Vacation rentals with a pool in Stinica

We had a wonderful vacation. The accommodation is fully equipped. The pool is beautifully clean. The owners are great, they are always happy to give advice and take care of you. They also brought us fruit and games for children. Accommodation is located in nature, where your neighbors will be only sheep and animals. if you want to take a break from people, this is the right choice. The sea is not dry, you need a car. We were on a different beach every day, it suited us so well. We recommend Lumbrak beach. Thanks again :)

We liked the place very much and was as described. Elena and Marco were always very easy to reach and always tries to solve all concerns quickly. We would book the place again anytime. After every trip, it was a highlight when you came back, opened the gate and drove into the yard. Really recommended! In the village itself, there is not really anything to do, but from there you quickly go to very beautiful places.

We had a great time with 4 adults and a 2 year old girl at Milan‘s apartment. We can 100% recommend it.

The extensive property suited our group very well. We were a family of 6 adults and 6 children. The lovely pool , pool side kitchen and large surrounding garden gave us all plenty of space to enjoy time together. It’s less than a 5 minute walk to buy bread and other essentials in the small shop (open 7.30 - 14.00) but a car is essential for trips to supermarkets, restaurants, places of interest. The owner kindly offered to order us local cheese and olive oil. It was excellent, but expensive. One can also buy very good vegetables and eggs from the neighbours. We had friendly, helpful service everywhere we visited. Pula, Fazana and Rovinj are certainly worth a visit. We were fascinated by the variety of insects. Many butterflies , beetles and small scorpions. Great if you’re a mini beast fan! Just remember the mosquito repellent. All in all we had a wonderful time!

Beautiful villa as described, amazing hosts…. We arrived tired and hungry on a Sunday and all shops were closed and within an hour Luka and his wife delivered a plate of fresh cooked pancakes for the kids and some sweet treats cooked by Luka’s Mother, above and beyond and saved the day! Everywhere spotlessly clean and well equipped. Can highly recommend!

Nada was the most lovely person, welcoming us to the apartment. She invited us to pick fresh limes. Josip was extremely responsive. Lovely clean and comfortable place

We loved staying at this place. Everything was exactly as described. Pool was great and clean. We have never stayed at a house this beautiful and clean! The house is absolutely gorgeous!

A great apartment for 5 guests. We were given a welcome by the host's daughter who showed us everything we needed. Everything was clean, tidy and spacious. The outside seating and dining areas were perfect and the shared pool was the highlight (we were all sad to leave it behind!). If you have a car, as we did, the location is fine (7 or 8 minutes drive from the old town car parks) but it would have been a long walk without a car. Highly recommended!

Our stay at Zdenko's place in Opatija was absolutely exceptional! The house is modern, spacious, and very practically furnished. We found everything we could possibly need – from a hairdryer, iron, microwave, oven, to even a crib and toys for our one-year-old daughter. The on-site pool was an added bonus that made our stay even more enjoyable. Our small dog was also warmly welcomed by the hosts and had no trouble joining us on our vacation. The hosts are incredibly hospitable and always ready to help in any situation. They even surprised my wife with a small gift for her birthday, which made our stay even more special. We felt right at home. We highly recommend this place and will definitely return!

What a great apartment! Rodavan has been very helpful and advised us on some places to visit and eat. The apartment itself was beautiful and very clean! It’s only 7min drive to the airport and 10minutes away from Zadar old town so ideal for us. Lidl is only 5minute drive and we tried couple local restaurants that are within 15minute walk. We highly recommend and we hope to come back one day!

Everything matches when described and the photos. Slightly outside the center in a quiet area but everything can be easily reached by foot (shops, sea...). Possibility of barbecue and pool. Everything is great!

We enjoyed a fantastic week in the wonderful spa apartment. The welcome by Filip was very nice, uncomplicated and everything was explained to us. Fresh flowers, fruit, burning candles, and chilled Prosecco made us feel very comfortable right away. The equipment of the apartment is very high quality and extensive. Filip was always available for questions and issues. The outdoor area with great pool, hot tub, tennis court and the unique view of Kvaner Bay was really our highlight. Great place to relax. Although there are other apartments in the building, privacy has been paramount. The owners, who live in the upper area and next door, behaved almost invisible and also from the apartment below you didn't notice much. We highly recommend the property.

Really loved the apartment! It was so clean and tidy. Goran was a fantastic, kind and helpful host. Would definitely recommend anyone to stay here. Gorans mother was a very sweet and lovely lady too, with a cute little dog. The town was easily walkable and the airport was only 10/15mins away in taxi. Thank you for a great stay!

We were completely satisfied. I loved the view best. The apartment was very nice and clean. Everything you need. The apartment is located directly on the promenade, from where you can walk for a long time on the coast and restaurants are also directly accessible.

Simply great! The landlord welcomed us warmly upon arrival and invited us to barbecue for another day. Top experience would definitely come back!

Absolutly amazing place. Exactly same as on photos. Private and cleaned house, covered parking inside garden, grill, swimming pool was cleaned every morning. Close to shops and also walking dostance to city center and beach. Owners were really sweet and kind. We loved this place and would definitly come back once again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is a hidden gem. While the original description was a little misleading, suggesting the house is in Rovinj (it is actually in Modrušani, near the small town of Žminj - 20 minute drive to Rovinj), that didn't take anything away from the beauty of the place. The house is tastefully furnished, the kitchen very well equipped and all bedrooms have their own en-suite bathroom. The pool area with lounge chairs and umbrellas, as well as the outdoor kitchen were amazing. Thank you Marta for being a great host! We'll be back whenever we get a chance.

The place are beautiful and clean. We were very warmly received and everything worked perfectly with the key handover. I can only recommend it.

We had a great time in this beautiful place, 😍 everything is decorated with a lot of love and everything is thought of! There is enough space for four people, we enjoyed using the great barbecue, the terrace and the pool. The surroundings are a dream - in the middle of nature with many beautiful villages nearby. Gabriel helped us with great restaurant recommendations. Check-in and communication went smoothly and we were more than warmly welcomed! Hospitality is more than lived here! Thank you Gabriel and family for the great time!

We enjoyed the apartment very much!! Beautiful super fresh design, very clean, fully equipped. Paolo was super welcoming, after long journey we arrived for a great local refreshment - we were invited for a tour at the family farm but we will definitely do it on our next visit :)

Beautiful house with heated pool Depending on the outside temperature between 20 and 24 degrees in autumn. Everything is super clean in the house. The kitchen is well equipped, coffee capsules and even dishwasher tabs for the first days are provided. Towels are also sufficient. The contact was super easy and in German with Sanjin. Could even get into the house a bit earlier. He had brought us fresh fruit and vegetables from his own farm and gave us restaurant tips. We were completely satisfied.

A great house with a very nice outdoor area It is well suited for families with dogs as the entire property is fenced. The pool is very nice and relatively large. The furnishings are of high quality and everything you need is available. I definitely recommend it to the property.
