Jefferson was so kind and thoughtful! Demontrou was concerned with our comfort and convenience. The flat is well kept and clean. The kitchen is very well-equipped, it has all the utensils to prepare all meals in a practical way! Our weekend stay was quiet and refreshing. We'll definitely come back another time!

Very well located, in front of the bakery, supermarkets, pharmacy, a few meters from the Pra do Privê. protection nets in the windows, for us who have children this is fundamental. excellent experience. Just a suggestion for those who go and bring electric pot, Air frayer, coffee maker, take a T with entrance 20 Ampere. because this issue of sockets is a chronic problem in Caldas. I recommend the venue and I will rent again at another time

Marvellous! Splendid. all new, in perfect condition, working super well. Even in the Carnival and being a house in the center, we had super quiet and pleasant nights to sleep. A gem of place. the super attentive host and responded very quickly. I highly recommend it.

The site is beautiful, the energy is amazing, the house is super convenient in addition to being absolutely spotless. We have seen several species of birds and the fruit trees surround the house. The house is about ten minutes from the town of Alto Paraiso which was relatively accessible. I loved being a little far from the city. We only heard the birds and the river! The house is well located with an equipped leisure area, powerful air-conditioning. Environment/local super cared for, clean and organized. Heated pool and a great tranquility. Vc can enjoy the open environment with a lot of peace and enjoy the singing of the birds around. I highly recommend it!
