Great place to stay! Probably a bit of a struggle if you’re on the tall side, but luckily my partner and I are both under 6 foot and therefore had no issues :) we never had any issues with volume from neighbors or the area at all, and found the place super cozy!

Our 3rd stay at Wade’s property. Great location, close to the park and some nice restaurants. The accommodations are private and very quiet. Highly recommended.

The apartment is stunning- it is beautifully decorated and very clean. We also loved the swings! The location is excellent! We had an excellent breakfast at Cafe Arnone- about 10 minutes down the road. Highland square (walking distance) offers just about everything you could need- grocery, bars, coffee shop, pharmacy. It was a great space to relax and still feel at home. Cauleen was very responsive, friendly and attentive. We hope to come back! Definitely the best value!

Elisha’s garden apartment was perfect for our needs. Location was ideal as it was just off of Market Street and close to great places like Mustard Seed, Highland Theater, coffee shops and restaurants. The apartment itself was spacious, well appointed and comfortable. The bed was super comfortable as was the sofa. We loved having a kitchen and actually cooked and enjoyed being able to kick back and relax “at home.” Elisha gets style points for the design vibe and color scheme. The en-suite washer/dryer was awesome because it’s so nice to travel with clean clothes. Wonderful, clean, convenient. Great experience. Would love to come back…soon.

Shirley is a truly awesome host! Her home has everything you could possibly want for a comfortable stay. It also has a homey and beautiful feel. If she offers you breakfast, say YES! I was very spoiled by Shirley's kindness and will definitely come back if I come to the Akron area in the future.

It was small but perfect for a week of work

Wonderful stay! Beautiful place, clean and spacious. We had gone for a hike and the host, knowing this beforehand as the reason for the stay, left us some water and some snacks for when we checked in after our hike! It was very thoughtful. We had a little issue with entering the building but after a quick call, even though it was late, the host was super friendly and responsive and we were able to get in within minutes. It was comfortable and safe and I would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

Joe’s house was beautiful and just as described. The house was spacious and very clean. We loved that each bedroom had its own private bathroom. The first floor bedroom worked great for my elderly mother who could not take the stairs. The neighbor is beautiful, we love CVNP. We would definitely stay again!

My daughter had an audition at Kent State, and we rented Chris' home for the weekend. It was a fantastic experience. Chris was an excellent host, the beds were very comfortable, and the house was spotless with all the amenities we needed. We’re excited to book with Chris again in the future.

Tiffany's place was in a nice walkable area and not far from shopping or the highway. The kitchen was well equiped and it also had a nice clean basement with a washer and dryer. TVs in the bedrooms were a nice touch. The bed was comfortable. It was a great place to stay!

The condo is a great location in Hudson (not walkable in the 5 degree weather when we were there, but could probably do it in the spring/summer). Hudson has great restaurants and some good shops. The condo is super cute - looked like it was recently renovated. Furniture was comfy. Had all amenities needed. The condo was very clean. And the TV was great as it auto-logged you out of your subscriptions upon checkout so you didn't have to worry about forgetting! We went to Brandywine so if you are skiing it is a great location to the resort! As she stated, there is a train that goes by (I didn't know trains ran so much), but after awhile you just completely forgot it was there and it did not detract at all from our stay. Communciations with Michelle were great - she was very attentive and quick to respond. I would recommend this to anyone wanting to visit that area and would stay there again.

My extended stay was flawless. Mindy was a great host with excellent communication and a very accommodating demeanor. I would try to book this home again without hesitation if my work brings me back to the area.

A lovely stay and some great hosts!

Thank you for a great stay! We were in town for an event at the convention center and the location was perfect, including being near loads of great restaurants. The condo great too! Clean and comfortable and met all our needs. Would love to stay again next time we are in Cleveland!

We stayed the weekend to visit family and the place was amazing! All the details, very clean and clutter free. Bedrooms were all nice. The kitchen was so great and he had everything you would need to function in the kitchen. Just a very nice place to stay if you are in Cleveland!

My very first experience and it was amazingly top tier! Stephanie was so responsive and her directions for accessing the property and parking were spot on! She had instructions for almost anything you can think of and it made my stay fool proof. I literally felt like I was at home. Her furniture was extremely comfy and the layout was exquisite. I can’t wait to book again!

Jen was a great and very responsive host. Her place is in a great location, very easy to walk anywhere in the city. We would book Jen’s place again.

This place was very clean and nicely furnished. She had some basic foods for us to eat and cook with in the kitchen which was also really nice. Her place is close to " little Italy" where there are several great restaurants. Tanesha was very responsive and always pleasant. Check in and out was easy and the instructions were clear. We would definitely stay again if ever in the area.

We had a wonderful stay here! The condo was beautifully renovated and very clean with all amenities included. The location was amazing and offered walking distance to many restaurants and shops while being minutes away from downtown. We could not recommend the listing enough!
