Absolutely perfect place for a single traveller. I stayed there for work and the location is great for getting into the city. Nicholas was in touch but via the app to see that I was OK and to offer help, if I needed. the flat was clean, well maintained and well equipped. I'm back in Birmingham in 2 weeks and have booked there again, I'll try to get Nicholas ' flat every time I visit there from now on. I highly recommend, great little flat and great host.

We spent a lovely 3 nights here with our 2 children (8 & 4) and our dog. The apartment was perfect, had everything we needed. Beds were super comfy & the whole place had a really homely feel to it. The hot tub was great, we also booked the pool on 2 of the days which was really easy and the kids loved having it to ourselves. We used the games room which had some really good equipment in it. The location was a few mins drive into Bakewell. Overall a great family friendly place to stay which we all loved and would happily stay at again.

We really enjoyed our stay here, 6 of us stayed for a catch up and girly night and really enjoyed the house and the hottub. The house has a really unusual layout that we all loved. Everything was super clean, WiFi was great, easy to find and felt really safe with the gated entrance and security. Bedrooms were all lovely with bathrooms to the same standard and felt comfortable and welcoming. The host kept in touch, ensured our stay was a positive one and check in went smoothly. We will definitely be back! Thanks for having us!

I immediately felt at home as soon as I walked into the cottage, the furniture fitted the scenery and space perfectly and enabled you to fully relax. Everything you would need for a stay was there and the beds were so comfy too! There were beautiful surroundings and the location is perfect for visiting areas such as Bakewell, Matlock Bath etc. Lovely restaurants and pubs nearby and Josh gave all the information you could need beforehand, couldn't have asked for more or changed anything! Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Wow! What a place. We’ve had an amazing weekend here. Everything was perfect. I think it has to be one of the best cottages we’ve stayed in. Super warm and cosy. AMAZING hamper upon arrival. Super friendly and accommodating host. Lovely and clean including lovely smelling towels and bedding. Powerful shower with lots of hot water. I could go on and on. Absolutely no faults whatsoever and we would return in a heartbeat!

This is the second stay at Johns and will stay again in the future. It is ideal for dogs, quiet for people, and lovely in its rural location. His places are simple and clean and connected to the outdoors. The only blip was finding it but John was on the other end of the phone directing me there...easy, peasy. A lovely place to stay.

It's like a home from home! A very well equipped and comfortable place to stay. Beautiful walks from the door and a good selection of pubs within walking distance.

We had a lovely time spent at this airbnb. It was a brilliant location for what we went to Birmingham for. Walkable to many shops & restaurants and secure parking. Eviano was a lovely host, very responsive to all queries & gave clear & easy instructions to follow. The flat was clean & clutter free. I enjoyed the shower, had hot water & very decent water pressure (which is what we all really want for a shower). 😄 After a long day of travel & attending a concert, it was nice to get to go back & unwind in comfort. Thank you, Eviano for having us.

We had a great stay in the Annex. It was clean and had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. Lyndsay communicated everything perfectly. We would definitely stay here again if visiting Wolverhampton.
