Cabin vacation rentals in Stockholm archipelago

Thank you so much Eva and Jonas for a wonderful peaceful stay. We really were lucky to have found this place. We thoroughly enjoyed the jacuzzi, with no problems of other people overlooking as the jacuzzi is in the back garden, we spent every evening in there in the cold weather and enjoyed a nice clear sky full of stars and the moon. The surrounding area was beautiful, we took a short walk around to the lake and enjoyed the view and was very easy to get around in a vehicle. The place had all amenities we needed and felt right at home with the heating and lighting making it feel cozy. This is our first time in Sweden and we found the drive from Eva and Jonas place very easy from the airport (about 1 hr 20 mins) and it was very scenic along the way. Highly recommended!

Linus was very accommodating and responsive. The accommodation was very cozy and clean. There was also a very nice garden. We had a great time and definitely recommend it!

Our stay at Helene’s place was really great! The accommodation was exactly as in the descriptions. Very cozy, perfectly clean and equipped with everything that’s needed. It’s a perfect getaway to spend some quiet time in the nature. Helene is a very communicative and responsive host. She provided all the necessary information, local recommendations and replied fast when any questions came up. I can totally recommend Helene’s Airbnb and would love to go there again! 😊

Great place to stay & relax and great hosts.

The cottage was well equipped and exactly like we had hoped for from the listing. Cozy and with that little extra in the hot tub and sauna. Susanne was very helpful and nice.

Such a beautiful place, and cosy stay. Sibel and her husband were incredibly welcoming and kind! We felt very well looked after and cant’t wait to go back. Highly recommend for young families looking for a peaceful getaway close to nature!

Amazing stay at Jimmy’s place! So nice and peaceful and the surrounding area was great. Easy to walk to the train station to get into the centre and the place itself was so cosy, always nice and warm even though it was snowing outside. Cannot recommend this place enough, worth every penny 10/10

Had an amazing time in otman place

We had a very nice and positive experience. Erik was very nice and helpful when we needed it. The cottage is simple, but perfect for those who want a cozy and picturesque experience in the Swedish archipelago. Very lovely area, you can walk everywhere and discover Husarö properly. We would love to come back!

We left Stockholm to celebrate New Year's Eve beyond rockets and fireplaces, the house was a real hit and not only our dog but also we had an incredibly cozy evening. So rural and peaceful, yet so easily accessible from the big city. We were very well received and given clear instructions around everything. The house was a classic Swedish cottage with wood stove and board floors. The decor was pleasant and caring; potted plants, embroidered tablecloths, rag rugs, and hand-woven kitchen towels. The kitchen was very well equipped. A place we are happy to recommend to others and also think that we want to come back to during a warmer season.

We had an absolutely magical stay at this wonderful cabin! 🌿✨ Already upon arrival we felt the serenity enveloping – the cottage is nestled in the forest offering a perfect balance of privacy and cozy comfort. Waking up to birds chirping and fresh air was a pure treat! Everything was so well thought out – from the comfortable furniture and the warm atmosphere to the amazing breakfast that was waiting for us. ☕ There was something for every taste, and we loved the freedom to choose and cook what we wanted. We really appreciated the smooth self check-in, which gave us the freedom to come when it suited us. Also, the hosts were incredibly thoughtful, always available and so friendly. You can tell they really care about their guests' experience. 💛 If you long for a peaceful break from everyday life, where you can relax in the embrace of nature, then this is the place you are looking for! Nice host and beautiful surroundings through the interaction between human animals and nature ! Nicely arranged without electricity and water!

Everything with the accommodation was as expected and the host was very friendly and helpful. The location was easy to find with Google Maps and Jane's instructions. The tiny house in itself was very cosy and had everything we needed. The view from the panoramic windows was beautiful. The bed and pillows were comfortable and we slept very well, without any sound distractions. Jane was super friendly and keen on making sure we were comfortable. We could definitely have stayed longer and can surely see us coming back another time. Would absolutely recommend! Especially for those wanting to be close to nature.

We spent a week in Anna’s house and felt very welcome. The house is easy to find, about 45 min drive from Stockholm Arlanda airport and is very comfortable. It has everything we needed. Forests are around the corner.

Perfect place for a quiet, private, calm weekend away from city life. Fully fenced in yard was perfect to have dogs running around freely. The private sauna is such a dream to have access to. Sami was responsive and check-in, check-out was super smooth and easy. The hosts live across from the property but gave us full privacy. The home is clean, way more spacious than you can tell from the pictures, has trails to walk in the surrounding woods, and in general is a generous amount of space and comfort. Absolutely loved our stay.

As always, Årsta Havsbad is wonderful to visit/ come back to. Stefan is an amazing host. Responds quickly. Very friendly and helpful. The cottage is always clean and fresh.

Wonderful island with private jetty, simply great quiet location. Stefan picked us up by boat without any complications and was very helpful - we'll be back!

It was a very nice and anodised cottage and rent in a quiet and rural setting

It was an absolutely amazing stay I had in Marianne's little cabin. My warmest recommendations. Marianne was flexible and helpful from my first question and explained everything to me, so I easily got from Stockholm out to Resarö by public transport. She researched things for me, suggested things to see on the island, and was overall a present, nice, and extremely helpful hostess. I came by train and bus, and therefore couldn't bring much, but it didn't matter - everything I needed was in the cabin, shopping was in walking distance and the rest you could easily get to by bike, which Marianne also provided. The island itself and the city were pure Swedish archipelago idyll, small fine streets, beautiful houses, apple trees all over, cliffs and many different bathing places, both from ladder and sandy beach. All in all, I can only recommend everything highly: Marianne, the cabin, the island, etc. I want to go there again!

Had a fantastic stay at the cabin. There was an AC and wood stove as well as a well-equipped kitchen. The cottage was clean and spacious with 6 beds and 2 bedrooms. The cottage is close to Ingbo springs and the national park. The cottage was very accommodating and flexible and responded quickly to our questions.
