Vacation rentals with lake access in Sullivan County

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this house in Piney Flats! The view from the house was breathtaking, and the location was perfect for a relaxing weekend. Jessica was a fantastic host—extremely responsive and always willing to help with any questions we had. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend staying here!

Great location and home. Space worked well for our family. Home is spotless and decorated very nicely. Kitchen was perfect and they thought of everything that you might need. The lake doesn't really exist during this time of year as they 'draw down' the water. So that pretty lake view in the pictures must be just in the summer. The home is lovely though and for us it worked great! Thank you for a great experience.

Absolutely perfect

This visit was better than we expected, including a beautiful Christmas tree in the living room to help celebrate the season. Host was extremely responsive. The house had all the comforts of home, was immaculate, and all in great working order. We could not have been more pleased with our stay. I'd give it a 6 out of 5 rating!

Great stay. It was clean, nice kitchen, Smart Tv, can walk to marina. We enjoyed our stay during the week. Would stay here again. Communication with host was great !

Jill was an excellent hostess & exceptional communicator. She went above and beyond for our group. We appreciated her hospitality and her home was absolutely lovely; very spacious as well! Would highly recommend!

This was my first time staying at an Air BNB, I gave used Vrbo in the past, but I looked on AirBNB for this trip and found this location. I can’t describe how wonderful it was, every detail was considered, extra blankets, plenty of linens, disposable plates and cups…. And everything is labeled! No turning on 12 lights to find the right one! And really nice personal touches, a personal message on a white board, chilled bottled water, mints, popcorn….. and we were able to meet the hosts, and they were so incredibly nice, and welcoming. We really hope to come back and stay again soon. Thank you so much for making our first experience a great one! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This place is beautiful!! We were greeted at check in (which we made last minutes plans) they were super nice. There was no detail left unthought of! The decor was perfect. They had everything we didn’t even think of makeup wipes, q tips, bottled water and popcorn for us! It was a very quiet neighborhood and the view of the lake was beautiful. I would highly recommend staying there and we hope to again one day!

Nice quit place with a great view

The apartment was very comfortable and worked for our needs. It’s my husband’s hometown and was close to the people we weee visiting. Cheryl was always helpful if we needed anything.
