Beach condo vacation rentals in St Petersburg

We stayed at Chris’ place for a long weekend in January. His unit on the third floor has amazing views. The condo is quiet, clean, fully stocked (even extra towels!). The table and chairs are a great addition that we hadn’t seen in other units in the resort. Last year, we stayed in a DIFFERENT unit with a different owner, and that unit was dirty and the owner was extremely rude. As a result we were nervous to stay at the resort again. We are so glad we did! Highly recommend this unit and Chris!

we stayed at Joyce's apartment for 7 days. it was wonderful and very comfortable and close to the beach and the pool. we had everything we needed right there. we will definitely book with Joyce again. We had an awesome vacation thank you Joyce.

on pristine beach. wonderful views of the Gulf. Sunset view from the living room. Just beside the bird habitat, I read in some reviews that smell of birds is a problem, We didn't feel it at all, breeze from the Sea kept it fresh always. Get down the condo and you are on the beach. House was spacious for our family of 4. Karen had flotie for toddler, Beach umbrella, chairs and some beach toys, appreciate the nice gesture. kitchen essentials were as expected. Dedicated Covered parking, very convenient. Beds were comfortable, a bit squeaky, but manageable. Everything was as described and great. Pictures don't do justice to the views. Highly recommended.

Such a beautiful view with breathtaking sunsets. We truly enjoyed our stay, the view, easy walk to the Pass. Great time and great host! Would definitely recommend and am definitely coming back. Very spacious and accommodating. We loved our visit and can’t wait to come back. It’s a wonderful thing to see John’s Pass community coming back strong! Nice, short get away for two adults! The condo was clean, safe and quiet -- and the decor was very fresh and cute. It was close to lots of restaurants and beach access was just across the parking lot. Pool area was very nice and clean. The condo also had beach chairs, noodles and beach umbrellas. Rondine was very responsive and flexible for us with ability to get into the condo a little early since we had an earlier flight.

Stayed five nights with adult daughter and we loved the place! Clean, comfy and steps from the beach. Took trolleys up and down Gulf Blvd and had no need for car. Highly recommend.

This facility was exactly what we needed, I will say I was kind of shocked that I thought I prepaid for everything and then was charged for parking as well as a resort fee… Still feel like it was a pretty reasonable price. I just wish she would’ve included it on the front end.

Max's condo exceeded our expectations. The pictures showed a beautiful place, but it was even better than the photos! Everything was clean and all of the amenities were provided. Kitchen had everything you could want, bedrooms had comfortable beds, beautiful linens and towels. Great view with furnishings. Location was right in the beach in a very safe neighborhood. even beach equipment was available. Easy access to parking.

The view was absolutely perfect. The bed was very comfortable. Everything was clean and very nice! Loved it!!

Came for a beach volleyball tournament in Clearwater was only about a 15 minute drive. Very safe area, beautiful relaxing views of the intercoastal waterway and we loved having Jimmy Guanas on site for an easy dinner or live music. Had the basic staples we needed for a few days, which was very much appreciated. We didn’t get to “hang out” at the beach but if that’s in your plans, it’s also nice because they have a closet full of beach chairs and a beach wagon, etc. Really can’t think of anything that would make it better… Would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful time in Florida and Alex’s place was perfect for our family of 3 teenagers and a girlfriend! We had rooms for everyone and there was the flexibility for all to relax, spend time at the beach, hang at the pool, engage in activities, hang in the condo, or lounge on the balcony. The living space was great for family meals inside or outside at the grill. Everything was clean and well taken care of. We would definitely stay here again! Our stay was great! This was our 3rd stay in the building but 1st time in this unit. It was clean & had everything we needed. We knew ahead of time the pool & hot tub were not working (post hurricane) so we enjoyed the beach - the unit has beach chairs which was so helpful. Sean was a fantastic host. Responded very quickly & was so helpful. Looking forward to staying here again. Thank you.

This was my family’s first time staying in Clearwater and Williams place was superb!! High recommend and will definitely be coming back. I can’t emphasize enough how beautiful the accommodations were. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Communication with Dave was super easy. If I had any questions or I wanted to let them know anything they responded very quickly. We will definitely be back- even though we live across the bay-We still want to stay on the beach to remind ourselves we live in Florida. Beautiful stay! We will be back!!

Laura and Sean have created an excellent "sunset sanctuary" as the property is called. The whole complex is really nice, the easy beach access and nice pool and hot tub really stand out. The condo itself is VERY nice, you can tell that thought has been given to many of the smaller details that are overlooked at other rentals. The kitchen is very well stocked, ample QUALITY silverware and dishware (you know you've been to rentals that threw mismatched junk in the cabinets, not here!) The living area, bedrooms, and bathrooms were all very nice and clean, kept us very comfy during our week stay. The hosts were quick to respond to our questions and followed up with us after check-in to ensure we didnt have any issues and were settled in nicely! A+ experience, would definitely come back for a future vacation!

Aaron was nice and very responsive whenever I had a question. The condo was as described, very nice, and looked like the pictures. The location was convenient and far enough away from the main road that you didn't have to hear any traffic. It's just steps from the beach and has ocean views. It's a nice place and I would definitely rent again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The accommodations were very comfortable and the view of the beach and the gulf were spectacular.
