It’s very nice to stay on Sayoko’s place. There are kitchen with microwave, oven, stove, large bathroom with bathup, laundry room. I feel very lucky to stay on Sayoko’s place. It’s 10-15 minutes walk from Osaki Station (Yamanote Line) which is the most touristic line to Shibuya, Shinjuku & Tokyo.

Max really great host and I enjoyed stay there. Very near the station and Komagome Station is part of Yamanote line like basically you can go anywhere easy and effortlessly

This place was a perfect stay for me and my friends would recommend to anyone who wants to be around shinjuku without the the busy hustle of the city.

We will recommend this place to all our friends who are going to visit Japan. It is very nice and spacious (the latter is not so common in Japan), and the hosts are very friendly and responsive. Moreover, it is close to Nippori station, so it is easy to get around Tokyo and also very easy to get from the airport — on a convenient Skyliner train where you can fit with your suitcases or strollers without any hustle.

It is very close to the subway station, very convenient to travel, and the store service is very good.

It was so nice to travel with my child and a family of four. Elevator, washing machine, dryer, toothbrush You can think of it as a regular unmanned hotel. It wasn't long, so it was pleasant. 7-Eleven right in front It was comfortable because it was comfortable. It was inevitable that luggage could not be stored, so that was a pity compared to a hotel. I want to come back.

The room was very nice and spacious, I was not too much of a fan of the steps getting inside though. Overall a very nice place.

The time from Ueno Tokyo Station is within half a clock It feels very good to go to the air bnb where the instructions are very clear that I have stayed in a different air bnb, and the hall is as small as the picture, there are 4 rooms, and there is an outdoor place to take a rest. The customer service will respond instantly what you need in the early hours of the morning can be compared to 10 o'clock the next day At night the environment is quiet and you will not feel the noise I will stay again next time.

The place was very great. Location was perfect. It's a quiet neighborhood, but Ikebukuro is very good and quick to walk to and the other parts of Tokyo are quick and easy to reach from Ikebukuro station. There is a place to stay near the property several 7/11 and Family Marts. The host is very friendly and accommodating and was always very quick to respond to messages. We would definitely recommend this accommodation.

Great experience, clean room, paid parking and convenience store nearby.It is also very convenient to go to Tokyo city for about half an hour by car, it is highly recommended to stay.

Comfortable place to stay! Nice toilets and shower rooms. There are lots of things to do around and since it's pretty much in the middle of Shinjuku, the area is alive 24/7. Famichiki downstairs if you're feeling hungry in the middle of the night. Honestly for what you get, the price is cheap. I will definitely stay here again when I'm in Tokyo

An extremely small, basic place, but in a good location and with a price to match. Actually had one of the comfiest hotel pillows I've used. Nice warm doona. Right across the road to a great mechanical keyboard shop, barely a walk away from akiba.

As a solo traveler, Minami’s place is truly a good place to stay! Very accommodating and it’s a prime location. Near to everything you need. Near to the train station, supermarket, and restaurants. Well recommended!

I stayed about a week there and had an enjoyable stay. Location is in countryside so you better have car for convenience. Easy access with key chips so you can in and out any time. Very quiet and peaceful environment and rooms are clean and very spacious. Wifi is good I have no problem with it when working. Restaurant downstairs very convenient if you’re busy, I had lunch there once nice ramen and dumplings. They trained handicapped staffs which is good and meaningful, I totally support it! Overall enjoyable stay and sure recommended it!
