Beachfront vacation rentals in State of Sergipe

We honestly have never been in an AirBnB so clean and fragrant. Impressive. The apartment is well cared for, it has everything, very well equipped, equal or even better than the photos. Ample. It's warm, but Aracaju is warm. And there is air conditioning in all rooms. We sleep very well . The location is very good. The bad thing is that there's not much on foot nearby, but it doesn't seem to have anything nearby, you can't complain about the location. It is close to the Tamar and the beach and the bars. It's not noisy at night. The only bad thing is the garage space. It has vacancy, but it is tight, it needs a lot of maneuver. I highly recommend it! We look good and we will be back for sure.

Our stay was wonderful, the house corresponds exactly to what is advertised, quiet condominium, nearby beach and Renan was very hospitable to ensuring that our trip was wonderful. We recommend with your eyes closed and we're ready to go back.

Wow I don’t know how to write just how blessed this place is! Deserving of super host, they thought of everything to make our short stay incredible. Exactly what Airbnb should be -an individual who really cares about you! Would definitely return, worth the price. We were able to hold a family event there & now it’s going to be a place that everyone returns to. Comfortable for 9 to sleep but can fit more, so very affordable for a group. The time I had alone there with my partner was bliss, such luxury. Very comfy beds. Great showers, hot water option. Flexible check in/out & super friendly, so we felt comfortable. The host will message before you trip - I recommend getting & saving the directions before you drive there, as the internet can drop out near to the area. Has all those useful home away from home things like bin bags, extra towels, repellent, etc. Wifi was excellent. I’d say it’s even more beautiful than the photos. Plus, we got to watch dolphins each day!!

It's not my first time staying at Rinaldo's AP. As always, his kindness is evident and the care of the guest's comfort is notorious. The AP has a wonderful view of the waterfront and the sea, it is ventilated, clean, super comfortable beds, great air conditioning, clean and smelling bedding, complete kitchen and all the household utensils imaginable. It is safe because it has a screen on the windows, which is fundamental for me that I go with two children. The building's pool is delicious and the garage is covered. The energy is light, a great astral and everything works out in our trips to Aracaju when we stay there. Super recommend and every time I can, I will stay there. Love!

Apartment in excellent condition, consistent with the photos, clean and organized, well-equipped condominium overlooking the waterfront and kitchen with all the basic items for a stay. Note: On the current date, February 2025, there is a work in progress in front of the building, which can generate noise during the week.

The apartment is very clean, tidy, decorated and equipped. Edenilza is responsive and very helpful. One of the rooms has no air, but it sells a lot, and the fan can supply it. It's definitely a great option to stay.

The host was, besides impeccable, extremely attentive and proactive. The beauty of the place, the proximity of tourist sites, together with the tranquility of the environment make the stay pleasant, getting that taste of wanting more.

I undoubtedly recommend the accommodation, the Max very requested and gave great tips. The place is very well located and we can do a lot on foot. The roof of the building has a beautiful view of the waterfront. Anyway, we love it and we will return.

Flexible check-in with electronic lock. The hotel is in front of cinelândia beach (5 minutes walk) the apartment is spacious and contains all everyday utensils (iron, cutlery, glasses, plates, microwave, etc). All very clean and organized. i recommend the stay and I will come back more often

The house is inside a gated community. Although there are no walls, there is privacy, tranquility and security. The location is wonderful, close to the beach we were walking. For those who do not have their own car pass bus in front of the condominium, I saw at various times, so it is easy to access. There is a supermarket and bakery, by car is not far away. Host Bruno is very attentive and helpful, responds quickly and gives instructions. The house is very cozy, two bedrooms with double bed and air conditioning, one is suite and the 3rd bedroom 2 single beds, 1 social bathroom. It was all clean. I would go other times for sure.

Excellent home!! Very clean, excellent diverse spaces, fully equipped and maintained. Very quiet condominium, close to the beach and safe . We had an excellent welcome by the host and always available when requested. I left the house with a taste of wanting more. i will be scheduling for my next vacation.

We really enjoyed our stay… Great location, pool every day goes through cleanliness, great restaurants close by. For sightseeing there are Dunas do Saco, Praia do Abais, Praia do Saco and many other beaches. Wonderful restaurants of Lagoa do Tambaquis, small markets nearby, beach in front of the deserted house, it was well worth it.

well worth it! We will return for sure!!! The house is great, airy, spaces. The condominium is super quiet and quiet! safe and beautiful! The beach in front has no tent, what we love!!!! but a 5 minute walk has several stalls. The host was super attentive and kind. The condominium has a very good pool. We went with two 3 and 5 year olds was perfect for them and for us. We even managed to rest. Local commerce nearby, but need a car, with market, pharmacy...the basics. finally they were days of rest in a beautiful place. only one thing! for those who do not like cat, do not go! the condominio and the house has several cats. do not bother but they are always at the tables and external space of the house. when we are outside they do not bother!
