Family-friendly vacation rentals in Sumoto

The owner had put a lot of thought and effort into providing every amenity possible. We had the whole “Hostel Familia” to ourselves, 2 large-bedrooms plus a smaller single bedroom, which was terrific. The place had a hostel feel to it, but with three toilets and 2 bathrooms, this was a luxury not common to most accommodation in Japan.

Great place to stay. Close to so many restaurants and easy access to transport. Will definitely book again next time back in Osaka.

The host is enthusiastic, welcoming and introducing the surrounding restaurants.Japanese tatami house is different from traditional hotel, fully enjoy Japanese traditional living, quiet surroundings make me relax in an instant. Very close to Itami Airport, you need to catch an early flight and a taxi in less than 15 minutes.Comfortable and clean room.Very friendly hosts and very friendly and very responsive.The room is on the third floor, there are only stairs, and the landlord has helped me take two big luggage, thank you very much!The sound of the air conditioner and heater is a little loud, the wind speed is low, everything else is very good, the kitchen utensils are fully equipped!

Overall, a great stay. I let Hong know that I knew the area well so no worries about my stay, so the host let me be. The house is easy to find and in a quiet neighborhood. While my party was only three, it was nice to have a whole house to yourself as everyone had their own space to move around. Not many places where you have a real kitchen and living room. Bedrooms were also separate and on the second floor. The walk to public transit was also short, and the reason why I selected this place. Very satisfied.

The host was so kind and friendly, cleaned up the rooms everyday when we were out, they even did the laundry for us! That is incredibly kind! We felt grateful! Will definitely stay again next time coming to Osaka Thank you so much! And hope to see you soon !

On a trip with my parents I was looking for a two-bedroom accommodation close to the station and downtown, and it was perfect. I also had a Japanese-style accommodation experience and it was nice.

Xin’s home is excellent—convenient and close to Exit 6 of the train station (Exit 11 has an elevator). It’s also near Lawson and FamilyMart, and there’s a public onsen nearby, which is a huge plus! After a long day of walking, stopping by is a must. The accommodation is on the second floor, so the only challenge is carrying luggage up the stairs—they're a bit narrow and steep, so be careful. Inside, the house is comfortable and well-suited for our group of five. The beds are cozy, and every room has air conditioning. However, the common area doesn’t have a heater, so it can get a bit chilly in winter. One major advantage is that there are two bathrooms and a washing machine, making the stay incredibly convenient. Xin is a very responsive host, always quick to answer questions and solve any issues. Even when our group had a minor accident in the house, Xin was kind enough not to charge us extra. I highly recommend this place for larger groups—it’s a great choice!

and it was a very comfortable and enjoyable trip.There is a river in front of you, a mountain in the back, and if you want to be assessed in a natural environment. There were two buildings, and it was a way to stay in one of them.Either way, you can prepare to have a BBQ, and it was convenient to use equipment, plates, knives, etc. that can be used as a wife to a certain extent. I would like to use it again if I have the opportunity.

Convenient transportation, smooth communication, much better than expected, relatively large, suitable for many people to travel.

It was very clean as pictured. There was also detailed services such as lending an umbrella and a welcome drink, so we had a very pleasant stay.

Great location and very responsive host!

Tony’s a place is fantastic for a small group. Even though we were a group of 3, it is spacious and can easily fit 4-5. I love the simple, functional decor, with all the amenities we needed!! House is warm during winter, most importantly, the floor and shower room is heated. Do note that there are no rooms- beds are on separate levels with curtains, so you can hear everyone. Location is great, <7 mins to the metro stations, and 10-15 mins walk to Umeda shopping area. Love that there’s a supermarket just behind so it’s super convenient. Tony is an amazing host, and went above and beyond as a host. We arrived close to midnight and were received by his wife and shown the house. Tony is always reachable by text throughout the trip and even offered to send us to the bus station. I will definitely stay here again if I come back to Osaka!

Conveniently located, the station is a 3-minute walk, and it is convenient to go to Universal and Umeda City.There are 711 and Lawson in the surrounding area, and there is a family under the station.There are also many restaurants nearby.Quiet, safe, convenient.It's simple and comfortable in the room, has everything you need, just right, and the best value for money.

Hide is an amazing host and is really what you hope for when you stay at someone's place. He cares about his guests and rally puts the extra effort into it. the location is great in walking distance of Dotonbori and the Namba shopping precinctl. lots of hire bicycle and scooter locations around subway nearby. Bathouse within 100m if that's your thing a great little okonomyaki just around the corner from that several konbini nearby and heaps of restraints to try as well as a local market. if anytjing I think the listing under sells the property, it's a great place to stay. Six thumbs up.

Akari’s place was super awesome! We had a great stay and truly enjoyed the accommodation. Akari communicated extremely well and was extra thoughtful offering us places to eat and play while here. 10/10 recommend this place if your staying in Osaka

Excellent location to access Osaka

I was told that I chose the accommodation well throughout my trip to Japan! It was nice because it felt like a normal Japanese home. I was most satisfied with the secluded and quiet surroundings! He also provided detailed description of the accommodation and was very satisfied.

Banri’s place was absolutely beautiful, and the heated table blanket was certainly appreciated in the mornings. Banri was incredibly helpful, providing local recommendations for food, activities and transport tailored to our interests. He was very flexible with check in and was able to meet us at the accommodation when we checked in.
