Amazing location and property. The place was cute. Very quiet and easy to walk everywhere. Will stay again if I ever come back to Rome.

We had a wonderful stay at Silvia’s home! We travelled with our 3 month old for the first time and we were a bit nervous but Silvia was able to provide a crib and everything went smoothly. The house is super cosy, perfect if you like to cook, fully equipped and great appliances. Silvia was very kind and friendly and hope we can visit again sometime in the future!

Very nice and comfortable apartment, easy check in, quiet neighbourhood, walk to Vatican about 25 minutes, also busses around and a 15 minute walk to metro. All really great, would definitely stay again.

Everything was perfect, location is great, there is everything you might need in the apartment! The host is always responsive and supports with everything. I would recommend the place.

Great stay, close proximity to all major sights me and my fiancée love walking so nanaged to get everywhere in 20-30min walks. Being in Trastevere which was probably the best location for food for its value. Will definitely recommend and come again.

Oystein's place in Bolsena is wonderful. Each of the 4 levels has been tastefully designed to be flexible to accommodate a range of sleeping options. Quality features throughout in a superb location. The house is clean and very comfortable with wonderful artwork. The large dining table was great for our family gathering. Wonderful views from the rooftop balcony, which, alongside the other 2 balconies give options for finding a colling breeze (and possibly also a warming spot in the sun in winter). Oystein is an organised and accommodating host who is quick to respond. it was a real pleasure to stay here in this amazing part of Italy.

If you are visiting Rome, look no further. The apartment is 5 stars in every aspect. Great location, peaceful, spacious, sylish, well equipped etc etc. Hosts are helpful and very responsive. Can't wait to return.

This is a very nice Studio apartment to stay in Rome for 1 person or a couple. It was lovely decorated with a lot of light and beautiful view on the swimming pool. I could easily live permanently in a place like this. Everything was walkable and you could easily take the metro. Alessandra is a lovely host. She is so sweat and even took care of me when she found out I was ill. Which was a blessing, since I was alone. She has great tips about Rome and a beautifully worked out guide with things to do in Rome. This is definitely a place where I would come back to or would refer to my friends. While being in the city you are in a quiet street and looking on green. You can easily park in the street or in the private parking space of the apartment. There is also a park near the accommodation. It was a lovely stay. Highly recommend.

Just a dream! A precious crop of nature within walking distance of the lake. Antonella has taken care of everything in detail, with small attention to welcome you and make you feel at home. It will be a special memory that we will take with us!

We stayed at the property for 8 days at the end of September. Federica, the location, the house, the complex around the house were unique and very nice! We felt very comfortable from the first day. A supermarket and several restaurants are easily accessible by car. Frederica is a great host and problems solved her and her husband quickly. We had brief problems with the toilet flush, hot water supply and heating - all topics were resolved in a timely manner. Close to the property is the train station Orte, from there there is a train to Rome several times, I can only recommend that. Cheap, on time (not like the DB) and Rome is a force! Accommodation is recommended and we would book again in case we get back to the region.
