This is the second time we've stayed at The Pretty Fox, and we loved it--again! It's a very cosy house that has many historic features, and Wanda and Tom make you feel completely "at home." It's also a perfect place for walking into Diss, which is a great little town. We highly recommend this home.

We had a fabulous stay at the property, it really is such a stunning home. The open plan kitchen is beautiful! The beds were super comfy, the sofas too! Really powerful showers & everywhere was super clean. Thank you so much Emma for your recommendations and great communication. We’d love to return one day.

I chose the house for practical reasons as I needed be near to an elderly parent over Christmas. It was actually bigger than I expected and it was lovely to find a house so clean and tidy; and thoughtfully organised, ordered and equipped. Trevor's responses and suggestions were excellent – and the fact he'd got milk in was a godsend as my father found he'd run out after the shop closed. Altogether, it was like a real home from home. The house is an easy walk from the main centre of Orford and although as a city-dweller, I found the lack of street-lighting disconcerting when walking back at night, the traffic was light and never fast. The children's festive service in St Bartholomew's on Dec 25th was beyond delightful, and there was a warm welcome (and free drinks!) in the pub next door to the churchyard afterwards. I already know the village and enjoyed rediscovering some excellent walks and spending time looking at the boats on the quay. Altogether a relaxing, stress-free experience.

What a little gem! Had the best weekend in Sara’s beautiful caravan. It was so cosy and homely with so many thoughtful touches such as hot water bottles on the beds and cosy throws. Everywhere was immaculate when we walked in and the bedding smelled amazing! Sara even left a pretty little welcome gift and arranged for the heating to be on prior to our arrival as it was so cold. The views over the sea were breathtaking - a perfect little piece of paradise. Thank you so much Sue, we’ll definitely be back!

Great place to stay, Linda wzs able to update the changes we needed straight away, and responded immediately. The lads were impressed with accommodation, it was very homely.

Absolutely perfect stay in a beautiful area. The house was spotless and even bigger than the photos show! It was perfect for 4 adults and my 16 month old daughter. Stuart sent great instructions through and loads of information about the local area, although we actually loved the house and grounds so much that we didn’t venture any further - we had a lovely few relaxing days in the house and walks around the woodland. My daughter even got to feed the goats. Will definitely come back, and will do a summer visit too as the pool looked beautiful.

Really enjoyed our 2 night stay in this ground floor apartment. Well laid out, beautifully furnished & spotlessly clean. Look forward to staying again when we come to visit our family in Southwold.

We had a lovely weekend stay at Sarah’s place, it was very cosy and well equipped. It is in a fantastic location very close to the high street with beautiful independent shops and great cafes. It is a short walk to the beach hut, which was a lovely haven on a windy December day. Sarah was great from the start with excellent clear instructions and advice. Thank you for a wonderful stay

Where to start, from first communication Anna was prompt and welcoming. On arrival Anna greeted us with such warmth, we were shown round, introduced to the family and animals. During our stay we were able to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings and loft. The children made full use of the farm, enjoying the animals and were able to feed and pet them thanks to Anna. Anna, Paul and children were wonderful Hosts and we felt right at home and we look forward to returning again.

Teresa was lovely and welcoming from first meeting her. The place had everything needed for a stay and had lots of breakfast food and hot drinks. The place was very spacious and comfy, with plenty of good amenities, and the stay was beyond enjoyable. I can't thank her enough!

Wonderful weekend base for sons couple of football games that happened to be in the same area. Incredibly responsive host, and probably the most immaculately clean airbnb we’ve ever stayed at. Board games and card games were played and the dvds in the kids bedroom were watched. A wonderful couple of family nights spent away. Highly, highly recommended.

We had a fabulous stay here. Jan and Mark had thought of everything. The location was ideal for lots of outside activities and Bungay was a delight.

Our hosts where very lovely and went out of their way to make our stay great. It was just right has we where going to the near by race track for the weekend.Our hosts also helped with sorting things out for my disabled daughter.

Suzy and Leigh were very accommodating hosts - letting us check in earlier with our toddler was a great help. Clear instructions, very responsive and overall a great base for us whilst we were visiting friends. Location was ideal for getting to Great Yarmouth and Southwold. The accommodation was quiet and comfortable. Thank you, Suzy and Leigh!

Our stay at Pond View was peaceful and relaxing. Access to the site was easy but secure. The accommodation was just right. And Christopher was a great host.

Sarah's annex is a lovely place to stay. We arrived late at night and she had very kindly left the light on for us, with some hot cross buns left on the side! Unfortunately we had to leave early in the morning, so we didn't get a chance to meet Mabel - maybe next time. I'd highly recommend for anyone staying in the area or just in need of a cosy retreat.

Me and my wife stayed here for New Year’s Eve. We wanted. Change from the house party vibe, and stumbled across this lovely place. Annetta is a lovely host, very friendly and was happy to help if needed. We enjoyed the location, such a wonderful house surrounded by countryside. The jacuzzi was amazing! We looked at the stars while sipping champagne from our wedding a few months back. What more do you want! Would definitely recommend! Thanks for the hospitality Annetta! All the best Luke & Addie x

We were so excited to stay at Butley Mill and it exceeded our expectations. Everything was perfect. Sarah even left us homemade cakes plus a welcome Hamper. So thoughtful. After arriving late in the evening we were excited to see the view the next morning. Wow! What a stunning view. We were even lucky enough to see the otters swimming in the lake. Thank you Sarah, we had an amazing few days in your beautiful apartment.

We have stayed here a few times now and it never disappoints. It is in an ideal location near to all the amenities in Southwold. The apartment is small but well thought out so feels spacious. Kay let us know when the apartment was ready for us to check in early which was helpful. The apartment is good value for money. Overall we would definitely recommend.
