Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Súdwest-Fryslân

We stayed with the family for a few nights in the accommodation and felt very comfortable there. The accommodation is very well equipped, you will really find everything. In good weather there is a great garden by the house and access to the lake right next door. Numerous play equipment and water sports equipment are also available. We had a great time and would be happy to come back.

Steffen was there from the beginning of the reservation acceptance, providing all the information and answering all our questions. The house was as advertised, check-in was very easy. Steffen s place is very good and complete for those who want to spend their days. Steffen gives all the support and responds very quickly, being very kind.

The house was the same as in the description. It was very clean. The hosts wrote to us a week before. And were quick to respond to questions. We have also received an exact description of how to get to the house. You got into the house and felt right at home. The kitchen is super equipped and it has everything you need. A delicious sweet surprise was also ready for us on the table. Irene and George are great hosts. We will definitely return in any case.

We stayed in the house with 4 adults and two toddlers and had a very nice stay. Especially the bathrooms were clean, very modern and with underfloor heating. There was a good coffee maker and also filters and coffee powder were available. The decor was very lovingly designed, so you felt right at home. In the yard of the house there was even a small toy tractor about which the boys were very happy about and you could play football there very well - but in warm weather you could also have sat down nicely in the garden. The house is very rural so you have your peace and quiet and can go for a nice walk.

We had a wonderful week in this house. 6 adults and 6 teenagers had plenty of space and were very happy with 8 bathrooms. Large well-equipped kitchen. Anna was a skilled and pleasant hostess. Responded quickly to questions and gave us great tips and information. We went to the large bathing beach in Lemmer 20 minutes away. Had a great dinner at Pavillion t’Mar on the nearest beach. Rented bikes and explored the surroundings, rented boat on the canals. A full day in Amsterdam was mandatory. Fitness trips on roller skis and in sneakers went well from Rijs. Really happy with your stay and would love to come back! Randi

The house was as described. Stayed here with 4 adults and a dog and had plenty of space. It was very clean like the bathroom and floors and there was no dust to be found. Also in October we could enjoy the terrace. There are also fun games, books and movies available. From the house you can walk in Lemmer or towards the Brekken. Nice host Evert is very pleasant in communication.

Great place to unwind. Super spacious and cosy place that's also good for kids. Lots of toys available, highchairs and cott / kids bed. Tons of sights to see and things to do in the surroundings. Would definitely recommend this place to others!

Very nice apartment, very comfortable bed, very friendly host. The next day the host gave us a detailed introduction to the surrounding cities and how to drive a boat to visit nearby attractions. Unforgettable travel experience, we will come again.

We enjoyed our short break very much. The quiet and cozy location was rounded off by the only 15-minute walk to the almost private beach on EuroParcs. The complex (an old farm) and the apartment are very clean. The apartment itself was probably just recently renovated. The landlord is very friendly and committed. We will definitely come back.

Characterful house in a beautiful central location in the middle of Workum. All the fun things can be walked within a few minutes. Definitely recommended.

A beautiful apartment very central of Sneek! Despite the central location it is quiet. You can hear steps from the stairwell or the upper apartment, but all in the frame. It should be mentioned that the daylight bathroom can be reached from the bedroom and there is no door installed between the bathroom and bedroom. If we visit Sneek again, we will be happy to book again.

Very nice place with a friendly host!

Had a great stay over New Year's Eve in the loft. The cottage is very nice, ideal for two people and furnished with a lot of love for detail. As a welcome, there was a bottle of sparkling wine and a warm welcome, which made us feel right at home. Everything went smoothly, and we enjoyed the time very much. We will be happy to come back!

Even thought we booked the appartement last-minute we were able to have a lovely day in Lemmer. Communication with the host was excellent, and the appartement was exactly as we saw in the advertisement. Would definitely come back!

If you're looking for a place that puts you in the middle of the Frisian landscape, with friendly hosts, peace and quiet, and a good starting place to visit Frisian towns by bike or car, this is it. It's a farm, but the rooms are spacious, clean, and cleverly laid out. Roomy, with lots of games, books, and toys to entertain the family during a rainy day. We may come back in the future.

We had a lovely time at the Klaver garage. Downtown Alkmaar is within walking distance and incredibly beautiful. Sanny and Dennis are always easily accessible and have lots of tips for good restaurants and things to do. The amenities and place were very nice and clean. Everything you need for two nights is available. We will be back!:)

Excellent apartment, great location. This is our 2nd time staying here and will be back again. Diwa was excellent host, asked her to recommend a taxi firm and she had a taxi arranged to pick us up next morning, can’t beat service like that.

Small nice apartment that we found clean, centrally located, yet quiet . Comfortable beds, bathroom mini but it is completely sufficient . We will be happy to come back. Sandra

We had a wonderful stay, it was a perfect spot for us

Beautiful spacious room in a 16th century cottage. Well and modernly furnished with good heating and air conditioning. The cottage is cleverly arranged with a nice small bathroom with toilet. Supermarket, garage parking (€15/24h), restaurants and city center all within a 10 minute walk. Akke is a warm friendly host with a good story. She will show you around and make you feel welcome. If she can't open, you can also enter the cottage independently with a code. In short, great location for a good price on the edge of the historic city center of Alkmaar.
