Beachfront vacation rentals in Stari Grad

We had a wonderful 3-week stay at this apartment! Bane, our host, was amazing—friendly, kind, and always willing to help. He assisted us with our luggage and shared great tips about the city. The apartment itself had everything we needed, especially the well-equipped kitchen, a strong water stream, and it was always warm and comfortable. The location was fantastic, with a supermarket, restaurants, and public transportation nearby. We’re already looking forward to visiting again and highly recommend this place to anyone!

Our family was looking for a nice enough place in proximity of our friends and family living in New Belgrade, yet, we found SO MUCH MORE in this gem of a contemporary, tastefully furnished, fully equipped and super "chill" apartment hosted by Stefani. Stefani has a super welcoming and easy-going presence, is prompt and attentive in all means of communicating and delivering, and we could not ask for a better host. There was sweltering heat during the time we spent in Belgrade, yet, this modern apartment's single A/C unit ("klima") offered a full and steady refuge from the relentless high temperatures throughout our 18 days long stay. An amazing abundance of authentic Serbian as well as eclectic food establishments literally steps away from this great apartment made our stay even better. A supermarket, a pharmacy and a convenience store are within this building, a large New Belgrade green market is only a 5 minute walk away, Hleb i Kifle (Bread and Croissants) is across the street, and even more wonderful pastries and fresh bread were available many places nearby. And there was so much more... It has been a great pleasure and joy staying at Stefani's place and we are sure we will come back.

Milos place was great. It is very modern and updated. The house is great inside and out, The pool and the outdoors are highlight of the house. We had a great time.

Amazing place to stay in Belgrade. My Serbian friends called it the best splav house they ever saw. Very personal and well build interior. Nice terrace. Highly recommend. Be aware about transportation - taxi and delivery is hard to get to this house, and there is 25 min walk to the ada mall, where u can get taxi. Overall - its a very good place, i spent here 2 days with my friends and very thankful to hosts for this opportunity.

This was our second stay at Felix's place for the winter holidays, and it was just as wonderful as the first. It's hard to imagine a more convenient location or a more responsive host. Everything was absolutely perfect, as expected. Felix's attention to detail and the thoughtful welcome touches truly made our stay extra special.

Very nice place. Accurately described. Very friendly host: always available, easy to communicate with, flexible. (In the middle of the day... in heat like hell... we found two bottles of perfectly cold drinks. Fantastic. Small thing but when done at the right moment and especially when wasn't expected it was something to admire.) Easy check in and out. Easy to find the place. Very beautiful surroundings. Definitely will stay again.

Lovely raft, spacious terrace, great chairs and seating, a fantastically equipped kitchen, a spacious bathroom, all sparkling clean and new, a variety of welcome pizza, covered, in the kitchen in addition to all the spices and dishes and picks, there is also an espresso coffee and a machine, soaking out of every expectation, for every recommendation!

It is a nice and cosy place. Great location. The house has everthing you would need. Host, Dušan, is very friendly and helpful. We also got airport transfer service from him. Thank you for letting us in the house earlier.
