Dan and Donna were fabulous hosts. Their communication was so quick with no fuss. They couldn’t have been more helpful, from replacing faulty hairdryer to allowing us to stay on a little as our flight had changed. Wonderful people. The place was lovely, a real home from home, and absolutely spotless, one of the cleanest places I’ve ever stayed. The surrounding area was so peaceful and the place itself very private.

Adam and Maria provide tons of information before arrival. Their unit is very well appointed and the furnishings are stylish and also comfortable. We loved being able to park and walk to eat, shop and visit UMW. Can’t wait to come back again!

Adam & Maria were great hosts, being very communicative. The apartments were beautiful and comfortably slept 6 adults. The apartments are in a great spot in Downtown Fredericksburg, a quick walk to many local restaurants. I highly recommend staying here!

Such an ideal location! Got to go on the ghost horse carriage ride and the meeting place was right out front! Plus got to see the tree lighting right out back 🎄

We loved our stay! Everything was walkable. Lots of yummy places to eat and drink nearby. Tons of cute shops to explore. So much history to explore in Fredericksburg. We had everything we needed in the apartment and the bed we slept in was super comfortable!

I stayed here for the summer and had a great time! The place is cleaned weekly, the staff is friendly and helpful, and it was great to have a full kitchen. I would recommend this place to anyone staying in the area.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The place was clean, comfortable, and cozy. I also checked one of the reviews that mentioned there was no walkway to the entrance, but there is a actually walkway. If I'm in town again, I would definitely book here. During my stay, we had a snowstorm, and Frank, the cohost, made sure to shovel my pathway first and asked if I needed anything else. They are very welcoming and respectful.

We have enjoyed staying here on our last three visits to Fredericksburg. The setting is very private and peaceful, and the inside space is relaxing and inviting. Although there are only a few windows in the apartment, it is beautiful and bright inside and does not feel like we are in a basement apartment. The shower is huge and the entire apartment is always sparkling clean. We always appreciate the great communication with Debra. We highly recommend this apartment!

Beautiful home and surroundings, and the pool was a much needed bonus. The place feels secluded but is located 10-20 mins away from many restaurants and other things to do, especially with kids (e.g., Funland). The unit was as described and pictured, and came with great amenities. Trish is super friendly and helped a lot with local recommendations for eats. Note: The hosts stay in the house upstairs. But you have privacy in the unit and at the pool. And there is a visiting peacock, Petey. He’s harmless and quite friendly from a distance. We cannot wait to return to this lovely spot!

This was a nice one night stay. We were a bit confused where to go in, but they helped fast after we reached out. The entrance wasn’t lit when we arrived, and the door is down some steps. We had fun playing some pool!

We had the pleasure of staying at this Airbnb over Thanksgiving, and it was a truly delightful experience! While the property is about 8-10 minutes off the main highway, the peaceful and serene surroundings made it worth it—exactly the escape we needed. The house was immaculately clean, with every detail thoughtfully prepared. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything I needed to cook our holiday meal, the bathroom and bedding were spotless, and everything felt so comfortable. The thoughtful welcome basket filled with snacks and the fridge stocked with water were such kind touches, showing how much care the host puts into making her guests feel at home. Communication was exceptional. The host was incredibly responsive and kind, answering any questions quickly. By the end of our stay, the property truly felt like home—warm, inviting, and cozy. She even made the effort to meet us as we were leaving, adding a heartfelt touch to our experience. I can’t recommend this place enough.

Omar and Belki's house is super clean, quiet and comfortable. It was also very convenient to be able to bring our pets with us! He is very responsive, friendly and welcoming. TODD’S is KING! We have been searching for our new home & have stayed in 2 of their buildings. TODDs’ customer service has been fast, reliable & friendly! TODD’s has made us feel relaxed & welcomed during our visits. Our cat feels at home here, too! He has been anxious in other Abnbs, so it’s a great benefit. Their units are clean & stocked with essentials — like bathroom, laundry & kitchen supplies. The bed is super comfy as is the living room couch. The TV is large & U can stream your favorite channels. They even supply a safe — for your valuables — and an ironing board & iron for that quick press! A big closet, too! We have very much appreciated TODD’S staff for many reasons. They WANT to help & they WANT their guests happy. They went out of their way to help us elongate our stay, when we realized we needed more time! They kindly juggled other reservations to ensure we could stay longer. Such a pleasant surprise & experience! We recommend TODD’s highly!

This is a cute spot in a quiet, wooded neighborhood. It backs up to a stream. In terms of convenience, it's a three minute drive to either the Capital Beltway, or I395. Inside, the bathroom in particular is spotless and looks recently updated. The bedroom is nicely appointed, and there are two desks in the unit in case two guests need to work remotely at the same time. The kitchen is clean and has the usual necessities. A nice touch: there is a bookshelf wall, with a great variety of books to read during your stay.

Great place, great view, and easy access to the Mt. Vernon Trail.
