What an absolutely beautiful stay. The space is absolutely impeccable, close to everything but far enough away from the busiest street. Laura met us to check us in and helped us with the elevator and stairs!

We stayed at Sandra’s second apartment when the first became unavailable. She was very accommodating and communicative. The second apartment had everything we needed and was perfect for our stay. It is a short walk from two entrances to the wall and old city. It’s a great location and has a lot of local restaurants and services. Sandra helped us find a local office store to print a travel document that had to be printed at the last minute! Highly recommend Sandra as a host.

Great house, very clean, closeby to supermarket and train station, in a quiet area. Great location for two days in Cinque Terre. Loved it!

Very nice apartment, kept impeccably, clean and tidy. Great location for getting around. The main attractions, restaurants the station, are all within walking distance. Michela was very kind, I came for the marathon and allowed me to leave after the indicated time. Also, she was super helpful when a small issue occurred, which was promptly resolved thanks to her cooperation!

The place is near train station so you get fast and easily especially if you like to travel and explore other cities. Apartment is big and really fit 6 people with a lot of space. Ideal for big families. The beach is in walkable distance. Place is great, with 3 separate rooms, kitchen and sitting room. Host was very helpful. So for me and my family this place was great especially that it has two bathrooms 😂😁

Our family had an absolutely wonderful stay! The house was very clean and extremely well stocked with everything we needed to cook wonderful meals! The location could not be beat! We hope to return someday to enjoy another stay!

We are 2 couples from Australia and we don’t want to tell you how much we loved this place in case it’s not available for us to book again! Everything about Lorenzo’s place was perfect. The rain had caused a few problems but it was all sorted v. quickly. His instructions to arrive via Google Maps worked v. well. We felt like we were truely at home in a luxury hotel. The fireplace was fun - outdoor bbq great -beds so comfortable- showers lovely. Just note:- one bathroom is downstairs from the bedrooms. Everything we needed for cooking in the kitchen for 2wks. The restaurants in San Miniato however are fabulous especially our favourite bar Ethan’s. It’s a 10 minute easy walk into the old centre. We enjoyed an amazing Farm-cooking experience at Francesco’s place - ask Lorenzo about it.

Absolutely beautiful location. Accomodation is lovely. Lorenzo was very kind and very responsive. Easy to get to, away from hustle and bustle of the city, we would definitely recommend staying here

We enjoyed our two night stay very much, especially the large garden area and the well stocked kitchen. The location was an easy walk from the train station and no need to walk up a big hill. It was very well equipped and the host's mother took the time to show us around and allowed us to stow our luggage for a couple of hours after checkout, which was much appreciated. For those wary of the tight spiral staircase, the outside stairs were a great alternative. Beds were comfortable - even the bunks!

We were very happy at our stay at this wonderful little house. Very peaceful and the hosts were more than amazing.

Staying here was a dream come true! The view is breathtaking and the home is beautifully decorated in a cozy eclectic style while maintaining the rustic beauty of the structure itself and honoring it’s history. I will never forget this experience—ideal to visit with friends! It is located up a steep hillside and well worth the adventure to get there. Varinia literally thought of and provided every detail a guest would need. I would love to return one day!

When we arrived, we found that the pool was shared. This should have been clarified before booking. That said, everything else was perfect. The house is beautiful, spacious, clean. Carla was very nice. We had a wonderful time.

I would definitely book this apartment again. It was in a great location and easy to get to. The loft was nice and made it feel very spacious. quick walk to the terrazza and several places to eat. Thank you for a great stay. Next time it will be longer for sure!

We really enjoyed our stay here! The unit is very high quality and well furnished with everything we needed. The location is literally steps from the main square and all the main attractions. The kitchen is well stocked with very high quality tools which was a plus for us. We also really appreciated having a large bed since that’s what we are used to at home but is not common in Italy. Lastly, the Internet was super fast and allowed us to get some work done. Would love to stay again in the future!

Thank you very much Super Luigi😉!! We just had a great stay in Viareggio with my wife and our 2 children. And the apartment offered by Gianmarco is a big part of it!! The property is clean and very functional, spacious enough for 4 people! An exceptional location! A few meters from the main boardwalk that runs along the beautiful beaches of Viareggio and its bagnos by ten. Exceptional restaurants like the "Pivot bistro di mare" or "l 'Amaro" are just a few meters away! And what about the communication from Gianmarco who was very good advice and who was always able to make himself available according to our needs! Very pleasant stay. The apartment is right on the slopes and is perfect for those who want to ski. Cozy and warm, we had a very good time.
