Beach house vacation rentals in St. Simons Island

Great townhouse, and so close to King and Prince and several restaurants. We were 3 couples in town for a wedding and the location could not have been more perfect! Plenty of room for all of us! The townhouse was very clean and comfortable, and there was great communication with the hosts. Would recommend!

The house is in a great location and very comfortable. The front yard looks much bigger in the pictures. Basically, you can fit two cars and then sit in those cute chairs right next to the cars. But the backyard is fenced and perfect if you bring a dog. We had an issue with the dishwasher, and they came out immediately and resolved it. They will send you a note about basically bringing most of your own supplies (dishwasher pods, trash bags, etc.) which we did, but we still ran out and couldn't run the dishwasher before we left.

Beautiful home, very clean. We had everything we needed and more. Decorated very nice but not overly done. We loved the simplicity of the space. We loved the screened in back porch area. Loved that their were coverings on the outdoor furniture. Even that space was clean. And the master and master bath wow. Shower space was something! Very hospitable and would certainly book this house again! So much also to do in the area. It is so beautiful there. Thanks for being a great host Marilyn!

Life is Bliss was perfect for a big family getaway. There was plenty of space for all 14 of us. The young kids spent hours and hours in the heated pool, and everyone biked around the island on rented bikes. We had nightly visits from deer, and saw dolphins and a manta ray in the sea. The boardwalk to the beach was wonderful, and watching the tide rise & fall thrilled the curious kids. We have already booked a stay for next year!

Our family of four stayed at the Mint Julep for our spring break week in mid-March and it exceeded every expectation. The house was perfectly furnished and the layout worked great for our pre-teen kids to be on one side in the bunk room with their own bathroom, and for us parents to be on the other side of the house with an en suite. We enjoyed the screened porch for morning coffee and the kids used the pool every day (we were glad we requested it be heated, definitely a must for March as it was still in the 60s some days). We also enjoyed the firepit and outdoor TV. You can’t beat the location. We walked to dinner and breakfast daily, and my husband ran the trail right outside the front door every day too. We hope to be back again next year.

We loved our stay here! The house was absolutely perfect. Location was amazing and the interior is beautiful! They had so many kitchen items available for use which was a huge lifesaver! Everyone in our group said they would love to stay here again.

Great house with beautiful upgrades. Easy walk to the beach and close to downtown restaurants. Pet-friendly but you wouldn’t know it based on how clean it’s kept. Host was very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend a getaway to St. Simons; a great little calm and peaceful place. Also, don’t forget to grab a donut at Dulce Dough. Featured on Triple D, the donuts are like no other!

A blissful beach haven. Easy access, beach trails accurate and wonderful, and finally the openness of the space. This place is directly down from Saint Simon's Pier, easily spotted, and accurately described. The first thing was to walk toward the beach trails; they were plainly guided straight to the oceanfront. Lastly, you are right on the ocean but with all the decks, patios, and balcony_ the seaside aroma is always wafting through these beautiful open areas. The wind gently blows through to remind you that you are indeed in a peace of paradise. Highly recommend.

His place is amazing and if you have kids they will have a blast swimming in the pool and having a bunk bed to themselves. There is plenty of room so no worries there. Also you’re a walk away from the beach, as well as restaurants. The restaurants are amazing to go to especially the porch and Mullet Bay. Honestly your family will have a blast at this house. There is plenty to do and you can even get a golf cart to ride around the island which is a lot of fun. Hands down a great place and Zach the host makes sure you’re happy and all questions are answered. You can reach out to him about anything and he will get back to you pretty quick. We started our vacation just when Tropical Storm Debby hit the island. Despite the challenges with the weather (out of anyone's control), we had a fabulous time! The house was spotless, very comfortable, beautifully decorated (great attention to every little detail) ; we loved the open plan, no carpet and no stairs (our blind dog quickly felt at home). Also it was perfectly located close to the beach, restaurants and other attractions. We loved the pool and the fenced backyard was perfect for our small dogs. Our host Adam was proactive, very accessible and responsive, he answered all our questions/concerns promptly and provided great recommendations. He sent someone right away to fix the fence that fell during the storm, and also made sure the pool cleaner came to clear debris & treat the pool as soon as possible. We also visited Jekyll island (about 35 min away- driving) for a day and loved it. We absolutely enjoyed our stay and hope we can make it back soon!

Great setup for our family. The kids played nonstop in the pool and the walk to the beach was super easy. The neighborhood is absolutely lovely. Be sure to rent bikes.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful Airbnb, and I can't recommend it highly enough! The home was incredibly comfortable and well-stocked with everything we needed for our stay. It truly felt like a home away from home. One of the standout features was the beautiful backyard. Although it was December, making the pool a bit too chilly for swimming, it was still lovely to relax around. The heated pool added a touch of luxury, and I can only imagine how enjoyable it would be in warmer weather. Our host was exceptional, definitely the best we've ever encountered! She was immediately responsive, even on Christmas Day, when we had a quick question. Her attentiveness truly made our stay special. The location couldn't have been better, just a short walk to the village restaurants, making it easy to explore and enjoy local dining options. Overall, I can't wait to return to this fantastic place! It’s perfect for anyone looking for comfort, great service and atmosphere!

Had a very enjoyable stay in Saint Simons Island. About the house - great TV and very easy to use. Comfy beds. Clean. Well-maintained. Jenga! We only cooked at home twice; stove and grill we great. Very clean grill, always appreciated. Outdoor shower was great! Plenty of hot water and good water pressure. My daughter loved the heated pool (we traveled in February). Nice lounge chairs by the pool and birds chirped non-stop, which made for a relaxing nap. Patio out back also great, we did not take advantage of the fire pit, but would if we go back. Walking distance to downtown shops & restaurants, but we took a golf cart. Highly recommend renting a golf cart, parking downtown can be tough. Typical coastal town, restaurants, shopping, coffee shops. Highlights for me - Palm Coffee, Porch, and Tonya's. Beaches are very nice and huge. Great sunset viewing from the pier. Great destination for runners on vacation.

We loved our stay at St. Simon's! The condo is in a perfect location to be able to walk to town and the nice park area - so convenient and felt super safe. Inside was super clean and beds were really comfy. Courtlyn went above and beyond to help on my own package delivery issue, and the communication was so quick. Thanks for a great stay!

Super cute East Beach cottage with great outdoor spaces and bonus playroom. Appreciated the well stocked kitchen especially since our stay was over Thanksgiving. Would definitely stay again when in SSI.

Great place, beautiful house, elevator was a plus as I was with my 90 years old father in law, it really made a difference!

Absolute luxury. This home was like a 5 star hotel. Immaculate, had every amenity you can think of both inside and out. The bedroom we stayed in had this wonderful porch that I enjoyed doing my Yoga most days. Extra pillows, blankets, kitchen accessories were provided, and we used the fireplace during the snow day. I would give the Host (Hope) a 10 out of 10 because she responded to our questions within minutes and was very helpful and patient with us during the snow/ice situation. Loved being close enough to walk to lunch/dinners, the beach and St Simons magical neighborhoods. Things we explored; Cumberland Island, Jekyll Island (great bike riding & driftwood beach is a must) finding the Tree Spirits of St Simons, The Lighthouse, Fort Fredrica, golf and So much more! We really hope to be back. Many thanks to Hope who was a wonderful Host.

It is a lovely house that is very well maintained and is a great place for a full family. It is easy to walk (or golf cart) to the downtown area for restaurants, as well as the beach. Maria made everything easy and was responsive. Overall a great place to rent.

Serene and peaceful location. Bed was very comfy. We enjoyed the firepit each night. I loved seeing and hearing the birds. One morning I fed an apple to the deer who wandered in the yard. We loved using the bikes to explore around town.

This home was wonderful! Very safe, clean, and spacious!! The neighborhood was super close to downtown and very walkable! Our pup loved the fenced in backyard! The entire home was very dog friendly and welcoming. Good vibes all around!!

We had such a nice stay. The house was gorgeous and had plenty of space. The house is tucked away in a quiet street but is close enough to walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants. It has a gorgeous covered back porch that is basically another living room. This wasn't shown in the pictures, so the house is even better than the pictures. Theron was friendly and helpful with my questions. We would love to return sometime and stay here again!

The house was wonderful. Plenty of space, clean, and perfect spot for our Jekyll Island golf trip. The area also had plenty of restaurant options. Don and Marcia are excellent hosts!
