House vacation rentals in Suitland-Silver Hill

If you are looking for a place close to DC THiS is the place. The house is exactly as described and is very cozy. We appreciated the snacks and water that were left for us to enjoy.. such a nice touch. I’m still dreaming of the comfy living room couch. Great dining options nearby. 15 minutes to get to DC. Quiet neighborhood

Patti was an amazing host. She made sure that we had everything we need and she went the extra mile providing toys for our toddler. The house was beautiful. Very peaceful neighbourhood and you can just walk to the beach where you can find nice restaurants and a playground. Perfect getaway for families. And the heated pool is the icing on the cake

Patricia and Guillaume’s home and the grounds are absolutely lovely. Huge floor to ceiling windows out to the large yard in back. Big kitchen, great patio for barbequing, amazing pool with all the chairs, loungers, and floaties you need. Ping pong, pool table, comfortable, super clean, and really felt like you were invited into someone’s special place. This home is even better than what the photos and listing describe. The hosts are friendly, helpful, gracious, and excellent communicators. Highly recommend.

It was enough for our team of 13 people and it was a home away from home. It was a clean, well organized, and maintained accommodation without any shortcomings. This is the place I'd like to stay again for a long time. We were able to enjoy and enjoy it more here, but it was winter and it was a shame that we stayed for a short period of time. The house was amazing. The kitchen had plenty of pots, pans, utensils… anything needed. The bathrooms were all clean and well supplied. The bedrooms all had towels and washcloths set out for everyone. The garage was clear and usable, the extra fridge/freezer was really helpful. There was plenty of parking. The basement had a great pool table and a couple of video games that were fun. The whole house just made you feel at home, and it was clean and beautiful. The privacy was also great. The hostess was extremely responsive when contacted. And there is plenty of room and can sleep a ton of people. I recommend this place to everyone. Thanks for letting us use your home.

Great space. The privacy trees in front were helpful with some of the street noise. Would love to have used the outdoor spaces if it weren’t so cold (it’s early February) Beautiful home. Huge kitchen and entertaining spaces. It was nice to find a large home with plenty of bathrooms and bedrooms for large families! Highly recommend!

The host had great communication. He was very respectful and he made sure my friends and I were comfortable during our stay 10/10 🙏🏾

The house is charming and beautiful. Its on a magnificent tree lined street. We found parking without any issues and didn't have to move it all weekend. We walked everywhere. Our hosts Maggie and Scott were fabluous and always available. Looking forward to our next visit to DC.

This is the second time we’ve stayed at Claudia’s house. It’s one of the best AirBnB’s in which we’ve stayed. Ever. And Claudia is attentive, kind, and ready to make the stay a good one. This is this top of our list anytime we need an AirBnB in Woodbridge.

Our stay was comfortable, cozy, and quiet. Everything met our expectations, and the home made for a great holiday spot when we were visiting family nearby.

Stuart's place was lovely & well appointed. He was a good communicator. It was perfect for our visit to DC. The Bear Cafe next door had delicious food & interesting architecture. Our dogs even loved the space & enjoyed sitting in the fully fenced in yard watching all the passersbys & cafe goers. We hope to stay in Stuart's place again.

We stayed at Rob's place during the presidential Inauguration. There were two couples for an extended time. We found the place to be very convenient for all of our travels. Rob was a very attentive host. We had another snow and when we left that morning the porch was already cleaned off. Hats off to Rob!!

This place was perfect for us. It can comfortably fit 3 people (our daughter stayed with us one night). There's one full size bed in the bedroom and a futon in the living room. The kitchen was nicely stocked and even had coffee pods for the Keurig which we greatly appreciated. Jennifer was very responsive and eventhough we arrived very late getting the keys was not a problem. Overall a great place.

6 of us stayed in this beautiful modern up to date home. We came to see the DC area and attend a couple of events. The home is in a beautiful area we saw deer on 2 different days during our 4 day stay. 2 the first time and 4 the second time. They have a patio with a BBQ and a fire table and chairs. The house was super nice and cozy while being roomy at the same time. We took the metro into DC (top notch metro system)everyday $13.00 for a allday pass or less if you buy multiple day passes. The metro station is 1.5 miles away. Lyft to station was $7 to $9 or 30 minute walk. Stores are nearby. I contacted the host and they were super good to respond right away. All in all I am coming back in the summer and will stay here again

Chau was very gracious to host our family at a difficult time - a death in the family. The space was more than adequate for our needs and was clean and inviting. Guests should note that there are a few oddities with a couple of the bedrooms. First, one of the Jack and Jill bedrooms has a 'window' that is open to the kitchen area below and only covered by permanently closed shutters. It is definitely not soundproof. The other is the room that 'shares a bathroom with the master'. It indeed shares that room because it is directly off of the master bathroom with no other access. Other than that, it was an amazing stay in a very large home on a very large lot. Thanks, Chau!

Loved staying at this place. Host went above and beyond to make us feel invited by leaving us some wine and Valentine's themed cupcakes. Loved the location because it was easy to get to and from the event we visited for. Would recommend for any trips in the National Harbor area.

Very clean, nicely sized 3 bedroom guest house. Very easy access to the interstate and DC. Close to restaurants and groceries, etc. The host is very responsive and accommodated our early check in, which was a huge help. My only small complaints which did not impact our stay but were a little disappointing - the furnishings overall are outdated and could use a refresh. There are also no TVs in any of the bedrooms. We would have appreciated a TV in the master bedroom to watch the news in the morning, etc. The 1 TV is on the first level of the 2 level home. We would stay with Maryann again, overall a great rental for what we needed!

Had an amazing stay! The place was exactly as described—clean, stylish, and comfortable. The host was incredibly responsive and made check-in seamless. The location was perfect, close to everything we needed, yet peaceful for a good night’s sleep. The home had all the essentials and thoughtful touches that made our stay extra special. Exactly as described, very spacious, well decorated, and clean! Was perfect for our group of 12. Had basically any amenity that you could think to want, we made use of the dryer after we got hit by a freak hailstorm :) The property is very cute and private as well.

This little house is the perfect cozy getaway! The decor is lovely, without being too beach-kitschy. It was super clean and so conveniently located. We walked to restaurants and the boardwalk easily. Tacy was quick to respond to messages. The fenced yard was perfect for dogs, with the front and backyards being separated if you want. The off-street parking is a real bonus because it can sometimes be hard to find street parking in North Beach. Definitely recommend this great property!
