The house is perfect, quietly accommodates 10 people and has plenty of fun space. The host was very cordial and attentive, being the owner of the property. We stayed for 7 days in a mix of work and leisure in the region and we have absolutely nothing to complain about. I highly recommend the property!

Attentive Host. Property well located, easy access, in a quiet place, great for family. Next to Praia do Francês, Barra de São Miguel and Maceió. An excellent option for those who do not want to stay in the hustle and bustle of Maceió but be very close. I will certainly return! I recommend it.

The house is well taken care of and thought out in the details. The pool and outdoor area are very nice. The neighborhood can get a little noisy on the weekends and there is a lot of mosquito in the region. Our high point was to visit the beach of the broken car, just a few minutes' drive from there. It was our best trip, the house is much better than the listing. It is huge, super comfortable, everyone in the group loved and accommodated very well, the furniture all in great condition and comfortable, all rooms with air conditioning working perfectly, great showers in the bathrooms, the kitchen is not even spoken, perfect, we didn't miss anything! We love every minute, we have nothing bad to talk about, the bad thing was just having to leave, we wanted to stay longer, the house, the hostess and the janitor are to be congratulated!

First before we even traveled Thayane was already in contact offering help for various situations that we had and I recommend places to meet. When wool arrived, everything was very neat and the house had beach chairs, which helps too much on the beaches. The housekeeper has always treated us very well and has always been very helpful. Our days in Piranhas were perfect. Janaíra is super solicitous, proactive and cortez. Whenever in demand, she responded promptly, giving the best tips on walks, places to eat and save. The rooms are wide, airy and make us feel at home, literally. Every detail in the property impresses, with even accessibility items. Book with your eyes closed because the unwanted surprises are of ZERO occurrence. Although it is not located in the historic center, which has been known since the reservation, you can get there in less than 5 minutes by car. We even like this because it turns out to be a quieter and quieter place. Our experience in Piranhas cl sure wouldn't have been the same somewhere else.

The house is excellent, very cozy, with well-equipped kitchen and always clean swimming pool. There are 3 suites with powerful air conditioning and one more external bathroom. The room is not air-conditioned but as the doors are sliding and open fully, it is very ventilated. The condominium is closed and very quiet and the leisure area, which also has a swimming pool, is close to the house. It is a 5-minute walk to the beach where great stalls are located where I indicate the tent of Osvaldo. The host Hermes was very attentive and always available. It's one of those houses where you feel like coming back.

The place is Amazing. We had a great stay. Very well equiped kitchen, comfortable house and full of artwork on the Island. The view from the upper suites to the river is wonderful.

They were both incredibly kind and attentive, even with a birthday cake we asked to be made. Daniel's place is just amazing, from those places that don't want to leave! All rooms overlooking the sea, sleeping and waking up listening to the peace of the sea is priceless. The Praia do Marceneiro (one of the most beautiful that I have ever seen) is a few steps from the house, in the area exactly in front of the house has stones that make it difficult a little, but just walk less than 5 minutes and the beach becomes a real natural pool, with crystal clear waters and super calm sea at low tide. The condominium is very close to Vila do Marceneiro, which has restaurants, has a market five minutes away from the house as well.
