Bill was a fantastic host! He was prompt with his responses leading up to our trip. The property was in an excellent area of St. Louis and it was near all the attractions. We will definitely be staying again if we ever make it back to St. Louis.

I have stayed here before. Really love the Deck, the view of the river, the local area of antique stores and shops. Mike was great. Check-in was easy. You do have to climb stairs, so if you can't do that, it might not be for you. However, it is worth it because the view of the Mississippi and Illinois river is fantastic. Everything was just great. I am sure we will be staying here again, as we come back to STL every other year to visit.

Really enjoyed our stay here! Hosts were super responsive and had great recommendations. The place was clean and just the right size for a quick weekend trip! It was nice being able to park right by the front steps since the street is one way. Also enjoyed having laundry at the facility, so we didn’t bring home as many dirty clothes! Would definitely stay again!

The townhouse has all the character you could want with a lot of historic elements preserved. We felt right at home and had a comfortable stay, we spent most of our time out in St. Louis’s different neighborhoods and the location was perfect for that. The neighborhood was walkable but quiet at night. The beds were comfortable and having two floors was nice for a little extra space. Terry was easy to get in touch with and a proactive communicator. The neighborhood recs were a nice touch as well. Would recommend!

I loved staying at this place! I relocated from Atlanta in February and stayed here for 3 months until my new place was ready. I love the building and front staff. It’s very safe, people are nice, and the gym and rooftop are great amenities! Shannon was very warm and personable. Tucker, co-host, was also very kind, hospitable, and super responsive to the few inquiries I had. It was a great home away from home for the time I stayed!

What can I say besides WOW! The place was absolutely gorgeous! The design on the inside was coated with vintage art pieces and classic designs. It felt elegant but homey all at once. The parking was easy in front and check in was a breeze. The bed was comfortable, water hot, and fridge was even stocked with condiments! Shane helped us with whatever we asked and was so kind! Would recommend this place to everyone, and I would love to stay again next time I visit STL! Thank you Shane!

The location is located in a fairly quiet neighborhood. Some noise from the neighbors in the same building but not frequent and to be expected in a shared building. The rooms were decorated simply and nicely and we were able to relax and sleep well in the comfortable beds. The kitchen was well stocked with what we needed with dishes and cookware and the little extras that Zoey placed out (coffee pods for the Keurig! snacks in the kitchen!) were a really nice touch and made us feel at home. For the cost, this was a perfect set up for us!

Rachel was a great host! She was super helpful before and during our stay. The unit was lovely and as beautiful as expected. The location was easy to get around from whether walking to the arch, taking the metro to events downtown or jumping on the highway to explore other areas of the city. Definitely plan to stay at one her properties when we next visit!

Everything was great. The place was in a perfect location. Great spots within walking distance and an easy drive to get downtown. Kitchen was easy to cook in and the living area is super cozy for movies and relaxing. The only recommendation I would make for when you come is to bring some extra pillows and blankets to make the bed a little more cozy.

Warren's place is even more spacious and light than the pictures indicated. It was very clean and had all the amenities we needed including an abundance of coffee pods. The satellite tv, cable and internet worked perfectly. The bed is on the soft side, and there is a flight of stairs to get to the apartment. There is an elementary school next door, and we could hear the staff greeting the students during morning drop off, which was endearing to us. Just around the corner is Tower Grove Park and the trees and daffodils were already in bloom the last week of March. We walked 1.3 miles to the Botanical Garden which is next to Tower Grove Park. The well known Italian neighborhood called The Hill is conveniently just 2 miles away. We recommend eating at Mama's on The Hill and grabbing dessert from The Missouri Baking Co. Also, Forest Park with its free zoo and museums are just a 10 minute drive from the apartment. Warren got 5 starts from us for cleanliness, location and affordability!

I wish we could have stayed longer! This is a lovely place with a very nice layout. The private parking in the back is a hard to find perk, and definitely a bonus. We were only here for a handful of nights, but had everything we needed. The natural light from the windows really brighten the space and the layout is nice for a wandering toddler with plenty of space to loop around. Would definitely stay again if we are back in the area.

Perfect for our stay, we caught Opening Day at Busch and a Saturday game. We were within walking distance of Budweiser and a great local pizza place with an arcade. Uber rides to the stadium were super easy and we had no issues being found for pick up or drop off! Quick little 7-10 minute ride each way! HIGHLY recommend for any Cards fans that need a place to stay that’s quiet and in a good part of town.

Ashley and Garmenn were incredibly responsive and helpful. The place itself easily fit our group of 9 and we never felt cramped or uncomfortable. The amenities kept us entertained while we were at the location and had a wonderful time during our weekend stay! The noise from the street did get a little loud, but the provided ear plugs and white noise machines did wonders to drown out the noise and it wasn't much of a problem. Great place!

Spent three nights in Victor's place April 10th to the 13th for the frozen four (hockey.) we absolutely loved everything about the place. it was super clean, very well decorated and had every amenity you can think of. The back deck with the arch view was our favorite. we spent many hours out there. The place is walking distance from everything downtown. if plans bring us back to St Louis we will definitely be staying in Victor's place. PS...if you stay here you definitely have to walk to Chili Mac's diner for breakfast. Three sisters have been running the place for more than 40 years.

We had an excellent week-long stay in this well furnished apartment situated in a beautiful neighborhood. It was super clean, has modern appliances and a well-functioning (and quiet!) AC system. But I especially liked all the little things that make a huge difference: extra towels, plenty of hangers in the large closet, lots of drawer space in the bedroom, nightstands on both sides of the bed with lamps and USB outlets, a great hairdryer with separate controls for heat and fan, a sunny laundry room with laundry supplies, a bottle of wine…I could go on and on. I will definitely book this place again.
