Vacation rentals with a fireplace in St Kilda beach

We had a wonderful time staying in this beautiful terrace house - with its own pool! Marco was on hand to let us in and show us around the house. The interior design of the house and the gardens are beautiful while the kitchen has everything a chef could need! The house is within walking distance of the Acland St shops and only 300m from the nearest tram station. It was very comfortable accomodation for our family of four. Very highly recommended. Marco was a very generous host. We feel very lucky we were able to stay here!

Great place, great hosts, value for money

Really lovely Melbourne house. Beautifully presented, fully equipped. Quality furnishings and kitchen/dining equipment. Beautifully modernized. Great bathrooms. Great location near trams, cafes restaurants, South Melbourne Market etc. Hosts were great and very responsive to our questions and requests. Highly recommend if you are looking for a comfortable, stylish house in this lovely area of Melbourne.

A nice place for a summer family getaway!

Kellie was a great host. Was extremely responsive and quick to respond. Coffee machine was not working and she brought us a brand new one the same day! Host responded to all messages quickly. Would stay there again.

We stayed at this listing to have a quiet New Year’s Eve celebration. Great location within walking distance of many restaurants and supermarket. Lovely home, clean and has all amenities needed. Best part is the outdoor area - very peaceful sitting outside amongst the lush plants.

Nicolas was a fantastic host. We had a small issue when arriving and Nicolas was prompt to solve the problem immediately as well as leaving a gift for us to enjoy on Christmas day. We would absolutely stay at this property again.

'The Wrap' building on Southbank is brilliant. And so is the apartment. Clean, well furnished, good amenities and very comfortable. The apartment is on the 30th level and the views of Melbourne, particularly at night were spectacular. Jenny was great - nothing was a problem. We had a slight issue with a blind on one of the rooms and she was onto it straightaway. Great value for money and we will stay here again when next in Melbourne. Thank you very much Jenny.

Awesome loft apartment in great location with everything you need and more within walking distance. Apartment is well setup for both short and long term stays. The period features of the building are an added bonus. Thoughtful touches and inclusions from the hosts made this a very memorable stay.

A beautiful apartment with a massive balcony right in the heart of Melbourne. Walkable to so many museums and art galleries and off course wonderful cafes and restaurants. Try the I’m Free walks starting at the State Library, they give you an informative start to your Melbourne visit. If like me you end up in the Emergency room with an insect bite needing attention the St Vincent Hospital provides excellent care and is close by.

I stayed for a week with my husband, had wonderful time in Saint Kilda. Apartment was very clean, attractive with an European feel. Everything was within walking distance, including beach across the street, public transportation, restaurants and grocery stores. Host very responsive

We had 3 nights at Lanie’s while in Melbourne attending the Australian Open. The apartment was clean, comfortable and equipped with everything you need to feel at home. We have just had a beautiful weekend at Ttekceba!! We really appreciated Veronika welcoming us and showing us around the property. The house was even more than we could have imagined, every part had so much character!! We honestly felt such child-like delight staying here as we discovered more and more each day and imagining the stories behind all the special items around the house. The outdoor areas were just otherworldly, so many lovely plants and wildlife. AND there was a pool! AND two cute ponies! No brainer, would love to come back.

We were charmed by the peaceful surroundings, waking up to the delightful sounds of birdsong each morning. The freshly cut flowers, bottle of wine, and Anzac biscuits awaiting us were such a thoughtful and welcoming touch. Our favorite spot, without a doubt, was the outdoor spa, where we spent countless relaxing hours. It was truly a memorable escape.

My partner and I had the most lovely experience at the blackwood. We were in much need of a relaxing getaway and this estate provided just that. The fireplace and the bathtub are definitely standouts about the house and it have just about everything to ensure some alone time with each other. The town was great as well and Justin and Guy were both amazing with their recommendations and made us feel right at home. Would recommend to anyone!!
