Everything was as expected, great facilities, great beds and great showers. A good choice if you're planning stay at Horrocks Beach.

Spacious home and nice location across from the beach. Lots of space for sitting for large families as well as plenty of secure parking space.

Best location in Horrocks without a doubt. Felt at home straight away watching the view from the balcony. Older accommodation like most of the others near but well equipped, peaceful and spacious exactly what we needed and would consider returning.

We spent a lovely week at Joe's place in Mahomet Flats and were able to take our dog Jessie with us which was a huge plus. It was everything we needed, right across from the vast Back beach for morning runs, dips and surfs, and a quick drive to the servo for basics (although everything in Geraldton is generally just a short drive). The IGA on Durlacher St was only 4/5 mins away. The house is exactly as it shows in the pictures, clean with separate living and dining areas, 2 good sized bedrooms, a well kitted-out kitchen with all the basics - tea, coffee, sugar, olive oil, salt pepper, UHT milk - a big family bathroom, laundry, good air conditioning in the lounge with a standing fan provided for the back bedroom, plenty of towels and wardrobe space. The yard was perfect for Jessie to sniff around in with a bit of shade from a Hibiscus tree. We were at family houses a lot so didn't sit out there - the grass is quite parched and patchy, and just a small outdoor setting with 2 chairs.

Nice little unit, that is very comfortable. It is near a park and across the road from the beach, good for stretching the legs or just sitting back listening to the waves crash. It was my second time staying here and will be back in the future

Words cannot describe the serenity of this beautiful home. Not only is it a stone throw from the beach but the peaceful nature of the property makes your stay so relaxing. We loved that it was pet friendly and secure. Amazing place that we will definitely be back at. Thank you for having us.

Wicked place in a wicked location, epic views and sunsets nice big house for everyone! only little down fall is that there is no air cons for the hot days, little investment in a proper aircon would have made this the best Airbnb I’ve stayed in!besides that absolutely loved the stay 🤟🏽
