Family-friendly vacation rentals in Sunny Isles Beach

We were a group of six and enjoyed our five days in the home very much. The location was perfect for us with shopping and markets within walking distance. The house was large, comfortable and very well-appointed. We happened to stay during cold weather but the heating was very good and we had plenty of lap blankets for additional comfort. Winston was very responsive to our few questions and was clear with instructions and tips. Highly recommended!

Arriving from very cold weather up north, Claudia’s warm welcome was just what we needed! Her lovely home felt like our own mini-resort—from the pool and hot tub (which she turned on each evening for us) to the fresh flowers and potted poinsettias, the pickleball court, comfy beds and sofas, beach and bath towels galore. She even supplied beach chairs and a cart for us when we headed to Biscayne Bay for a day. Claudia’s hospitality was truly exceptional, and her home perfectly located for exploring favorite spots: Vizcaya, Fairchild Tropical Gardens, Wynwood walls, a trove of great restaurants, and more. We had a wonderful time!

I had stayed at this home for my 60th birthday with my daughter and five other girlfriends. We had the best time ever. It was a little too far as my son lives in Fort Lauderdale but if you were to stay in that area for other reasons, it was fantastic. It still was definitely local to a casino and a lot of other fun stuff.

The greatest family vacations ever, beautiful private pool, stylish pretty home. All from my family can only say "thank you Jane so much" and we hope we will be able to return soon.

As perfect as anyone could expect. One minor issue that im sure they were not aware of but jumped to correct it. Two of the most important things for is is there was nothing misleading about the property description and the communication couldn't have been better.

Eden was a wonderful get away for and I. Even though I worked somedays it felt as though I was already on vacation. The yard and pool were very private and nice for lounging around in the sun. Evenings were our favorite time to sit around the pool and watch the sunset. This was such a wonderful place and really appreciated Christina's responsiveness to any of our needs. Definitely would recommend.

Vischka has a beautiful family home, she was always responsive and ready to help whenever we needed. I would recommend staying at her place!

Eddie’s place was perfect and exactly what we were looking for. It was my daughter’s bachelorette weekend and we wanted warm outdoor space. The pool was perfect and there were plenty of places to sit and relax in the warmth. We spent the majority of our time there, only going out for groceries and brunch. Had a hibachi chef come for an outside dinner and there was plenty of room. Moved tables together and we all sat together. Plenty of beds and blankets and the beds were comfy according to most. We will def come back again. Plenty of what was needed in the kitchen for a large group (plates/utensils). But most of our time was enjoying the outside weather with each others company. We had one issue with a coffee maker and Eddy was right there. Looked like previous people melted something, but we wanted them to know. There were two coffee makers there to begin with. Also the outside fridge was perfect for beverages! We will be back!!!! Thank you the perfect house for us 🥰

The place is fine. It’s two level apartment. Functional kitchen, dining room. Beds are ok. I like the Host is responsive flexible.

We stayed here for a week. We got this house because my boyfriend had to have a surgery in Hollywood FL and we are from Arizona. The house was so cute and clean! The backyard was my favorite part about it. There was a mango tree and avocado tree in the back yard and I saw a lizard the size of a house cat way up in the big tree. So cool! The house is very conveniently located. Close to the beach and tasty restaurants(CAO Bakery is right across the street and has amazing pastries)within walking distance. It is a busy neighborhood but we felt very safe and suprisingly the house was very quiet and sound proofed. It's a really nice place to stay. The host is very reachable and friendly and the check in and out are so much easier than other air bnbs we have stayed at.

We had the best time in Alex's home. The space is great for a group of seven, the heated pool area was amazing, and the neighborhood was very peaceful. Definitely recommend staying here!

We were looking for a house outside the center with a private backyard and Tim's house was a perfect choice. It was spacious and very comfortable, great for our longer stay. The beds were super comfortable and it was very quiet at night. The kitchen was well equipped so we could easily cook at home. The fridge comes with a cold water dispenser which was very handy. Tim is an excellent host. He replied very quickly when we had questions or issues and followed up to make sure each of the problems was resolved. Internet connection (once we were provided with access to a second network) worked well throughout the entire house and even in the backyard, far away from the router. The neighborhood is safe and green. You're one minute away from the highway but no traffic noise reaches the house. The worst part is that there's regular noise coming from leaf blowers and lawnmowers (and other noise generated by landscaping companies), but that's common in Miami and doesn't depend on the host.

Best AIRBNB ever. The house is at a great location, just by the beach, and has everything you may need to enjoy your vacation. Michael was very kind and helpful. No better choice in Miami. Great value for money, specially considering the free parking.

Wonderful location for park and the beach. Quiet at night, parking available. Perfect for a family. Close to the South Beach highlights but outside the noisy area. Pool and exercise room were great. Lovely host.

Me and my family had a great experience at Zac’s house. View is absolutely beautiful. House is located very close to Publix, CVS, and Marshall’s. House was fully equipped with all cooking utensils. The pool was a great amenity. Zac was a great host, he checked in every once in a while to see how we were doing. We hope to be back soon!

What an amazing host and fantastic property. Communication was prompt and professional. The host really worked with us to help us to make our experience a great stay! We would stay again and highly recommend this property!

We have stayed here several times and really enjoy the location and cleanliness of the house. The house included beach chairs, umbrella and wagon of beach toys which the children enjoyed using. There is a basketball court and playing across the street which the kids enjoyed as well.

Lovely little place and a great value for the price, while being located near everything in the very upscale neighborhood of beautiful Key Biscayne. I was traveling solo and always felt safe out and about, even at night. The accommodations were cozy and clean with warm decorations and artwork. Comfortable bed, great shower. Big closet with plenty of linens. Nice ceiling fans with good A/C. Beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella, beach toys and books too. The private patio was relaxing and peaceful. The public beach and two grocery stores are within walking distance. There is a golf cart rental place also within walking distance and they are handy to rent for visiting the beautiful beaches, sunsets, and restaurants at the Bill Baggs Cape Florida State Park. Miami-Dade county offers great Ecoadventures and I enjoyed kayaking. Ginny is a very friendly and responsive host. Her communication is prompt and she works to accommodate you regarding anything you need. Highly recommend it!

We look forward to our annual visit to River House. Always renewing to relax by the river and enjoy the tropical surroundings, we especially enjoy the daily visits of iguanas and water foul. Daniel and Orlando are fabulous hosts! The property is well maintained and they are quick to respond to any questions. Our go to beach is by Allison Park (good parking there) which always includes a stop at Don Pan for empanadas.

Very clean. We had an issue with the jacuzzi on the first night and he stayed up and even contacted the technician to help us figure it out, and we did! Very welcoming home and comfortable! Everything was easy to access and the bikes were fun too! We used the jacuzzi every night! And it was super comfortable! We had an amazing stay!

Perfect location by restaurants and grocery stores. Short uber to the beach. Communication from the host was above and beyond. Place was clean, well stocked, and exactly as pictured. Would rent this place again.

We had the privilege of staying in this beautiful home as a last-minute evacuation during Hurricane Milton, and it truly felt like a haven for our family. As parents of three young children, safety was our top concern, and the solid concrete structure of the house immediately put us at ease. The hosts were incredibly kind and flexible, accommodating our needs with warmth and understanding during such a stressful time. The home itself is impeccable, with furnishings that rival those of a 5-star hotel. The location strikes a perfect balance—convenient to everything we needed, yet peaceful and serene. The backyard is like a tropical paradise, and it will forever hold a special place in our hearts as the spot where one of our kids learned to swim unassisted for the first time. We are deeply grateful for the comfort and security this home provided during such a tumultuous time. Our kids not only felt safe, but they were able to relax and thrive here. We can’t recommend this home enough!

We loved staying here with our party of 8. The property is very spacious and we felt like we had ample room with the main house and cottage. The pool was amazing. It was clean and warm. The house was well stocked with many household items. Jayne is a great hostess. She was easy to communicate with and was very accommodating. We would definitely stay here again.
