Me and my Fiancee had a fantastic time in and around Kobe and this apartment is big enough for two with great facilities, I especially enjoyed having a washing machine and not needing to use the local laundry shops, which I have had to do on previous visits. It has great links, as Kobe station is and easy walk as well as the subway. there are many local restaurants, shops, convinces stores and a supermarket less then 5 minutes walk from the apartment. Everything was set up for our arrival and staying in a more traditional style apartment was a nice change for this trip. Toki's communication was fantastic and all the information in the apartment was useful. I hope others take the opportunity to stay at Toki's accommodation as we had a really good time and a wonderful experience

It was a beautiful room that had just been renovated. There were two toilets and two washstands and air conditioners on the first floor. It was a 2-minute walk to the sea. I was able to walk to the sea many times. I also enjoyed searching for cats in the city. The wifi was also smooth for children to play games and watch videos. It was a nice kitchen and well equipped with tools. I was able to use a large refrigerator for five days and three meals. It was a 2-minute walk to the neighborhood rental car for 2,500 yen. Great location. 10min away from KIX by train. Perfect for a group stay, since the house has multiple rooms, each with its own shower and toilet.

We used it as a friend and four adults. It was very friendly and I was impressed by the flexibility to accommodate this request. The room is stylishly decorated and has four beds, so you can sleep comfortably.The refrigerator is large, so you can store the food and water you buy with plenty of time. The bath in the distance is spacious enough for 4 adults, but it will be comfortable for two people. The BBQs were all delicious, and we had a different meal, so we were satisfied with the quantity.Breakfast was served with organic ingredients, and there were many small bowls, and it was delicious.As an honest impression, it is definitely worth more than the price, so I recommend adding dinner and breakfast.

Whenever I had a question, they responded quickly, so it was very helpful. It was close to Shingobe and Sannomiya stations, so it was easy to travel. The accommodation was also equipped with everything you need, so it was useful for staying.

The parking space was spacious and close to downtown, so it was nice when traveling with a car. There were two rooms, two bathrooms, and a spacious living room, so it was good for living.

Very nice landlord, very good place to stay. A few minutes walk to beach and supply store, easy to reach public transportation then to Osaka city center. Nice neighbourhood and nice neighbors, quiet and safe. Facilities in room are all in good condition. Landlord replied quickly for small things we asked. It's a very friendly place to family and foreigners.
