I bambini sono a 10 anni NON pagano. Sono liberi di correre e divertirsi nelle Langhe! Children under 10 years do NOT pay. They are free to running and enjoying around Langhe! Amiamo i cani di qualsiasi taglia, purchè siano ben educati. Sovrapprezzo per pulizia extra dovuta alla presenza di animali in casa ( 20€ per tutto la durata del soggiorno) We love dogs with any size, just with good behaviour. Surcharge for cleaning due to the presence of animals at home (20€ for duration of all stay).

Semi-detached part of an ancient farmhouse with separate entrance, recently refurbished and fully equipped. No neighbouring houses. Two floors, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, each with walk-in rain shower, large living area, cozy dining corner, complete kitchen. Splendid view over the vineyards of Langhe-Roero, a UNESCO World Heritage Site with no overtourism.
