was a short and scenic drive away.
