Very nice home and host! Our GPS showed a location about 400 meters earlier on the way, but Sven Erik was very helpful and it was very easy to get there. We slept one night when we were passing through and can absolutely imagine staying here again 😊

We absolutely loved staying at Åsa’s place. It felt so good to come to such a clean, beautifully decorated apartment with everything you could possibly need for a short or long stay. Åsa is so friendly and helpful and we really appreciated her warmth and hospitality- we highly recommend her place and would love to return some day!

We loved the place very much. Communication went smoothly. The cottage was really coming home. Cozily furnished. Plenty of space for 4 people. The bathroom was small but we actually found that charming and have something. If we are back in Östersund, we would go here again in a heartbeat.

Very welcoming host, prompt responses, very helpful and friendly. We could not have asked for more. Quiet area, with parking but handy for town & ski area, with a few places to eat nearby, but we cooked for ourselves, very easily in the well equipped kitchen. Only slight downside is just 1 bathroom in the apartment (which may or may not be important to you)

Therese's apartment is beautiful and clean, near a fairly large lake and below a mountain with a ski center. Even if we wanted to find a cabin or a cottage, Therese's place was the most accessible and pleasant. And she was very kind, ready to respond at every moment when we asked for something:) Thank you!

The fridge and freezer may not echo empty as a hotel mini bar, and you may get to improvise if you are on the hunt for a coffee maker. But that's exactly what makes it so wonderfully homey! The surroundings are nothing but magical. Celebrating New Year's Eve here, far from the banging of the fireworks and with a plot where the dogs can run free, is like stepping into a quiet and cozy bubble. The crackling sound from the fireplace, the crackling heat after a long walk, and the endlessly beautiful starry sky – all this makes the experience absolutely unforgettable. So if you want to replace glitter and glamour with nature and proximity, this is the place for you. It's not perfection, but it's real – and that's exactly what makes it perfect.

Super nice and accommodating host(s), helped us three fishermen find their way around among the local fishing opportunities. The place was very cosy and homely. Would recommend.

Beautiful location. Easy to get to downtown Ostersund with a quick car ride or bus. The lake was frozen during our visit, so we checked out skates from downtown and had a blast skating on the ice. This was a great spot for multi-generational family gathering. We hope to visit again soon!

I have stayed in many places in many countries, this residence is exceptional. As part of airbnb, we are very grateful to have places like this as part of our community.

This is a lovely house located in a quiet and safe living environment. Large garden with football goal and trampoline makes the house well suited for families with children. The house has many bedrooms with several beds and a fantastic conservatory that makes you "outside" even if the outdoor temperature is low. Easy to park in driveway or in the street. The whole house is tidy and clean and cleanliness is easy to carry out using laundry detergents and equipment that are readily available The communication with the landlord has been nice and the key exchange was easy. We are very happy and would like to rent from Johanna later, should we need to.

We had a wonderful time here in Brattland! The house is very cozy and the terrace is a nice size. From there you have a magnificent view of the lake! The sauna is fantastic. The view is so magical that we didn't even get to read our book. In the evening we always sat by the campfire directly on the lake. Everything is as Julia has shown in the description or in the photos! The surroundings of Brattland also invite you to take great hikes! Thank you so much for this wonderful time, we will be happy to come back!

If you want to spend a wonderful vacation, you are in super good hands here. Anyone who's ever seen the movie The Christmas Cabin knows what I'm talking about. It will remain an unforgettable vacation for us. You just feel comfortable. Thanks for that

Everything was clear and useful, there is a neighbour just next door taking care of all needed, perfect for couples and families, even singles :)
