My family enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property, especially the pool and karaoke. It was a nice place specifically for rest and relaxation.

My family and I had an amazing 2-night, 3-day stay at this beautiful house! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The swimming pool was perfect for relaxing, and we made full use of the karaoke setup — so much fun! The house had everything we needed: Netflix for movie nights, a variety of board and card games for some friendly competition, and even a food package that was both convenient and delicious. - The boodle fight was superb! Thanks to Ms. Julie and ate Daisy for all the preparations and adjustments made as per our requests, we really appreciate them. They’re all fantastic, always available to help and make sure we had everything we needed. The thoughtful extras like the coffee, tea, cookies and even a glass of wine were a lovely touch that made us feel extra cared for. It was truly a relaxing getaway, and we can't wait to return!

The place was amazing, everything about it was just great. The place is a good venue for intimate gatherings or if you just want to escape the busy citylife. Jen is very responsive and answered all my queries as soon as possible. I will definitely be back.

Had a great stay at Cedie’s place and was able to avail discounted rate. Place is really clean, well maintained, nice and cozy. Perfect place to relax and chill with family. My kid really enjoyed the indoor mini pool, the water temperature is just right. Everything is so picturesque. Just had issue with bathroom drainage but Cedie sent maintenance right away to fix it. Encountered unscheduled water interruption in the morning but something beyond control, used time to explore restaurants nearby area instead. Overall experience is superb, Cedie is very accomodating and will definitely recommend this place! ❤️

They were very accommodating and the barkada had a wonderful stay! Lots of parking spaces, 5 minute walk to the beach. Enough beds for the 15 of us and enough bathrooms for everyone. Wifi was fast and we had fun singing karaoke. The owners and caretakers really went beyond our expectations with the welcome merienda. We just had a bit of trouble with the screen door entrance as it kept coming off pero manageable naman and we had fun regardless. Thank you so much!

We had an amazing time! Casa De Mercado is an absolute treasure. The care taker greeted us with a smile, no big or small errands and they will surely get it sorted (not that we have one). Communication with booking and check out was no hassle. The place was heaven. The modern “kubo”was very spacious and the bed in the rooms are relaxing, beds are very comfortable too. The pool.. day or night was the highlight of the vacay, everyone super enjoyed it. We will definitely stay again in this “rare find” when we need to stay in pampanga!! The place was beautiful and has few activities for family or kids. Peaceful and relaxing. We got lost because we used waze, better use google map! My bad I copied paste the address and did not pin Balay Angkan not recommending waze . Overall stay is perfect my dad enjoyed his birthday party. Kuya Mar is very helpful. The people are friendly and can be trusted.

Pros: - Accessible - Relaxing, (Sorry guys! We didn’t see any videoke in this area) - Beachfront (almost! because we stayed at the duplex area) - We were allowed to cook and drink (corkage free) just be sure to CLAYGO. Also we advice to bring with you your own kitchenware (though you can borrow kitchenware at the front desk or any crew roaming around) - The swimming pool area is nice - THE SUNSET! You need to have a money shot on it! - Free wifi access Cons: - No signal on our rooms - The foul odor caused by the trashes (i think the open space is their garbage segragation area) - Limited Parking Space - Limited toiletries - Common kitchen for food preps (luckily, we brought our butane stove for samgyupsal set and we used it for cooking) - Value for money in this place is so-so due to the limited ammenities. Overall, our experience is great and hopefully we can stay in their other rooms for better ambiance!

When we got to the place we didn’t know it would be that big. Although there were flies it’s understandable because of the location, it was no problem since they have big fans that helped with those flies. The rooms were really cold which we loved. The bathrooms were clean and well, furnitures were well maintained. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We had no problems, everything went smooth. Thank you for being a part of my 25th birthday💕

I had a great time at Jeremy’s place. It is in a great location—a gated community beside a mall and close to other conveniences. The place itself was great. Everything was clean, and it looked exactly like the photos. Instructions for getting there were pretty straightforward as well.

We had a family reunion in this place and we enjoyed the pool and walk to the beach! I just wish we stayed longer.

Host was responsive and the place was a good stay, we had a fun family time staying at this airbnb. Host and caretaker was also very accommodating 💗💗

Very clean and private place.

The hosts are very responsive and accomodating. They have a beautiful home. Our stay was not perfect as we encountered an unpredictable scenario, however, they made sure we feel safe and given us desserts as a token for the inconvenience. We also reported things to kuya Dan that needed repair for future guests and he said he will report them to the hosts. There were cats and kittens in the premises, very cute and friendly. Few minutes away from the groceries, market and Clark. We were also contacted right away when kuya Dan (caretaker) found the watch my brother's gf left when we checked out. Overall we enjoyed our stay and will definitely recommend the place.
