Our stay at Carlos's place was really wonderful. The large house offered everything your heart desired: we used the sauna, the hot tub and the large terrace extensively and even the seven of us still had plenty of space in the house. Absolutely recommended for a sociable wellness break in the Harz.

We enjoyed our stay in the Resina suite very much. The apartment is very well maintained, excellently equipped and modernly furnished. Also the quiet location is great and there are numerous hiking trails nearby. We can recommend the Resina suite in every way without hesitation.

We celebrated our Christmas in the half house. There was absolutely nothing lacking. We were able to prepare our Christmas end in the gas stove and the historic building gave us a cozy atmosphere for our togetherness. Christoph is a very caring host who has thought of absolutely everything. We have never vacationed at such a beautiful place and we will definitely be back again and again

There were four of us with 3 children and a dog with Nicole and Peter. We felt right at home and were able to enjoy our extended weekend from the first minute. The apartment is well equipped and also has a lot of toys and books as well as games for the children. The kitchen was also super equipped and left nothing to be desired. Also, the fireplace was great. In summer, the roof terrace would probably still be a dream Was. We can imagine coming back again and can fully recommend the accommodation.

The apartment is wonderfully individual. Just like the concept of AirBnB. Towels and linens have been provided. Communication was informative and detailed (check-in, support if needed). The location is great, you can find shops serving everyday needs within walking distance. From the balcony of the apartment you have a great view of the Bocksberg.

We visited for the second time, this time in the fall and were just as satisfied as the first time. The garden and surroundings are beautiful, especially in autumn. Thanks to the oven, it also gets warm in the construction trailer.

We stayed at Mathias' place for a weekend. We came to a cozy warm apartment that was sparkling clean. The apartment is quiet but still well located for excursions. We didn't miss anything!

Very great apartment. Complete kitchen equipment. Games and DVDs for bad weather. Especially I have to praise the instantaneous water heater for the warm water. I've never seen such a well-suited device. The terrace is huge and has a direct view of the toboggan slope. Only the parking situation was annoying. Due to renovation measures, 2/3 of the parking garage and the parking lot in front of the hotel were locked. Thus, every existing centimeter was parked. Also fire brigades. Upon departure, you had to travel very long distances with the luggage (parking lot Kurpark), as you could not stop at the apartments without obstructing other parking. This was not pleasant in stormy weather conditions and rain.

We felt very comfortable in Anna's apartment. Everything was very nicely decorated, the kitchen was small and nice. Everything you needed and much more was available. The apartment is in a great apartment building and you have access to the swimming pool, which I would really recommend visiting. The apartment is easily accessible. In snow, it was a little more difficult for us, as the tires were not so mega. Lots of places to visit. Definitely we will come back and 100% recommend it. We spent a family weekend at Kerstin's place and immediately felt super comfortable! The kitchen with adjoining living room was super cozy and pleasant to stay there. The fireplace has also contributed to this. The kitchen is super well equipped and the communication with Kerstin was very friendly and uncomplicated. Also the use of the sauna was super easy and a great highlight!
