The apartment was perfect! Exactly like the photos, very clean and the communication was great and very thankful for the slightly earlier check in which they accommodated no problem. The apartment is in ideal walking distance to the Ultilita Arena where me and my partner attended a gig. As well as The Bullring. Thank you so much for a great stay will be booking again for sure!

This was a wonderful place to spend a few weeks while we were 'between homes'. The flat was well-equipped, spacious, comfortable and very quiet. Plus Julie was a great host, who always responded promptly to any questions we had.

We really enjoyed staying in this property, it had everything you might need. And was immaculately presented. It was a perfect location as we were attending a concert at the arena and it was walkable distance. Peaceful road. Excellent communication with the host. We would highly recommend this property.

Lovely stay in a great location. Jo & Martin were great hosts. Very accommodating and flexible. We enjoyed our stay. The only thing I would say, is for the money charged for the Airbnb, a few upgrades would make the stay even more better, such as a new modern TV (TV was old and small), a new modern washing machine (again very old), wardrobes needed hangers, a bathroom bin and a bath mat.

Aswin you extremely accommodating, and helped me and my teammates find the right location and property. The place was perfect for what we needed it for and very spacious.

We booked our stay because we were attending a wedding in the village. The house was clean tidy and well equipped. It's in a lovely village with a friendly pub a minutes walk away.

We visited Upton for the Sunshine Festival, but didn’t want to spend the weekend in a tent! We were thrilled to find this beautiful apartment with a river view, just steps from the local pubs and restaurants. Elisabeth phoned me the day before arrival to give clear directions, then she met us outside the property. We had a quick tour of the apartment, and she left us milk and biscuits. The apartment was very clean and comfortable with plenty of room for us both. Plenty of storage, although a few more coat hangers would be useful. The shower over the bath was hot and powerful, with a selection of shower gels and shampoos. The kitchen was compact, but had all that we needed, including washing up liquid, tea towel and scourer. The lounge was extremely comfortable with the stunning view of the river. We ate at the Boathouse, 3 mins walk. Delicious tapas and live music. We had a delicious Sunday roast at the King’s Head, 4 mins walk. I would highly recommend Elisabeth’s apartment.

A lovely cosy cottage, with good walks to pubs and local villages. The place came with all the useful kitchen amenities (salt, pepper, oil, tea etc.) and all appliances listed. Beds were comfy and the place was clean. Savannah was very kind and a great host, setting up a fire for us for when we arrived, and offering local recommendations! The cottage is remote but great for walking and a peaceful weekend away.

Had a great stay for a group of 7 celebrating a 30th birthday. En-suites to every room is perfect and the house has great entertaining spaces with wonderful views in idyllic surroundings. Some of the equipment in house was broken but replacements had already been sought by Anna before we arrived. A few touch ups for some of the rooms wouldn’t go amiss, and I’d be cautious about the use of the cinema area if you’re not too tech savvy. We also found the WiFi to be patchy in connectivity if you’re planning to utilise this. Overall, a great stay and a property I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending to others.

Katrinas place is very well located - just behind the main street. Car access is a little tricky - but is fine with a bit of care ! The house is as described: a little quirky - but spotlessly clean and short of absolutely nothing ! Very had a very pleasant couple of days there - and would happily return :)

Mark was very proactive ahead of our stay with tips and explanations. Nothing seemed too much trouble. The cottage is very well furnished and a beautiful conversion. Made a comfortable and atmospheric setting for the 6 of us this New Year’s Eve for our dinner and celebration in the days after. The logs for the fire and festive decorations were very much appreciated.

It is a lovely cottage surrounded by lots of bars and restaurants. Spotless inside and well equipped.

Anne’s place was simply perfect for us and our aging dog. Lovely space next to the house for walking etc. House was clean and had everything you needed for a long or short stay. Next to the town Main Street and all amenities and restaurants. Roger was a lovely man and nothing was too much trouble. We loved our stay and will be back again if they will have us! We stayed in this property as a ladies get together. It was perfect for us, close enough to local amenities, good sized property with space for us all without getting under each others feet. Diane was quick at responding to messages and provided great advice on the local area. Thanks for a lovely stay

The Woodshed was absolutely stunning and exceeded expectations, fabulous log burner and decor within beautiful and peaceful surroundings. Don't give it a second thought...stay here!!

Elaine's apartment is in a very good location. These cozy apartments impressed us with their large space, beautiful view from the window, and fully equipped kitchen. We, 4 adults and 1 child, stayed here for 4 days. Unfortunately, not everyone was happy with the comfort of the beds.

Lucy was really friendly and helpful, answering questions quickly. She was there to check us in and explain everything, and provided some helpful tips. Its a great location within walking distance of the cathedral and town centre, and several restaurants and pubs. The flat itself is clean, comfortable and has everything we needed, it was also very quiet. Bathroom was very good with a great shower. Car can be parked in a secure underground car park which is accessed by a lift. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend and are likely to stay again next year.

A lovely, trendy flat in the centre of Birmingham well connected to desirable areas in town with nice walks along the canals. Easy check in and prompt communication from hosts - thank you!

We have stayed a few times now- which speaks for itself. As ever the flat was clean, comfortable and convenient. I particularly enjoy the view of the canal and woodland in the middle of the city. Aubrey was easy to contact and very helpful.

The apartment is in a good location in the centre of Birmingham, with allocated parking (a little hard to find at first). And clear instructions on how to check in and use the facilities etc. Priya was an amazing host and was very responsive and helpful, would recommend

This has to be one of the best Airbnb properties that we have ever stayed in. The location is perfect, a two floor two bedroom flat built over Riverside cafe, overlooking the river Severn and under 10 minutes walk from dog lane carpark. We arrived after dark on a very cold evening and were immediately struck by how warm and cosy it was. The flat is beautifully presented with high quality furnishing and fully equipped with everything you could need. The beds are very comfortable. We really appreciated the little touches which were provided - milk and water in the fridge, tea, coffee and biscuits. These are the things which make a guest feel welcome. Just sorry we could not stay longer.
