Ski-in/Ski-out vacation rentals in Summit County

The home was amazing! Had all we needed and more, the location was great amd the view was even better. We truley fell in love with the place!

Our group stayed November 2024, and we had the best time! Accurate listing, very helpful and responsive host. Exceeded our expectations in many ways! We had a momentary issue with the water heater, which was addressed immediately. We took advantage of the shuttle that runs to the downtown area, we skied at Beaver Run, and loved cooking in the kitchen. Hot tub was fantastic on a cold Winter evening, and having hot cocoa by the fire with a view of the mountains was truly picturesque. Would highly recommend this place for large groups - would definitely book again.

We had a great time at this house! Ashley was very helpful- we had requested a pack n play at the house when we arrived. They had brought over a children's mattress instead. I sent a text and they brought it over within 30 minutes. The house was very clean and we really enjoyed the layout-everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom suite. The hot tub was great as well! We hope to return each year to ski and I would really like to stay at this house again. Thankyou Ashley!

Great spot to stay for 3 families. Easy access to the slopes for skiing. Great layout with 5 king beds plus the bunk room.

We had a wonderful visit at Nicole’s place. It was perfect for 2 couples and kids. Location was close to Frisco Main Street and the ski resorts. We loved the wood burning fireplace and using the hot tubs after a long day on the slopes. Nicole was extremely helpful and even reached out mid trip to ensure we were enjoying the stay. Highly recommend!

Great place. In a condo complex but a house to itself. Close to shuttle line. Comfortable beds.

This house was great for our family - plenty big and well stocked. We really enjoyed our stay and the skiers loved to “ski in ski out” each day. Carin was responsive and we didn’t have any issues while we were there.

She was great the place was great. Would stay again. No complaints at all.

We loved the condo. It was perfect for us and made the trip easy and peaceful. Location: this was the perfect location. On one side, there’s a path to downtown where there are cute shops and restaurants. On the other side, across the street, is the shuttle stop that takes you to the lifts and also a trail ends next to the shuttle stop. So, we skied down to the place when we were finished each day. Condo: the kitchen had everything we needed and was easy to cook in. The beds were comfortable. Everything about the condo was easy, quiet, and made us feel at home.

The accomodations were above and beyond our expectations! The condo was well stocked and instructions were clearly labeled and written. A true ski in/ski out- on the slopes in minutes and was nice to have options on skiing back depending upon skier's levels. Thank you!

Party of 3 stayed here for a week. This place would easily accommodate 2 couples or even a couple and some kids. The hosts were helpful and responsive. The best surprise was the close proximity to the Super Bee lift! We were able to take a short walk to the lift and then ski/board right to the back door. This is a well appointed condo. We had plenty of towels, soap and kitchen items. The place was super clean and comfortable. Beds and climate were great. Best of all, we brought our 14 year old dog out and he loved the snow! It’s so nice that people allow our fur babies to come with❤️ The hot tub was small for the size of the community but was never overcrowded and we met some great people. Hot tub was clean and HOT. Of no fault to the hosts, the parking lot was not well maintained with snow/ice cleanup but we all managed not to fall. Overall, we highly recommend this place. Copper mountain is one of the best out there and this is a great stay!

We had a great stay at the studio. Noise from other units and the elevator, which is directly next to the studio, can be heard from time to time, but didn’t bother us much. The view was gorgeous and the amenities were great. We would definitely stay at this studio again and look forward to our return.

The location was perfect for our family vacation! I took my adult children to Marc’s place. We talked early on about the sleeping accommodations, and he was direct with me about what previous renters considered the pros of cons of the loft space. My party enjoyed the subtle privacy of the loft, bedroom, and downstairs. Two full baths and a vanity sink in the bedroom was perfect for personal privacy while giving the opportunity to enjoy each other company while in the condo. We had so much fun in Marc’s space and kitchen was where we started every morning before hitting the slopes. The storage locker room Marc provided fit all our outdoor equipment and the location to town and slopes were spot on!! Not to mention the outdoor jacuzzi was enjoyed as well.

This was probably the best stocked vacation rental I have ever stayed in! There were plenty of towels, pillows, blankets, and most importantly - everything you need to make all types of meals. The kitchen had tons of pots, pans, containers, bowls, utensils, etc., so it was very easy to make several breakfasts and dinners during our stay. The condo itself was spacious for our family of 4 and all of our ski stuff. The hooks and bench by the door were perfect for dealing with all our winter/ski gear. The 2 beds in the 2nd bedroom were great for my kids, who cannot share a bed. The location was an easy walk to town. But, if you are coming to ski/snowboard like we did, know that the shuttle stop is a walk across the condo complex's parking lot and then across the street. It's not bad but not as close as I thought based on the description. I chose to walk the 1/4 mile uphill to Snowflake lift. Coming back on 4'o clock, you have to walk across the street and parking lot, which is easy.

Enjoyed the condo. Great location for skiing. Cozy and comfortable and Carol is a great host.

Convenience, convenience, convenience! Can’t say enough good things about the condo, for starters you are a stones throw from the snowflake lift, secondly, you are less than 1 mile from basically all the amenities that Breckinridge has to offer. Dan was extremely responsive for all questions and the process of checking in/out couldn’t have been more streamlined. Condo was a perfect size for a family of 4 with two adults and a 13 & 11 year old. Kitchen and bathrooms were pristine, beds were comfortable. One of the best vacation lodging experiences we’ve had. Definitely worth mentioning as well, this rental offers parking inside of the building, which during Breck ski season is a major plus when there is 6+ inches of snow falling overnight. We had a great time at The Deck! The view from the deck was fantastic. The cabin is a 10-15 minute drive to Breckenridge so we were close enough to restaurants and skiing while also feeling secluded for a mountain getaway. The cabin was super clean and looked just like the photos. Overall 10/10 experience!

Very nice log home, made us feel like it was a true mountain vacation. Honestly, after staying in this style home we wouldn't want to stay in the traditional standard houses we've rented before, this house had the coolest feel and atmosphere for a ski vacation! Decorated really cute with everything you would need to make anything in the kitchen, great coffee machines....we really felt at home. It's private with trails out the front door that lead all over the mountains, we stumbled onto some mining ruins. There are actually some old mining bunkers at the base of the drive, super cool :) Minutes into town, this place is a bargain for the money.

Wow! This home was incredible! Great location, so clean and safe, and Kayla did not overlook any attention to detail. Absolutely loved our stay, highly recommend!

We celebrated my son's 16th birthday at Carner's (aka Car-gnar's!) cabin with a great group of friends. Got some great ski turns behind the cabin and enjoyed the BBQ and lots of sun on the deck afterwards. Absolutely beautiful sun rises while we were there. Thanks for the great stay!

Had a great stay at this place , everything was very organized and provided everything needed. Also it had such an amazing view to the mountains which was absolutely beautiful. Very nice and cozy home. Highly recommend this place for everyone needing a get away in the middle of the mountains !
