Beach house vacation rentals in Stanići

We really loved our stay at this property. The house is on a secluded cove about 15 minutes walking from Bobovisca NM. Iva, the owner's daughter, advised us to rent an AWD vehicle in order to navigate the steep rocky road to the house. Unfortunately our Supetar car rental agency only had a smaller vehicle than promised. We managed to get the car down to the house following the owner but it was stressful. (Higher clearance car is suggested at the very least.)The house was magnificent once we arrived. The views are astounding. The house is very well made with quality appliances, a 5 star kitchen. and good AC. We loved swimming in the cove and the infinity pool. The kayaks and waterside patio were nice bonuses. The owners were very helpful showing us how to operate everything. We eventually decided to move our car to the nearby town and leave it there for the rest of our stay to avoid the rocky road. You can walk to town along the water and there are 2 great restaurants and a small shop.

We had an amazing stay in Trogir and can highly recommend Igor’s villa! The location was absolutely magical – close to both the sea and the charming town center. The villa was incredibly well-maintained and exceeded all our expectations. Everything from the rooms to the outdoor area was perfect and thoughtfully designed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. There was truly nothing to complain about, and we enjoyed every moment. We can’t wait to come back!

Thanks for everything, we had a great time. The place is beautiful and we really enjoyed the large terrace as well as the small cove at the bottom of the house for swimming.

We had a wonderful stay here at House Petar. Toni contacted us ahead of time to check on our arrival and gave clear instructions to find his house. The house was spotless and roomy and the outside patio is spacious; excellent for outdoor dining. The house actually borders the sea and there is a wide, level walkway that leads into old town, about a 5 min very pleasant walk. All the amenities that you would need are within a 5min walk. Toni was also very helpful in providing recommendations for restaurants and local beaches. Thanks Toni for a wonderful stay at House Petar. 😀

We loved Helena's place. We were 2 families with 4 children under 11, so this house was just perfect! The pool was ideal for keeping out the baking Croatian sun, with lots of sunbeds. There is an outdoor kitchen, as well as a pristine and brand new inside kitchen, fully equipped so eating al fresco was very easy. The rooms housed us all more than adequately, with the double rooms with ensuites facing the sea, and the smaller kid's rooms at the back. The house is located a few minutes walk to a good local restaurant, a cute little beach that didn't get too busy and an excellent beach bar. A big plus was the closeness to the airport so you can genuinely just walk to the house in 10 mins. We didn't hire a car and just took Helena's recommended taxi firm to visit the local town of Trogir. We also did a days boat trip and they picked us up from the beach close to us, so no travelling required. If you're after a quiet and relaxing week, Helena's place is perfect!

We had a wonderful time at Anton’s 3-bedroom house in Croatia! It was the perfect family getaway for my sister, our parents, and me. Prior to arrival Anton was quick to respond to all our questions and offered lots of recommendations (check out the local fish market!). Before we arrived Anton met us at the local supermarket to guide us to the house, a thoughtful touch since the newly carved roads don’t always show on maps. The house is in stunning surroundings with a private path to the sea—an absolute dream!! We loved the outdoor spaces: the shower, kitchen, and fire oven were perfect for enjoying the weather. Inside, it was clean, cozy, and full of charm. We’re already planning our return next year, and it’s just as ideal for a getaway with friends. If you’re looking for a peaceful, idyllic stay with a kind and attentive host, this is the place!

There were 6 of us and there was enough room for all of us. The rooms are super nice and all equipped with air conditioning, the bathrooms were super nice and equipped with hot water. A beautiful kitchen with utensils to supply yourself, with fridge and freezer. Anlange also has a pool and barbeque. The landlord super friendly has responded to all wishes and suggestions, we had our privacy and were able to do almost everything we wanted. Staying again

We loved the place and the hosts were very helpful, even arranging transport from airport. The view and pool were amazing. We did not cook. Walk to town is short, but steep - maybe 10-15 minutes. Only downside is it’s right under the flight path for arrivals to Split. This is true for a lot of Trogir.

What a hidden gem. Mario was flexible for us to leave our bags as we arrived early on the day of arrival. He was very responsive throughout our stay, with recommendations and any help we needed with the villa. The villa is exactly like the photos and is very private. We walked into Split Centre along the coast road which took an hour and had numerous cafes and beaches along the way. Ubers were efficient and plentiful and helped us to get us around. €7 to get into the heart of split/old town. Do not use local taxis! we were charged €47 for a journey that cost us €7 in an uber!! The villa has a perfect layout for two couples or families and we loved the two different sides to keep things private. The kitchen was stocked every utensil.and cockery, etc you could think of, as well as the outside eating area and outside oven. The pool was spotless, with Mario coming to clean it, he contacted us first to see if it was convenient. There is also a little back gate down to the beach.

Martina is really helpful and the appartement is beautiful with stunning views on the sea. We had a really good time there!

Everything went smoothly. Communication in English. We were welcomed in person. The house is bright and spacious, with air conditioning and also very private due to hedges in the garden. With pool, trampoline, swings, table soccer and table tennis table also perfect for children! A washing machine and dryer can be used free of charge. Ante came by every few days and cleaned the pool and brought us dessert and food to say goodbye. The parking in front of the house is large and free, only a little slippery in the rain. In the area you can do a lot on foot or by car. We had a lovely holiday there!

Jelena was a lovely host and provided us with two platters of delicious food! The view from the property was amazing and the location was ideal for the beach and going into Omiš. The apartment was very well equipped and had everything we needed. We would recommend staying here we hope to return

One word to describe Lila’s villa. Perfect. He’s thought of everything. Villa spotless . Pool beautiful. Garden areas providing sun and shade whenever you want it. Great selection of restaurants nearby. Importantly luka’s villa is in a quiet neighbourhood so no problems sleeping. Thanks for being a wonderful host. We will be back.

Our stay in Jesenice was amazing! We were contacted by the host before we were supposed to check in and the host was incredibly responsive and always responded quickly every time we had questions about the home. We were two families with children living in the house. The house was perfectly located, you could just open the door and you were out by the beach and what a view of the sea! We could easily have supervision of the kids playing/swimming in the sea and could take turns guarding them. We cooked in the house and every time you were missing something in the food, we just went to the store that was on the other side of the road opposite the house, so practical. We enjoyed the house so much, with a restaurant/bar nearby the house. We never had to think about guarding a place by the beach as we had a patio at the house next to the beach, an extra luxury feeling. Everything was so beautiful, seeing the ocean, sunrise/sunset, walking on boardwalks. Wonderful! Strongly recommend this home!

This is a good value dwelling in a lovely spot right next to the water in the beautiful Uvala Lozna (Green Bay), which we have visited for the second year running. Accommodation is basic but you have everything you need and you are right in the middle of the exquisite natural setting of the bay with the water just a few metres from your door. It may be worth investing in some anti-mosquito nets for the windows if you go in the high summer; these are easily purchased online... Strongly recommended.

I wanted to take time to think about how to review this little slice of heaven but nothing I say will do it justice. Kole and Irena’s cottage is a very special place and we feel lucky to have been able to stay there. If you are looking for somewhere to shut off from civilisation and power down, this is the place. Surrounded by nature, the only sounds you’ll hear are the wind in the trees, the water lapping at the rocks and the birds. The cottage is cosy and has everything you could need. We had a few days of cold weather but the wood burning stove kept it warm and the beds were very comfy. With the silence at night, this made for very restful nights sleep. What made our stay special, and unlike anywhere we have stayed before though, was Kole and Irena themselves. From the start when they met us with their boat, and a beautiful veggie box, it was clear that it was important to them that their guests are comfortable and enjoy their stay and we really appreciated their care and attention

Dear Nada and Gordan, thank you very much for an incredible vacation, and for the delicious welcoming pastry and home made wine! The place was above our expectations and we had an amazing time. The barbecue area is very well equipped and in a shadow, which makes it a pleasure to grill. The most beautiful area is the terrace, where the view is a real live painting, beautiful all day and night long. The kitchen has everything and even more that someone could use. The bed are super comfortable and the bed lines and towels are very good quality. Overall we had an amazing stay and we definitely recommend this location. We will definitely come back next year. The house was fabulous and Mila and her son David were amazing hosts. They introduced us to local people to rent boats, suggested restaurants and excursions for a perfect holiday. We had 2 adults and 4 kids (8, 11, 12, 14) in our family group. We wanted somewhere off grid to relax but with good facilities. The house was perfect and the bay at the bottom of the hill fantastic for a quick swim each morning. The island itself was good for little walks and longer hikes. We rented a boat for the stay which was a good choice, allowing us to fully explore the islands and access all the hidden coves and busier bays. There is no air conditioning; but the regular gentle wind on the island provides a welcome breeze unlike most of the area. Overall, we were treated to an amazing holiday!

Ana was a wonderful host and we enjoyed staying In her home! It was well suited for our family and she was very accommodating with baby furniture and left us with a good amount of supplies, towels and blankets for our entire stay! The walk down to the water is just one minute, the outdoor shower is very helpful after a hot beach day. Would highlight recommend to anyone in bobovisce!

What a memorable experience! We really enjoyed our vacation in this place. It was a perfect time with the family, falling asleep by the sound of the see and waking up with the sunshine. The surrounding was wonderful as well as the clear see around. We appreciated the privacy of the location, a lot of space for kids. We wanted to avoid crowded beaches, so to have our own was a great experience as well. The equipment in the house was not at the top condition, but it fullfilled all our needs. Petar’s parents were caring and very friendly so all in all we felt very good and we are very satisfied and definitely will come back again:)
