Great location on the beach.

We had an amazing spring break in Ft. Lauderdale and our boys loved Anthony’s place! It had everything we needed, the location cannot be beat and the amenities are wonderful. Thanks for the memories! There were a couple of minor quirks we encountered when we arrived, but Anthony was super fast to respond and resolve the issue. We would 100% stay again.

This was a little slice of paradise. We enjoyed our relaxing week away and Estilita’s place offered just the respite we needed!

Our stay was great!! The unit was just as described, it was spacious, clean and comfortable. We had a beautiful ocean view and enjoyed the amenities, specifically beach chairs, umbrella and toys for the kids. It was a quick walk to the beach and the entire unit was quiet - everyone in the building respected quiet hours. Just what we needed for a quick beach getaway for our family.

The penthouse condo was fabulous. Perfect & safe location, close to the beach & everything. We loved the pools, too. The kitchen was excellent & had everything we needed. The house manual was very helpful & detailed. George was a great communicator & very responsive. We can’t wait to come back!

At first look the building looked like it was frozen in time from the 70's. But the place was located perfectly in between restaurants on one side and the beach on the other. Location, location, location. coming back next year

We were very pleased with this place! The location on the beach is great and there is great equipment for beach trips in the room. The gym in the building is also well equipped and there is everything you need in the building - but you need a little more time with the elevators when things are busy. The free transport (trolley) is great but not very reliable in terms of time. The accommodation is located right on the beach, but is not so super close to the center, which always takes some travel time if you want to go into the city. The hostess is very friendly, easy to reach and we felt welcome at all times. If you want to be on the beach a lot, you have found the perfect accommodation here!

We had a wonderful stay at this property! It is the perfect location on Ft. Lauderdale's strip - right off A1A with some distance from the Spring Break area. The unit was great - perfect for our family. Very spacious and clean, and right down the hall from the Residence pool. Having access to the resort amenities was also great. Salil was extremely responsive and easy going. Very easy to work with. Would highly recommend if traveling with kids. We hope to be back!

Honestly an amazing stay, the Patrick was great. Very clean and had everything you could really need. Keep in mind there is a $50 fee per person at the location when you check in with the front desk. However, couples are charged one tab and children are free. The pool was beautiful and the location was extremely convenient. Restaurants, cafes, grocery shops, and gyms are all a 5 minute walk.

This was a well-kept, nice place that is a condo but quiet enough not to bother me during my stay in terms of road and neighbor noise. When it rains, the skylight is loud. The kitchen and bathrooms are very nice. I stayed for a month by myself, but I think that more than one person staying here might be tough because the bedroom is a loft bedroom and you can hear everything upstairs or downstairs. The sheets on the bed were too small for the bed and were ripped on the corners because of it when I got there. A few of the kitchen bar stool chairs needed fixing. But overall I was very happy with my stay here, it had everything that I needed.

We recently stayed at a Latitude Key property and had an excellent experience. The unit was stunning, with full-length windows offering peaceful views of the canal—an ideal backdrop for both relaxation and conversation. With three well-appointed bedrooms and three bathrooms, the space easily exceeded our expectations and provided plenty of room for comfort and privacy. The property is part of a well-maintained community that features shared amenities, including a heated pool, grills, and outdoor tables. Other guests were courteous and friendly, which made the shared spaces pleasant to use. That said, it's helpful to know in advance that these areas are communal—so you're aware that others may be nearby. The Latitude Key staff stood out for their professionalism and quick response times. Every question or request was handled with care, making the experience smooth from check-in to departure. We’re already looking forward to booking with Latitude Key again for our next trip. Grateful

This is our second time staying at Christina's place. The location is amazing, we love the design district area and love being able to walk to Wynwood. The apartment has everything you need and Christina is always quick to respond. Looking forward to hopefully staying again next year!

Great space right next to the best part of Miami Beach (Sunset Harbor) I took a 3 day pass at Anatomy gym which is one block away and was right next to Lincoln Road and other favorites. Erik was very responsive and accommodating even when small issues arose on my side.

Nice spacious condo walking distance to the beach in Sunny Isles. Responsive host and no issues throughout the stay.

Anthony has a great property in a prime location. The view is amazing. Friendly and responsive host. We would stay here again!

I recently stayed at a beautiful apartment in Miami, hosted by Dmitry and Maria, and we couldn't have been more pleased with the experience. The apartment offered stunning views of the water and boats, making every moment feel like a picturesque escape. It was impeccably clean, which added to the overall comfort and enjoyment of the stay. Dmitry and Maria were incredibly kind and flexible, always available whenever we needed assistance, making the entire process smooth and pleasant. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were very nice, and the kitchen was fully equipped.I highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking to visit Miami.

Tamara's unit 208 was just as it was advertised. Some things that she doesn't mention and she doesn't really need to is that the unit faces east and gets the morning sun. The shades and curtains do a good job blocking the heat and sun when you need them to. The Wi-Fi is very fast. The neighbors are very friendly and they all seem to speak French. The only TV is via Roku. There doesn't seem to be a cable box or an antenna that I could find so you won't get local channels. The kitchen is immaculate and well stocked but I couldn't turn off the ice maker and it makes a lot of noise. One thing that Tamara didn't mention and she should have is that the parking for this unit is in the rear. The driveway to access it is on the right of the building as you face it. I felt that my car was very secure back there. I liked the place so much that I hope to be back soon.

We both really enjoyed our stay at Tolga's place. Market is next door which is extremely convenient. The beach, restaurants, and shops are within walking distance. The condo was what we were looking for. We will be back

Paula is wonderful and love this place comfy and can’t beat the location, walked to beach so close 3 minute walk 1 minute run aha, clean and very fairly priced.

Daniel’s place was very clean newly renovated and a great location! Close to Miami but not in the middle of all the chaos. The beach was a short walk. Very nice place!

Stephen was very kind and helpful. This place was comfortable and peaceful. Highly recommend.
