Lovely 'home' right on the coast. Everything you would want in a place to stay and everything on your doorstep when you are out and about. I am sure we will be back.

This is the second time that we have stayed at this property and it was a great homely place for work purposes. Jamie responded to all queries and was helpful. Would recommend staying here and stay here again should we be working in the area. Thank you Jamie.

Stayed at Amanda s house for three nights over New year period.Communication was excellent, house ideally located near the beach etc etc, house had everything you need in it-well equipped kitchen, smart tv, fast WiFi, nice bathroom, seating for 6 everything catered for.

An absolute gem in beautiful surroundings! The cottage is spotless, cosy and fabulously stocked - and feels so homely it’s wonderful. Marion and John are lovely hosts and are right nearby but ensure your privacy too. Thank you so much! Can’t wait to come back again :)

Ellen is an amazing host! You couldn't find a more kind, friendly and helpful person.. The home is beautiful with lovely unique decorations (love the seaglass displays) and everything you could possibly need during your stay. It's a great base to go into Seaham, and we found loads of seaglass! This was the perfect after Christmas getaway and I can't wait to come back here. Thank you so much Ellen for the support with my cars flat tyre when we were leaving - you made a stressful situation easier and we're so thankful to you!

Great location, around the corner from the Metro. Exceeded expectation as haven't used air BnB before. Hosts were helpful. A lovely place, highly recomend!

Lovely flat in great area for exploring Newcastle

We had such a great stay! The location is perfect with a mall across the street and lots of restaurants and shops. The host was very responsive which was nice because we got in later at night. The place was extremely clean which is super nice when on the road! I would definitely recommend!

First of all, Jacinta is the best Abnb host we have ever encountered. 💜 This is an historic building full of character. It was welcoming and warm with everything we needed. Jacinta kept in touch to check out if things were ok which was so helpful. The house was cosy, beds comfy, great warm shower and a thoughtful welcome pack and fresh flowers. Thank you Jacinta.

I couldn't recommend Will & Dawn's place more. The place was spotlessly clean when we arrived. The instructions on how to find the place were detailed and Will was proactive in communication, ensuring we knew how to get there. We received a warm welcome on arrival. The place was done out to a very high spec. The pool was also a big draw which our four year old boy particularly enjoyed. The location was a great base for exploring Northumberland. We'll definitely be back

Stephen was a very helpful host. The place was exactly as described. Tidy and has all the modern tech needed. A lot of space for 2 people. Wil definitely be back and highly recommend!

We had an excellent stay. We enjoyed the welcome pack with all the extras such as the selection of teas, coffee and jam. Even the dogs received some treats. The Christmas decorations in the living room was a lovely touch and we appreciated the fire in the log burner being set.

Absolutely great place to stay with 2 12 year old boys. Brilliant location and so much to do - Caroline gave us some fab recommendations. The flat was in a perfect location - close to the beach and loads of places to eat. The boys loved the bunk beds and I was impressed with the size of the rooms. Kitchen well equipped if you wanted to cook but we ate out for most meals. The bathroom is a wet room - so take crocs for using the toilet after a shower to avoid wet feet - this was not a problem for us at all and the shower was lovely and warm. Lots of little touches were great, biscuits and tea and coffee, toilet roll, cleaning products so if you arrived late no problem - also a shop over the road. Highly recommend as a lovely downstairs flat with parking near the sea - perfect.

A perfect place for our stay: was 5 minute drive to our daughter’s university accommodation, a 5 minute walk to Jesmond Dene for our dog walks, a 10 minute drive to Newcastle (we did not try out public transport as there were 4 of us plus a dog), 5 minute drive to Arlo, (one of our favourite places to eat), and added bonus of a hot tub. Kitchen was well stocked - we had a great take away from Jakki’s Chinese Takeaway. We will definitely book to stay again

First class . Superbly presented apartment, clean and tidy with stunning views overlooking the marina. Thanks for making our stay a special one , we couldn't fault it. Would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone, 100% . We will hopefully be returning soon .

Perfect little place within walking distance of the beach. We stayed with 2 small children and the size was just right for us. All the little handy extras like toilet roll, towels, laundry airer and more made the trip that much simpler too. Also appreciated the reasonable price range. Would definitely stay again.

Our second stay in Cat’s apartment. Great location in Gosforth and very near local shops and good restaurants. Apartment is warm and comfortable, use of a parking permit very helpful. Would highly recommend.

a great place to stay. We were here for just here for 1 night. A really well presented apartment, great location right next to the marina, with easy access to the promenade to Seaton Carew. Clean and cosy. The extra touch of a bottle of milk and coffee was much appreciated. I would fully recommend this to anyone visiting the Hartlepool area. A brilliant property and host.
