A great place to get away from the city. The house itself was clean and well stocked. The kitchen allowed us to prepare meals, the bathroom equipped with a shower fully met our expectations. The bed is comfortable and large. A terrace with a beautiful view, two comfortable sun loungers. A well-equipped bookcase where you can find very interesting items. The neighborhood itself is quiet, peaceful. The only exception is the gravel, or that type of company that makes a quiet noise during the week. It can't be called noise, but for those sensitive it may be a hindrance. We strongly recommend this place, we will be happy to come back to it ourselves;)

A very nice cottage in a charming forest. A perfect place for, like me, looking for peace and quiet, even for writing a treat;) In winter, a fairytale view from the window like in the Bieszczady Mountains. The cottage exactly as the generation of the current 40-year-olds spent the best vacation of their lives, only well renovated. I highly recommend!

Very nice house in the real village. If you travel with dog, the full fenced huge garden is what you need! The place for work is perfect, I've spent very good working day with garden view and nature sounds. Very close to the house is number of groceries and bakery. The place is private as possible!

We stayed for 4 nights, including New Year's Eve in the beautiful tiny house. It was just great! We were looking for peace for ourselves and our little dog and that is exactly what we got. The surroundings are beautiful and we really enjoyed the silence. The place was just as described and incredibly cozy. The amenities were more than sufficient, but there is no oven, which did not bother us. The jacuzzi was our personal highlight! Walks in the area are also possible :) The huge property was perfect for our dog. The houses are also far enough apart, so you have enough privacy. Another fence between two houses would be beneficial for dog owners:) I'm sure we'll be back and are so happy about our time there 🥰

The cottage is beautifully decorated, with large windows that let in lots of natural light. The kitchen is fully equipped. The administrator, Dorota, is extremely helpful and always responds to messages within a few minutes. It made the whole stay seamless and very comfortable. I would highly recommend this cottage to anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable getaway!

The intimate place and neighborhood, a cozy cottage with a goat, when we arrived, was warm despite the zero temperature outside. There is a fire pit, a fantasy forest for walking, a well-equipped kitchen, and clear instructions at every step.

Emilia has a beautiful home at the gates of Warsaw. If you are looking for a quiet area, for example with family + children, this is a very nice living situation. The house is cozily furnished (with fireplace and large couch) and has a special charm. The children use the garden to play in. The place is a single-family house settlement, but Emilia's house is in it like a beautiful island. A great, large children's playground (Park Glinianki) is within walking distance, as is a great pastry chef (Cuckiernia Babeczki). The direct S-Bahn to Warsaw city center is within walking distance, but you can also explore Warsaw in about 30 minutes by car. Emilia or her mother are always available at short notice and make every effort to respond to what guests want. A successful stay for us!
