This apartment is tucked out of the way of the hustle and bustle of town, with route options to skip town or get to the main drag in a few minutes of driving.

Overall, it is very good. The bed and the bathroom is very clean. Walking distance to a lot of restaurants. But there is some noise outside late at night from people passing by from walking home from pub and cafe. Also, in the early morning frequently there is noise from garbage truck taking away the garbage.

Great stay at Rajbeer's place. The unit was lovely and communication before, during and after the stay was so easy and helpful!

Great place and location! The projector in the bedroom was cool and everything was very comfortable.

Kalita was a great hostess. The area and accommodation was comfortable and cozy. we had mutual friends surprisingly, and ended up having a great visit.

The condo was clean, comfortable, and exactly as shown in the pictures. There were plenty of windows, bringing in lots of natural sunlight, and the view was nice too. Amanda/Brix were very responsive and quick to reply. Highly recommended, and I look forward to staying here again next month.

Place was clean and equipped with the tools you need to feel at home, such as working ac, washer dryer, blanket and sheets, dishes, etc. Host was very quick to respond to my messages and work with me on convenience. Worth the stay.

Khalid was so responsive and he provided all the culinary equipments and other kitchen appliances. Everything was also clean when we first arrived. Overall we had a great stay.

The apartment was absolutely spotless and beautifully decorated. The host were super responsive and provided accurate instructions for check-in/out, parking, amenities, etc. I would definitely recommend.

Loved our stay! There are multiple units at this address, so it can get a little noisy with people walking up and down the stairs during the day— it didn’t disturb us at all, but just a good thing to know before booking.

I could not have asked for better hosts. The kindness, hospitality and friendship extended to me by Tam and Anurag allowed me to feel very comfortable and at home. Their lovely home is well located with many shops, bus stops and pharmacy within a short stroll. The room was clean, quiet and well-appointed. The bed is on the firm side. The dedicated bathroom is directly across from the room with great shower pressure and hot water. As my stay was on the longer side, they kindly allotted me dedicated fridge and kitchen storage space. I also had good use of the washer and dryer. My stay exceeded my expectation and I am grateful to have met such wonderful people that I now consider friends. Thank you Tam, Anurag and Tim-Tim! 💯🙏❤

Yemi’s place is one of the most calmest and peaceful places we have stayed at and with a beautiful unobstructed view. The host is very prompt to answer any questions. Check in was very easy and the host quickly answered any questions and made sure we were comfortable. The place is exactly like the pictures and is in immaculate condition and beautifully furnished. The location is excellent and everything is walk in distance. Bus service and tram at your steps to get anywhere in Kitchener. We loved it so much we extended it for another month. Attending guest’s needs and comfort is Yemi’s top priority. Anytime we need a place in Waterloo region Yemi’s place is our go to from now on.

I really liked this apartment, it is comfortable, we enjoy having amenities such as billiards and the jacuzzi, the location is very good, close to downtown

David’s house was beautiful and had lots of space! We traveled with three kids, 2 and under. They all LOVED the pool, as did the adults. The Children’s Museum was super fun. We’re bummed we didn’t stay a couple days longer to check out other attractions like Storybook Gardens.

Gorgeous contemporary home with super comfy beds, great bathrooms and amazing kitchen. Highlight was the automatic coffee/espresso machine that makes amazing specialty coffee drinks (there is a drip maker for ordinary coffee) and 2 fresh bags of coffee for our use. Loved the livingroom sofa for TV watching, parking was super easy, very walkable neighborhood and grocery/restaurants within just a few minutes walk or drive. Google does send you down the street and does not seem to know exactly where the house is, and digital keypad was a little tricky (press the checkmark key BEFORE putting in the code), but Steve was very responsive and helpful. We loved our stay and can't wait to come back.

Theresa is a fantastic host, all the extras she had waiting for us - food, drinks, coffee were so appreciated. The house is beautiful and amazingly comfortable beds. The unit is sparkling and high end everything. We can’t wait to stay again!

Great home with lots of space for everyone! We felt right at home right away. The kitchen is well equipped. Beds are comfortable and cozy.

Moe was great. There was an issue with the heat but he quickly fixed it. The neighborhood is super safe and quiet. There is a little rivine and wooded area behind the house that was nice for walks with my young daughter
